My package has been Out for Delivery for the last 3 days. I’ve contacted their support twice over the phone and on the last phone call I was promised an update on the delivery of my package by the end of the day today. It is now 9:13 p.m. on a Wednesday night and I’m still waiting for that call. With such high reviews, I’m pretty confident I’ll be hearing from them at about half past never….

A friend of mine worked there. I somehow got to the loading with him. Terror is going on inside! Parcels are simply heaped up. Trash and mess everywhere. I have never used their services, and after what I saw, I will not use them any more! Horror!!!

Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS drivers, I guess, just know to put boxes in the back corner of the porch which makes them less likely to be seen by passersby. They also text upon delivery so I know a delivery has been made.Here are photos of my last two deliveries from OnTrac. They try as hard as they can to make it so the box can be seen from the street at every angle. No texts upon delivery, so even if you are home you dont know it has been delivered.

I cringed when I realized my expensive item from Walmart was being shipped from OnTrac. Their delivery service has really fallen below ranks. My package was to be delivered in 2 days, however, that’s not the case. And based on my last experience, I provided a request for someone to call me with an update, no one ever did and my package was 3 days late. The driver was in the area but never delivered my package until 3 days later. And I was supposed to sign for it; they just left it on the porch. Now I have a package expected today and it’s not even gotten to Vancouver, WA yet. So, I am not holding my breath that I’ll even get it today. Not to mentioned I placed my the order around 1 am Monday morning. I used to love OnTrac. Not so much now. Let’s see if they actually have me sign for it this time.

After ordering an expensive item from Walmart, which I cringe at to begin with, I find out its shipped via OnTrac. Hmm- have never heard of them. Ill Google to find out how reliable they are. I became concerned when almost every single review began with I wish I could rate them zero stars. Rightfully so, come to find out. Item is currently located in a city in Washington that doesnt exist. Having been out for delivery for 48 hours now. So Ive assumed I simply wont receive my item and Ill have to cancel and reorder. Got to thinking, though, only two of my three item Amazon order arrived- let me check on that third item. Sure enough, shipped with OnTrac. COVID is hard on all companies, I get it; I run one myself. Logistics is tougher than it has ever been. But, at 2 years into this game, with 1.5 star ratings, OnTrac, you have failed. Not only your customers, but your employees. This will be responded to by a bot, but; with any chance that an employee sees this review, this is your sign, get out and run far far away.

This company is the worst of the worst!. They are even worse than the USPS. My package has been driven around for 3 days and still not delivered. Their customer service people are friendly enough, but absolutely useless. The driver claims he is unable to find my address, even though they have delivered here several times. The dumbest kid working at Dominoes figured it out on his first try; Im not sure why this fool cant figure it out. GPS directs you straight to the door.

Terrible company, useless customer service, incompetent drivers. I would give it a zero if I could. The package said it was delivered at 905 am on Monday. We were home at this time, and it was not there. We have front door cameras, and it was not delivered.This is the second time this has happened. Previously, the order arrived two days after it was said to be delivered.I suspect that the drivers are scanning boxes before actual delivery and then delivering packages whenever they get around to it. If at all.This is unacceptable. The package that is missing was a gift from family to our soon to be born daughter.Your delivery service has now twice failed to provide decent customer service or the service it claims to provide, when UPS, FEDEX, and Amazon are all able to deliver to our address with no problems.Update: emailed the person who contacted me on here to resolve the issue. Just a standard automated email. This company doesnt care about your packages or you. I fully suggest individuals report them to the BBB, I did.

2 delivered packages that I have not received in the last 2 months. Whenever its ontrac I seem to never receive my product in person....I called and tried to prevent this and for them to notify me when delivery was to occur. Didnt get notified till I checked. Had sibling check and it never was delivered to us...still waiting for a call back from driver...ridiculous.

