Shane, Chance and Kaylob were awesome. They were fast but careful with my very old antique piano. The ladies who answered the phone were professional and were able to get me scheduled for move within two week time frame. I would recommend ANC to anyone.

These guys are all great! While other companies were quoting me prices like $4500 (and a 3-4 week wait before they could move me), ANC came in at $2200 and was available in 1-2 weeks. Nothing broken or damaged. Some stuff left behind like a couple boxes I had to get myself, or a sink they didnt clear out underneath, but otherwise no complaints. My own fault because I didnt notice them on final walk thru. I just assumed theyd get them. Definitely worth the money spent.

They did a fantastic job!! Very careful with our stuff, worked hard and fast. Absolutely went the extra mile. Would not let me climb a latter to change a battery in a smoke detector, insisted on doing it for me! Cannot say enough good words about them!!

One of the most pleasant moving experiences Ive had in the my 10-12 moves. As this was mostly vacating a house and moving into storage units they packed the storage units so well we were amazed it all fit. The teams were friendly, patient and very hard working. Due to my timeline I did not shop around for price, but availability. That said for the money, Id say it was well worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

ANC Movers were the saving grace in mine and my husbands move. Not only were they responsive, but they were so gracious and flexible. They were very respectful of my time and our items. I cant stop singing their praises! I plan on using them for any move that I do.

If I could, Id give less than one star.We really (REALLY!) wanted to like ANC Movers for a variety of reasons, including that they claim to be Washingtons only Black/minority owned moving company.It all started out well. They were responsive, provided a quote quickly, were accommodating. At first, we were pleased.Then came packing and moving days (early July 2021). We had already packed the vast majority of our home - the packers even commented on what an easy job they had. We physically moved the day the packers came, so we were only there the first few hours. All seemed well, and they assured me everything would be packed and ready to go for the move, which was happening a few days later. They also assured me that my plants would be placed on the back of the truck, and that our BBQs, lawnmower, weedwhacker, etc would also come (these things were listed on the estimate, but I asked again, just to be sure). As I left the house, I reminded them that the bathrooms needed to be packed - again they assured me they would get everything in the house.The day of the actual move we had our neighbor check in on things for us. This is when it all went very sideways and downhill. Not only had the packers NOT PACKED everything, the movers were simply leaving A LOT of our stuff behind and in the house (which was closing the next day!). The bathrooms had not been packed AT ALL, cabinets were still full of stuff (pots/pans, platters, etc). Regardless, the movers were in the moving truck pulling out of our driveway - our neighbor had to flag them down and request they take all the stuff - they refused b/c it wasnt packed. So our neighbor had to pack what she could quickly into trash bags. The most shocking thing in all of this - Peter (the owner!) was there!!When I frantically emailed and called Peter about all the things being left behind, his response was that they couldnt take any of it, and well, he was sorry for the miscommunication. I highlighted that all these items WERE LISTED on our estimate - no response.We had to have our neighbor and a friend get the stuff that was left behind - it was two pickup truck beds full of stuff!! We are still (a month later) trying to coordinate getting the rest of our stuff, some of which is very special family dinnerware.When the moving truck arrived at our new home, it looked as if our stuff had literally been thrown haphazardly into the truck. So much stuff was damaged - art and wall hangings were not wrapped and many were damaged. A leather chair was scratched and severely damaged. The list goes on.The end of this epic story gets worse - I contacted Peter and requested that he reduce the fee for packing, since clearly it was a sloppy at best, and negligent at worst, job. He refused and instead attempted to push blame on us - I made it clear to him that we were going to contest the charge. Then I received an email from the company that payment had been received - THEY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. I was shocked. (Is this even legal?? Why did they still have my credit card information on file?!?)I have never, ever had such a horrible experience with a company. I cannot stress enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to deal with a horrible packing job, A LOT of your stuff being left behind, and an owner who just doesnt seem to care.

They moved a baby grand piano for me and were super helpful. They took it apart well and put it back together skillfully. I was impressed by the quality of their service. If I ever have to move my baby grand again, I will definitely be going back to ANC movers.

Hired ANC movers to move furniture and a large heavy item from our home to storage. They didn’t come with the mattress covers we had requested so I had to drive to town for those myself which took 40 minutes out of my day. They were unable to move our very heavy item, so we ended up using our tractor to left the item. It took 4 men seven hours to move a sectional, three beds, a dining table, two freezers and a refrigerator. Plus we paid $400 for them to move our heavy item that we did the bulk of the work to remove from the house. Very disappointed in the time for which we were charged. Definitely won’t recommend or use again.

