I was pretty impressed with my team both in the sales department, set up, and support. Each person had a personality (over the phone, and yes you can tell) very informative, on top of everything, and all things were completed exactly in the time frame they told us it would be on. I am certainly looking forward to our growing relationship as a team.

We are currently using the sales management and internet manager to respond to all Virtual Deal leads and have been closing at over 30% after the first month into the program. Also, Virtual Deal is producing the highest overall gross of any of our current lead providers. Our entire sales team benefits from the program as management normally has the salesperson that ups the client when they arrive take the test drive and get the sale. Lot attendants have the vehicle pulled up front and ready for show when the client gets here. Overall an excellent program and the support staff goes above and beyond to handle any issues promptly and with immediate results.
