The old post office lady is pretty rude, you can tell from her tone of voice. All I asked for was tape and she got snappy when I thought it was inside next to the prepaid mail drop off tubs and asked her where it was again. I saw another review talking about her and I completely see her acting that way.

Super convenient for me, especially since theyve added a bin for prepaid packages. The staff has always been perfectly friendly as well.

This is a confusing post office in the middle of a grocery store. The lady is rude and makes you go outside to fill stuff out because there is no room inside. She got upset at me because I was shipping something flat rate and she started telling me all about priority mail for no reason and saying it costs more but I didnt even ask so I was confused why she was telling me about something that costs more. She got snappy cause I didnt understand her. She did that eyeroll, sigh thing when someone treats you like an idiot, even though they arent making sense and trying to tell you about stuff you dont need.

I like all the people who work here. They are helpful and relaxed.

Not sure why the reviews are 3.2 average. The only problem I have had there are a few customers in line being rude. The postal workers deal with a few losers I’m sure.

The only redeeming thing that gives this review 2 stars is literally everyone else that works here other than the oldest, elderly woman. She has an attitude and likes to belittle you any chance you get. Go anywhere BUT here if you want to be treated like an actual person. She’s is horrible and needs to retire.

Staff has always been fine but they are overworked. It would help tremendously if they had a place to drop prepaid packages without having to squeeze past the line. I suspect people wait in line not realizing you can toss your package on the counter and leave. Their main issue is just not having enough space. Theyve been there since the population was much smaller.

I appreciate that this is the closest postal service to me. I never ever had issues here but the one time I called in for information, whoever the lady was that answered the phone.. was very impatient and told me she wont answer me the same question again. I was confused and trying to understand what she was saying because even just being on the phone with her I can sense her frustration at me. Please learn to be empathetic because it is a very big part of customer service jobs.

This is my primary post office, even though it is a little bit of a drive. The folks are friendly, and they are quick to add counter help if things get too busy.

Not very impressed with this place. Sent out a package that I told them was supposed to be PRIORITY ONE DAY EXPRESS and she did a regular 2 day shipment. It was also incredibly difficult to find until I looked at other reviews on here. Unfortunately, wont be coming back here again.

I love the fact that it’s open on Sundays and that the other days they’re open until 7 pm

Its tricky to find inside the convenience store, but the staff are helpful and its open til 7!one thing is it can get very busy as it is just a little desk, so plan to wait a few minutes if you need assistance.

Inside the Convienience Store, on the right. They are fairly busy, but not as bad as the bigger post offices usually. This is one of my favorite post offices.

Wanted to send a lettet with tracking. Super easy and conveinent, AND seven bucks less than fed ex near by.

One guy working who clearly hates his job and moves at his own speed which would be summed up as sloth. This is why amazon and others are making the post office nonexistent.....they ,a long with their workers, are a sad joke!

I find the staff very helpful. I do wish I could mail packages internationally from there though.

I called for help regarding lost mail, they gave me some persons number (who was quite helpful and used to his happening) instead of the real postal service.

Without having an actual Post Office in the area, this little one comes in handy at times. The staff is usually friendly and helpful.

RUDE, RUDE and RUDE. After standing there for awhile. Only to be told my package needed to go some where else. Never again will I step foot in that place. Sally was here name. Its apparent she doesnt like her JOB!.

The old lady working who wears sunglasses indoors ain’t very accommodating, she answers your inquiries with attitude like it irritates her. Not helpful, rude and needs customer service training. Watch out.