Wonderful experience. Literally the easiest move that I have ever had. They were able to fit my move in with only two days notice and were even able to come early the day of. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs movers!

This was my first experience hiring movers. It was a pain dealing with moving companies, until I found ANC Movers. They immediately made me feel at ease with their organization and attention to detail. Pre-move, AJ answered my emails promptly and professionally. The move itself was super smooth. Brian and his team (great guys) showed up on time and immediately got to work. They made sure to cover up what we wanted and of course handled everything with care. Unloading at the new place, they knew they needed more help, and the owner himself shows up to help his team late on a Friday night. I had a quick conversation with him about his business and team and he explained how he has a passion to help. To help me and to help his team makes everything worth it. I cannot dream of a better experience. I will definitely be using ANC Movers again!

My experience with ANC was fantastic. Our move could not have gone better. Brian, Rey and Aaron showed up right on time. They got to work fast! They took apart the beds, tables and treadmill. Got everything else loaded and ready to go. They delivered to our new place, about 3 hours away, the next day. They unloaded, reassembled, put furniture where we wanted it and were done in about 5 hours. Very nice, polite, thoughtful crew, who were so accommodating. I highly recommend. No damage to anything, on time, fast, efficient and the price was exactly what they quoted. Good job!!

Great experience from estimation to the two trucks, one 30ft, one 26ft driving way at the end. Our first call to Peter was about 8 yeas ago. We hired him to move our baby grand piano down a wicked staircase to a pod for storage. He handled it beautifully. Later, we hired him to move all of our belongings to our new home.We liked Peter from our first meeting. He is upbeat, personable and works hard to deliver on his commitments. He has a very “can do” attitude, love that. So, over the past 8 years we have moved 3 times, and each move has been handled by ANC Movers.Our most recent move was great. Peter sent a crew of young men who were well trained and handled our things with great care. They all had that same upbeat, “can do “ attitude, and all worked very hard to get the job done.I should also add that the office staff was very professional and great to work with. They were very accommodating to meet our needs, and gracious enough to reschedule our moving date as circumstances changed. The movers did a great job! They wrapped mattresses and delicate furniture. They are VERY honest. They found paint coming off my front door and figured it was them who did it and said they would fix it. The paint was already coming off the door and it was no fault of theirs. They were ready to fix it! I really appreciate there honest and professionalism. I have already recommended them to several friends.

I believe in reviewing costumer care in the business world and most of the time my reviews are positive. I am sorry to see the poor experience I received from ANC movers. I recently moved my furniture to my new home. During the move one of my furniture was damaged, also the movers left the base of my sofa bed ( heavy) behind ands I had to move it myself at a later time. I attempted several time by emails and phone callsto talk to the CEO and the owner of the company with no success.

Confidently quoted me decent price on piano move. Next day called and said oops, we miscalculated. New price was double their bid. I had already sold my piano with the move price factored in. Get your **** together ANC.

Team of 4 showed up on time and quickly and efficiently loaded up the truck. This was a short local delivery and they were available at short notice. They charged us for travel time from their office. The guys were super friendly and polite. I was pleased with their work.

AMC movers stepped up when another company at the last minute declined to help move me, I am 62 and disabled, I can’t move myself. The office staff were sympathetic to my unusual moving situation, and did an amazing job helping fix the problem. The young men arrived on time and were pleasant, easy going people. They worked efficiently and fast! They unpacked my belongings with equal efficiency, leaving the space neat and clean.I really appreciated the young men, and the office staff for their help and compassion in providing me a stress free move as they cared for myself and my move. Great guys, hard workers. We so appreciated that they were able to come out on such short notice to do an all day move. Only reducing to 4 stars because my husband called 3 times to get scheduled with no call back and then the morning of our move I was told it might not work out so I spent an hour frantically calling other movers only to have ANC actually show up! We have used the same guys twice now, very pleased both times.

They were able to move us in one truck, and in one day - other movers needed two days and two trucks. It was also very reasonable, with minimal damage. Peter was very nice and easy going, and matched his picture on the site, but the other four gentlemen didn’t match any of the photos (one of them might have... maybe it has been a while since the photos were taken). My husband asked if they were going to shrink wrap the furniture, and one man said that they didn’t have any (even though the woman on the phone said it was included with our bid), then later I saw another worker shrink wrapping a dresser before moving it, so there was a consistency issue. Some workers wrapped furniture before moving, and others didn’t. We got a few scuffs on dressers, a gash in the door of our new freezer, and a broken handle on our carpet cleaner. With any moving company, you expect some damage, but it might have been avoided if items were wrapped before moving. They did do a great job, in little time, and they had the best price, by far. If there are certain items that are important to you, just make sure to ask about wrapping them - or wrap yourself, if you’d like to save time.

