Day of was okay. Had to give direction to the movers not to carry my grill from the shelf. Had to help one of the movers with bandages because he was bleeding all over the property. 2 major damages left to the house 1 was addressed, the other was ignored.However any attempt for support AFTER we paid were ignored. Our calls were not responded to. Our emails were not responded to. No way to get a hold of these people.If you have things you dont care about, they are a good option. If you need any sort of support I recommend any other company or one with adults.

My need this time was to move large cabinets from one location to another. Getting an appointment that fit my schedule was handled well; the estimate for service was accurate; the time allotted for my job was accurate; the movers that performed my job, Zach & Peter were professional, friendly and did not waste any time! I will continue to use Two Men and a Truck when I need to move stuff. Thank you all!

Not your typical experience…extremely professional, excellent communication, felt like I got a boutique moving experience for a really good price. Two very clean professional guys arrived and I felt very comfortable having them in my home! It can be disconcerting having strangers but their employees were really courteous and top notch! I’ve already recommended them to friends. The followed my directions to the letter and reconfirmed.

My move was hyper local...just across the hall...and I didnt need the Truck. But The Two Men who came to move my few things were great! They were professional, capable, friendly, and worked quickly. My job was way below their two hour minimum, but 2M&aT were still among the most reasonable movers I could find. I do recommend them, but watch out for excessive add on charges.

We moved from Oregon to California and we used this company in both locations. They were professional, quick and careful. Prices are on par, I will say that I do wish that there was a labor only option. We didnt need full truck moving services, but had to lay that price. Other wise good company!

First time move with 2 Men. Long distance move without a hitch including 2 stops...storage facility and home. I rate them 10 out of 10. Leah and office staff efficient and friendly. Victor, Freddy and Sam the movers put in a long day showing great work ethic and were extremely helpful to us as an old couple. Id use them again in a nanosecond.

Our two men were Victor and Tommy. I had changed my plans for them and their truck based on changes to my own plans in that the property closed earlier than expected so some of the jobs I anticipated two men doing were already done.So we had many changes and the did well with all.

The team at Two Men and a Truck were great! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Leah was helpful, understanding, and patient with me when I called several times about changes in plans. The moving crew were friendly, respectful of our items, and efficient. If I ever have to move again, I will be reaching out to Two Men and a Truck.

Worked with me, and around the snow storm, during a pandemic.Nick and Sam worked fast, and professionally. These young guys have it done to a science. I was really impressed.Great experience all the way around!

They did really great work except I had a file cabinet in a hard area and they moved it without a hand truck and broke the bottom. Everything else was great the people were nice Ill just have to get a new file cabinet. I also asked them to clear out a room to pack and they did not clear it out it was 90% done.

Customer service is a joke. They didnt follow instructions and broke a verry expensive appliance. Refusing to make it right and made a ridiculously low ball offer when confronted with their error and lack of caution. Do not recommend.

Nick and Freddie did a great job moving my stuff. They were super courteous, very efficient and nothing was damaged. I changed my mind about the placement of a few things, and they had no problem moving it for me. Weve moved a lot and some moving companies say that once they put something down, they wont move it again. They even double checked with me before I left. There was a mattress that had been delivered to my new address, and they brought it upstairs for me. Additionally, the manager came personally and checked to make sure the move was going well, and called a few days later to make sure nothing had been damaged in the move. It was the easiest move Ive ever done, and I would definitely recommend them to friends in the future or use them again if I moved.

They helped move my sisters stuff and she specifically told then not to move the couch a specific way and to use specific doors so that nothing would be damanged.. however they did not listen.They broke her glass stove stop but said theyd replace it no problem. WELL she called the local office after they left and corporate, and they are refusing to replace her glass stove top. Even though they even had her fill out an incident report. The corporate office is not helpful and just keeps saying to contact the local office. Way to give customers the run around. Dont use them. Theyll be careless with your stuff and refuse to replace things they break! DONT USE THEM

One of the movers was particularly helpful. The other seemed rather hung over or something. The company needs to train their movers to NOT put dusty boxes on top of dusty furniture coming out of storage. I have a few good pieces of furniture and had to repeatedly remove objects or boxes from the tops of cabinet tops. I dont mean kitchen cabinets - I mean tops of dressers, hutches, buffets. etc.