3 times in the past 2 weeks, my deliveries have been sent elsewhere in town. 1 time it was dropped at neighbors house, thankfully he caught the mistake and told the driver it wasnt his. Next time, the local funeral parlor messaged me stating they have my packages. It is because they have the same house number, miles away. Then, the driver one day told me that they could find my place, newer house (1.5yrs) build but clearly marked at drive way and house. And most recent, says my stuff was delivered, but it wasnt delivered here again. Not sure which 203 address it went to this time. Clearly not mine.I am home pretty much all the time. No close neighbors who would ever take packages. They are just dropping off at the most convenient place...I am assuming because we live in a rural area.

The worst delivery company.They say they delivered your package and it never arrived. You email them and you get a automated general email. I never have problems with ups,fedex or Amazon. Dont waste your money thinking youll get your package delivered from ontrac.

1st: package from ULTA delivered to someone else and not me. Had to contact ULTA and have them resend my order.2nd: Order from YAMI. Been delayed two days now. I emailed YAMI and I said they shouldnt use OnTrac for a delivery service. Horrible. Online agent for OnTrac said they have an overload of packages and are prioritizing deliveries. My box was sent with two day delivery. It should be a priority like everyone elses.

I would give it no *s if I could. This is the third time my items have been delayed by them. Both previous times, orders never showed up!! Either were lost or damaged according to OnTrac. This will be the third problem with them. I dont expect to receive my order. DONT USE THEM!!

Every order I get from Ontrac they are late on, I don’t know how they stay in business. I’ve had a couple that it showed that was delivered, and nothing at the door, when Walmart resent the order, a week later Ontrac delivered the first order.

This is the WORST shipping experience I have ever had. OnTrac SUCKS. If I could give OnTrac ZERO stars, I wouldnt hesitate a moment. Ill be driving an hour out of my way to pick up a package thats more than a week late because they cant get it together. Tell me about COVID again. Most incompetent group of people I have ever seen in my life. For 9 days my package has been sitting in their Vancouver, WA facility. Calls to customer service had phone rep admit that this location simply does not have the staff to handle packages and get them on a truck. No one can tell me when this might solve itself. Yet OnTrac continues to accept more packages for delivery that it simply cannot handle. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have talked to the sender and they see the issues and this company is also upset that OnTrac is doing what it is doing.

WORST CARRIER EVER!Where do I begin with the layers of incompetency here?According the OnTracs own customer service manager, the OnTrac tracking web sites page that displays a delivery date is nearly NEVER ACCURATE! She says theyve complained to IT about this for some time, but the delivery date will show the current date, every day, and isnt based on any reality. it just automatically increments each day. This is from their own Customer Service MANAGER!Whats worse, the manager couldnt tell me when the package would be delivered either. She told me multiple times that they never make any promises about when a package will arrive End Quote.So let me get this straight... Your tracking web site doesnt know when packages will be delivered. Your call center doesnt know when packages will be delivered. NOBODY KNOWS?!?I guess when you use OnTrac, you just hand off your package and hope for the best because God only knows when it will ever reach its destination.Why do you even have a tracking web site if you KNOW that it isnt correct???You guys should rename the company OFF-Trac

They would give you 3-5 different dates for delivery. Absolutely not reliable delivery company. Horrible at service.

EDIT: I’m updating my rating from a one star because someone from the social media email finally helped me get my order. Not a great experience overall but I’m thankful I finally have my package.My order was out for delivery Friday and the driver said that the address was incorrect so my package went back to the warehouse. Driver lied, as the address was definitely correct. I’ve owned this home for 11 years and I’ve never had an issue like this until now.Called and spoke to a rep that was pleasant and she confirmed the address was correct but she would note the account that it is correct so it would be delivered next business day. Here we are on the next business day, nearly noon and my package is still sitting at their warehouse on exception. Called and spoke to another pleasant rep who confirmed my address was correct yet again but couldn’t explain why it wasn’t out for delivery. She said she would get in contact with management at the warehouse and call me within an hour. It’s been 2 and a half hours and I’ve heard nothing.Unfortunately just being pleasant doesn’t get anything done for your customers. Actions need to be taken to ensure your drivers are actually doing their jobs.