Since we used this company with great success before, we hired them a year later to move a relative. Once again, the service was flawless. Owner Peter Clarke has been in the moving business for 20 years, and his care and concern for his customers and their goods shows it. Moving is stressful, but is made so much better when the helpers are professional, efficient and really nice. Kudos to Peter and his excellent team (Jennifer in the office, and JJ and Tyler lifting and toting). We will definitely be seeing you again, as well as recommending you to others.

I was very impressed with ANC Movers. As a retired military family, weve endured a number of home moves over a 21 year career. This was my first non-military move and the folks from ANC did a phenomenal job! They moved us out of our previous home, stored our belongings for 30 days, and then delivered it to our new home. The whole process was seamless and facilitated by excellent customer service throughout. Very attentive and careful during each phase of our move. I will definitely give ANC Movers a call for my next move.

The crew was friendly and hard working.They were reasonably priced but showed up late (10:30am) which increased our travel time significantly. Which in turn increased our cost.While they loaded the truck nicely, there was some major scuffing on top of one of our new nightstands. Considering the scope of the move that was not a deal breaker as everything we have unpacked so far is undamaged.However, I called their office to confirm they would bring a big enough truck and while I was assured it would be fine, it was not. I still need to rent a moving truck to finalize our move. Other than that, I would have no problem using them again. Just look your quote over well, sign the paperwork Before they leave and ensure they can move you all at once if that is important to you.

I have used this company three times in the past year and will do so again. They are highly competent, organized, efficient, and meticulous. They disassembled an old organ to get it through a doorway and put it back together, maneuvered a piano through difficult spaces, and managed to safely move antique furniture up and down narrow stairways. Plus they seem to only hire fun people with a sense of humor, something that helps reduce the stress of moving. Ive worked with JJ and Chris twice now, and they earn top marks. Seth gets extra points for sense of humor. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, professional and fast! They had my Mom moved, lock, stock and barrel in under 4 hours! Mind you it was a smaller move, but I was still very impressed with them.

My move was not easy. There were three flights of narrow stairs and a piano... On a 98 degree day. They got everything moved quickly and safely and put it all in the right places on the other end and were very nice about the whole ordeal. They were even nice enough to point out when a desk corner broke off even though it wasnt their fault ( I had poorly repaired it after a previous move) so I really knew I could trust them. They made everything easy when it could have been just been miserable. Thanks!!

ANC MOVING just moved my piano without chipping the finish that my wife spent hours redoing. They were even respectful to my wife while I wasnt there, which says a lot about this company.

I manage Extra Space Storage in Vancouver off of 78TH ST. Peter stopped in to help one of his employees rent a unit for a couple months. I later discovered that he owns a moving company specializing in piano moving. I have referred all my customers to Peter and he has provided them with superior service. It has been over 2 years since I met Peter. He is a very good friend and treats everyone like family.I encourage everyone with the need for movers to give Peter a chance. He is more than reasonable and will travel the distance for your moving needs. Thank you Peter!!!

ANC moved my grand piano. The movers were on time, professional, and very effecient. They worked together well as a team and despite the weight of the piano they exhibited a great atitatti.

Weve used this company 3 times and have always been very happy with their work. Fast, efficient, friendly and affordable.

First off I was over charged. I was told $100 an hour and it turned into $140 and hour that supposedly was charged by accident, so they fixed it to $130 and hour instead lol. What a joke. Talking about they moved more than I had said which wasn’t true. They show up 30 mins late but because I went 15 mins over I get charged. They over charged me and the math said they owed me $$180 and all I got was $50. To top it off they break my dresser, which I didn’t notice until it was too late, and they stole somethings from here which fingerprints will prove who it was. Then I’m gonna sue the living daylights out of that company. The lady on the phone was rude. Don’t do it. Seriously don’t waste your time.

We used this company to move from one apartment to another in the same building. They required a 3 hour minimum and then showed up an hour late. After two hours they left, leaving everything piled in the new apartment, for another engagement yet demanded full payment for the three hours. Thats just bad/very unprofessional business. I am being generous with one star.

Had a few hiccups in our move....but they went above and beyond to assist. Super nice guys!

Do not use this company for your move. I had most all my furniture damaged even though I supplied 60 moving blankets for our move. Stuff was not wrapped well enough to prevent damage and it is very extensive. To top it off I am now also missing a very expensive computer tower. I have called both Peter and Jennifer several times to file a claim and go over the issues. Each time they tell me they will investigate and get right back to me but that never happens. I have sent a detailed email as well and again no response. Please make sure you use another company for your move as I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