Do not use this business. They will not cover any losses. They will break expensive items that fit under basic needs and then ghost you instead of paying for a replacement. Stay. Away.

I used this service for a move and changed my original plan kinda last minute to include more items and possibly more hours. They went out of their way to help me out. They quoted me for 3 hours, but they were done in 1.5! I was nervous because it was my first time hiring movers and worried it would creep over 4 hours but they were quick and friendly. Very Covid safe, too! Would use them again.

In less than 6 months, we’ve used Two Men and a Truck twice. No offense, but hopefully this is the last time for a while, moving sucks! This time around, again, two great guys came and helped move our two bedroom/two bathroom apartment into our new home. Nick and Victor were incredibly helpful. They wrapped all of our furniture, bagged our bed, and made sure to take care of our furniture like it was their own. They safely moved all of our stuff down four(!!!!!) flights of stairs making sure that it was all placed in the right spots after we got to the new destination. I had a couple extra requests when they got here, and they even got out an hour and a half earlier than I had anticipated. I was charged for their exact time, not the quoted amount, which was cheaper! :) I’m very grateful that I was able to get a hold of Two Men and a Truck again, I will absolutely hire them again if we move. From scheduling and quoting with Leah, the whole process was quick, and again, the Customer Service was great from the get go. I highly recommend this company, 100%. They bring all of their own stuff, have their own huge truck, and were very professional while keeping a fun attitude. Thanks Nick and Victor, you are such hard workers!

UPDATE: After several weeks and her friends calling them out on social media, they did the right thing snd replaced the cooktop.Caused damage to an expensive appliance due to negligence and not listening to the home owners instructions and now they are refusing to pay for the cost of repairs. A homeowner should not have to pay nearly a thousand dollars because your employee dropped a couch on a glass stove top.

Two men and truck where amazing. Even after 3 change date for my move. They were professional, on time, careful, and I called them 2 weeks later asking were they place a item, i got a immediate message with the exact spot where they place my item. Its nice to know they cared enough to remember. They are competitively priced but I would pay more to have their service. I will use them again and being a business owner I will refer them to all of my clients who need a professional moving company. Thank you again.

I would give a zero if possible. They broke my friends stovetop in a room the movers werent even supposed to be in. poorly handled and compensating less than it would cost to fix the issue. Not professional at all. Save yourself the stress.

My good friend and her family just purchased their first home. These movers damaged her very expensive cooktop while moving furniture in a room they never should have been in. She has small children and now has no stove to cook on. This company is not fixing the damages caused. Inwil NEVER recommend them after seeing this unfold.Beware!!!!

Victor and Dylan absolutely crushed it. They went way beyond what was asked and helped tremendously in my move from a 2nd floor to a 3rd floor apartment. They even brought some stuff up a tiny spiral staircase to a loft! 100% recommend, worth every penny.Though, they are insanely hard to get a hold of initially. If you want to book them call early and often until you get through.

I’ve used this company several times. Always have done great. This time to move my mother. I was disappointed that as many times as I reiterated that I would not be local and to contact my sister for reminders and driver/mover communication they continued to call me. Seeing as I cannot answer my phone during the day my sister had no reminders and no clue the movers were running behind. Everything else about the move was as expected from this group, except communication. I would use them again, but I hope they can fix the mistake.

This company loaded a truck for our move across country. Upon unload it was discovered that most of the fragile and light boxes were at the bottom of the stacks of boxes, crushed and broken. Furniture was scratched and items ruined. I gave them two stars because they did load the truck, which was their job, they just did not consider the items or the contents of the extremely well labeled boxes. Do not hire.

I had to reschedule our moving day to 3 different dates due to the pandemic. Leah did an excellent job accommodating our requests. On moving day, our movers were on time and ready to go. They maintained a professional and positive attitude throughout the day and worked much more quickly than we had planned. They honored our requests and moved everything carefully and with a smile. They were on time and very courteous. 3 guys came to move my upright piano. It was a rainy day and they covered my piano with a blanket and wrapped it with plastic. My movers were Bradley and Victor. They were both on time, very friendly, and hustled throughout the entire process. We were quoted at over four hours, but these guys got it done in less than three. Hopefully I won’t have to move again for awhile, but if I do, I’ll be certain to hire these two again. They definitely made my move substantially easier.