My most recent dealing with OnTrac started with a no show on days 1 and 2 of my package being due. I went ahead and sent an email on day one looking for an ETA. Day 4 involved calling them twice to get told two different stories, one saying the driver worked 14 hours and put the package in the wrong sort pile after returning to the warehouse, the other was that it was delayed in another state (after being on a truck for delivery). I have never had a computer sound so disappointed with me staying on hold and almost actively discouraging me from waiting on hold instead of requesting a call back. Day 5 they walked it to my porch and literally dropped my package with electronics on my patio instead of waiting after knocking. Day 7 was a response via email to me reaching out the first day, and the email said they delivered my package with no information on why a 2 day delivery took a week. Next time I see a company ships with OnTrac I will look for an alternative. Do not use this company.

The delivery date for my package was changed three times before it was marked as delivered. I was home at the time but never received a knock at the door or saw the package. I filled a claim with OnTrac and the company I ordered the products from. After three days the package mysteriously turned up, significantly damaged. I am glad the package arrived but I will never do business with OnTrac again or any companies that ship through them.

Worse Worse experience ever. Not only did they lose my package, but their customer service from phone representative to “supervisor” is the worse. I will make sure to request all my suppliers not to use this carrier and make sure my deliveries are not sent through this delivery company.My package was out for delivery as stated on the website on 8/27/21, waited until 8/31 to call them since I never received the package, and the status was still “out for delivery”. They had to reach out to the Vancouver, WA warehouse to get an update and said they would call me back. I waited 24hrs and called them back as I am scared on “falling through the cracks”. They still had no update and they offered I pick up my package from the warehouse, but that some warehouses were not allowing “pick ups” due to begin short staff. So they were going to call me back to confirm if they would allow me to pick it up. Another 24hrs went by and no phone call. I called again and still no update. Well not to make this so long I had to call in a total of 6 times with zero resolution whatso ever and would never admit to losing my package. The last call was 9/13 where they said it was marked “lost” on 9/11, but also showed out for delivery on 9/13 as of 9:01am. Well it is 9/14, zero update and no package. When I called to speak with a supervisor Josh on 9/3, he was no help, didn’t relate to my situation, had a very passive aggressive attitude, said he would call me back and to this date have not received a call from him. This package is not an essential, but I spend all my budget on this package for my daughter’s entire school clothes shopping. This whole experience has been a disaster and it falls 100% on OnTrac as I had ordered from the same clothing company before with zero issues.I got info from someone close who works there and said it is complete caos with zero leadership whatsoever.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. I ordered 2 identical items. Tracking shows they both arrived at the warehouse. I only received one of the items, 10 days past the original arrival date. I was told I could go pick it up myself if I wasn’t happy. This company needs to refresh themselves on customer service and what a delivery company should be doing. I am beyond frustrated . I would never choose this company for deliveries. Poor reflections on the companies that use them.

If I could give zero stars I would. After a short time of working there, OnTrac has proven to be disrespectful and careless to both workers and the packages in the warehouse.They over work and under pay their employees, leading workers to neglect the quality of their job. As Ive first hand witnessed, this results as an abundant of damaged packages and late arrivals due to roll over time. Overall the company has many many flaws, would recommend Amazon or FedEx for fast and secure packaging.

Five days after four boxes were supposed to be delivered and Im still told daily that it will come tomorrow. Zero stars. This is my households fourth experience with OnTrac (not just this shipment) and they are 0-for-4 in terms of timeliness, accuracy and communication. The items I am waiting on are out of stock with the shipper and I am getting zero follow up from OnTrac. No reputable shipper should do business with them. Home Depot used them to deliver an air conditioning unit to my home. Middle of a heat wave, and the delivery guy drops off the large box at my front door ON ITS SIDE.Its a friggin air conditioner! Anyone in delivery that has handled one before KNOWS to not tip them. Its also printed ON THE BOX.Thanks, Jerk. Now I have to wait a few more hours to cool off my house and possibly suffer another cluster headache. If you think thats something to brush off, look them up. They are nicknamed suicide headaches for a reason.

