I have found that when it comes to something as complicated as getting good ranking on search engines.....Because creating a website and providing SEO isnt exactly cheap and it can take some time to see any results.....you really have to put alot of trust in the people you choose to provide these services. Creating a website that looks and functions well is not terribly difficult....doing all that AND making search engines like what they see....thats an art form all in itself. All I wanted was a simple text message. Most other companies offered more complex solutions That exceeded my needs and of course wanted to charge way more. When I found the city rent and their Go Local Reviews it was the perfect solution. It takes literally 15 seconds to request a review from my client Via simple text message that connects them directly to Google, yelp, or my website page. Given the importance of business reviews and knowing how busy people get, it makes sense to make it easy for clients to leave a Google review. In a matter of the first 30 days we were able to collect another 25 reviews. I will continue to use the service for my other businesses as well! Highly recommended!

I hired Duane and his team to manage our website for a period of six months, during that time I dealt with Rachel who was my account manager and direct report. During the time she managed my account she either failed to bring me reports or left her computer at her office to go over reports or stated she was late from a flight one time and needed to reschedule. Time after time I had to report errors on our website to Rachel. Her response was we’ll look into it and I’ll get back to you. After six month of disappointment I had to make a business decision and go with another company. Mind you that this is a nationwide franchise and I paid them six months of service in advance to optimize my site. After numerous failed attempts at understanding our business model and numerous phone, emails and texts showing Duane the owner of City Ranked the errors he personally took the account over. Duane stated he would correct the errors and not charge me any additional money. After two months of ZERO results I went to another website company. I was very disappointed with how Luxury Bath was treated.