Scheduling with Leah and getting a clear idea of what to expect in terms of cost and service was simple and stress free.On the day of the move, the team showed up on time and got right to work. Ben, Dane, and Brad worked as a team, like a well oiled machine. The total cost is based on the hours accrued from port to port; TMT upheld their end of the deal and didnt waste any time. The home and the contents were handled with thought and care. We will hire TMT for the move back and they will be our first call for moving services in the future.

I scheduled a cross country move from Portland, OR to Atlanta, GA with Leah at the Vancouver location. She was very responsive and super helpful throughout the process. I spoke with Bernardo and he made immediate arrangements and was able to put me on the schedule for the very next morning. I was so impressed! Moving 2 storage units, an apartment and unloading a separate moving truck into a house with 2 levels was a huge task and done without a single item damaged. From first contact until follow-up Leah was ready to assist with questions. If you are moving use this company!

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was overall a positive one. They gave me a reminder, showed up on time, and the two movers were friendly, safe and efficient. My only disappointment was finding out about a different price ($515) than the one that was first quoted ($450) after they were done moving me in.

We had seen a truck for Two Men and a Truck at our apartment complex, and I called them when we were planning a move. I really knew nothing about them, and I hoped that they would do a good job. The person I spoke to at the office asked a few questions about our move and emailed an estimate and scheduled the day. We then found we had to reschedule, and the office did so with no fuss. They gave us a one-hour window for moving day, and our moving team, Zack and Bill, showed up well within that window. Our movers were personable, efficient and careful: they wrapped and padded our furniture and emptied our two bedroom apartment in under three hours and unloaded into our new house 20 miles away just as quickly. The whole job took just about seven hours. We are really pleased with Two Men and a Truck. I hope we wont need to move again in a long time, but if we do, I would use them again.

Two Men And A Truck saved the day! I really needed something moved, without a way to do it, and was kind of panicking. The office staff was SO kind and sympathetic, agreed to work us in last-minute, and also helped me see the humor in the situation, which made a huge difference for me. The guys called to check with us and then were able to show up a little early. My dad, whose father and grandfather were professional truck drivers, was so impressed with the skillful driving on a narrow country road. They were super polite, careful with our stuff, and just honestly made a bad situation so much less stressful. I will never use any other movers—I would call Two Men And A Truck again in a heartbeat.

Our moving team was fantastic! My husband was getting ready to have back surgery so wasnt able to lift anything, thats why we made a decision to hire 2 men and a truck. We had 10x15 storage unit completely packed to the rafters with household items and three guys had it loaded, covered and secured on the truck in about 40 min! They were quick, efficient, courteous and polite and very affordable. We would most definitely use this company again. If you are considering hiring movers call these guys first! You wont be sorry!

This move was rough. I tore 80% of my achilles tendon 3 days after we received the keys to our new home. This left my sweet wife to do all the moving, along with running our small business and taking me to appts. She did everything, took her 3 weeks, except what she couldnt fit into her jeep. Breven and Kayleb were a life saver for us. They were so respectful, on the spot, and very careful with our belongings. My wife said, I would be proud to call them my boys. that means a lot since we already have 5 grown boys. We will recommend Two Guys and a Truck to everyone in our circle who needs help moving. I have used Two Men and a Truck for the third time in five years. Due to my husbands illness, we moved from AZ to Idaho and then Washington to be closer to family. Each move with Two Men and a truck was local from one assisted living facility to another within each state. Having to arrange these moves were very stressful for me and this last one at the age of ninety and now alone. was probably the hardest one emotionally for me. From the first phone call to the day of completion, the staff at Two Men were so patient and reassuring. I felt I could always call them for reassurance and I did and always had competent and kind responses from your teams. I wasnt available and they worked with my daughter, who said hands down best work ethics she has experienced. The POD company dropped the POD in the wrong place-- the other side of the complex.