Where to start. Like everyone else. I wish I could give zero star. Been back and forth with customer service. I was convinced they lost my package at their facility but they found it and rescanned it as staged for loading. I needed it on the day it was committed to. Customer service has done a great job adding notes to the order which obviously do nothing. Also because the person that shipped the package needs to ok for me to pick it up from the facility and he’s out of town I am now out of luck of getting myself. I just watch the tracking everyday waiting for that new delivery update of “shipment delayed, delivery date updated” over and over and over again. What a joke of a company. Update! They delivered it a week after their commit date and they dropped it off upside down where it says “DO NOT TILT” all over the box. Thanks ONTRAC, you’re the worst.

Worst delivery company, or worst delivery company? If i get a notification that i ordered something and it shipped with ontrac, I immediately cancel the order. Businesses should take note of this. One package was set to deliver to a business where i have my packages sent, which had posted hours of closing at 6PM. 3 days in a row they attempted to deliver at 9:30 PM. Wouldnt you think after the first, or second days they would realize maybe they need to deliver this item sooner??Had a separate one that they delivered to the wrong street (for example, 123 Oak street instead of 123 Maple street), and the other street got my package. I emailed customer service immediately due to this error and the delivery driver being rude, aggressive and cutting in line in front of several customers for the business they were supposed to deliver to. Customer service said they would pick up the incorrectly delivered package by end of next business day. 2 business days went by before the person that received my package ended up coming to the business to drop it off, at which point we exchanged packages. This was a month ago, and we have not seen the driver who was supposed to pick up the incorrect package.

If I could leave zero stars i absolutely would. This is the worst company ever. My package was out for delivery SIX DAYS AGO, went all the way back to the warehouse in another state and thats where its been since. Ive spoken to five different reps now, four didnt have any information for me. The fifth told me it was because they couldnt find my address. They managed to find my neigh or address that my house is literally attached to (duplex) but not mine. Once I explained that it was a duplex the guy said it would be out for delivery today. Its now 230p pm and my tracking info still says its being held at the warehouse. Oh yeah. And the fifth guy I spoke to actually told me he didnt have tkme to help me. So, yeah. Great company....

I wish i could give this review zero stars… this courier service is absolutely terrible, but i do appreciate the people that have tried to help me get any updates on my package that has been delayed for over 7 times. i ordered it on the 11th and my original date of commitment was the 21st. it is now the 3rd and they emailed me saying that my package is just lost. usually i hate writing bad reviews but looking at all of the previous ones before mine, it’s clear that this company is just… not the best. so if you see your order being delivered by ontrac, CANCEL IT.

I have had 2 orders from OnTrac that were undeliverable due to my address not being valid. However, they did have my valid address they could just not find it, even after I gave them detailed directions on the phone on how to get to my address. Literally no other carrier has ever had a problem delivering to my address. Additionally, even though OnTrac has my contact information, they have never called me to verify my address or to give me the option to pick it up from their facility. That seems like the least that they could do.

I was suppose to get my AC unit in 2 days. The tracking showed it made it to their warehouse in 1 day & sat in their warehouse for 3 days. By the 4th day it was on its way. By the end of the day the tracking notice said it was still coming. By 10:30 pm I finally turned my lights off. The next day the tracking stopped. After being promised I would get a phone call 3 different times from having to make 3 phone calls in 8 days. I never got one phone call, text or email. On the 11th day I finally got an email saying they cannot locate my pkg & to contact the seller. This company does not deserve even one star. By the 5 th day of being late the seller offered me a 15% discount or to cancel the order. I let him know the bad reviews here in OR & WA that he needs to consider another shipping company. I heard back from him immediately. Now OnTrac is asking me to contact the seller! They should. They took his money & in return gave him & I lousy service

I have been in touch with escalation managers, GMs of this company, my item was at a gated community in the truck 20 feet away from my culdesac and he turned around said he needed the gate code and rescheduled - its been on the truck since the 27th out for delivery - I did not use them the company that I ordered from used them. 100 PERCENT will NEVER use again. . If there was a way I could give negative stars I would. ordered an item online. shipped via ontrac for delivery on 3/15/2021. items never showed up. tracked packages and showed DELAYED. called them on 3/18 and was told items could not be delivered due to drivers confusion with address. apartment complex and no apartment number on label. the items were to go to the office but they didnt even check (a simple phone call would have alleviated this). was promised that these items would be delivered 3/19. they were not . showed delayed until 3/22. Called and was told that items were delayed and I was assured they would be here on 3/22. I guess well see.

I never received a mint mobile sim card that has 3 months of unlimited service...the package delivery was delayed daily for over 10 days. Mint mobile finally had to send an expidited sim card which was then sent using this same shipper... Im hoping that this one makes it to me! Worst shipping I have ever experienced. My package has been Out For Delivery for 7 days. Essentially, the Vancouver, WA OnTrac either lost my package or theyre just too lazy to drive down to Salem. Dont bother calling their 800 number / customer service because the facility in Vancouver is actually a contractor. So, Corporate has no authority to escalate issues. This business is fake or otherwise fraudulent far as Im concerned.

Poor buissness model. Why? Drivers in out area have absolutely no training. They are independent contractors and obviously, not vetted. Twice they have drove down my drive way past my posted gate and blocked my drive. Same two drivers when stopped by dog at the gate, threw her a dog treat from the other side of the gate. I confronted them asking them to never feed my dog again.Being a buisness owner myself I realize you cant control everything your employees do. Of the five times that I know of they have not once made good choices when delivering. This is a lack of good hires, poor or no training, and likely bad business practices. In 16 years I have had one bad deliver with USPs and none with fedex and UPs. You make the xall.

I wish I could leave less than one star. If it all possible, you should always avoid shipping anything with OnTrac. I have had nothing but issues. The most recent interaction has been extremely frustrating. I ordered some items that I needed by a certain day, but I gave myself plenty of time. My order arrived at the nearby facility on Friday 3/13/21 and said it would be delivered Monday, 3/15. On Monday it updated and said it would be a delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday updated and said it would be delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday it updated and said to be look delivered on Thursday, which is when I decided to call. The person that I spoke with was pleasant, but could not help me. He said that the package was “probably lost” because it hadn’t been scanned in 6 days. He sent a message to the warehouse and said someone would call me. No one called me. I called again today and was told that they would escalate it. I still haven’t heard anything back, and I needed my order by Monday at the very latest… I was told that they do not do Saturday deliveries in my area so there’s no chance that I will get my order on time even though I ordered it with over a week to spare. Everyone I’ve talked to who keeps mentioning that it’s probably lost which makes me wonder how often packages just go “missing” at OnTrac warehouses. Buyer beware.

I had ordered a package with the incorrect address (I was one number off) and they took the time to call and let me know my package couldnt be delivered to that address. I was able to update the address and will get my package soon. Its nice to know they take the time to do that, I know some other companies would not. The customer service was great as well!

I figured I’d leave a review because I can’t believe how low the rating is, I order a lot of stuff from Newegg so I have had a lot of on trac shipments they are not always perfect but they are usually on time and unlike FedEx you can show up at the warehouse and they will go in the back and get your item for you the day before it’s supposed to be delivered which is really nice when your package is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday but they have it in Vancouver on Friday

Multiple issues over the past few weeks where my package arrives at the distribution center (Vancouver, Washington) and the next day shows Out for delivery but the status changes daily to the next day. Again this exact scenario has played out more than once now where I wait 4+ days AFTER the tracking shows that the package is out for delivery. A package expected to arrive last Monday is still not here (it is now Thursday evening!) Vancouver is 30 minutes from the delivery address...I dont understand how such poor service can become the norm. Whatever the account holders are paying Ontrac for shipping is too much.

This company really deserves a zero. What was Best Buy thinking?? I am realistic about delivery delays, especially around the holidays, but that doesnt explained lack of communication with the buyer. The website is updated with false info. No signature required, which is not a good idea in these times. Reported delivery at my front door, in a locked apartment building. I checked with several residents, not to mention my apartment faces the front walkway, and no package. Still waiting for customer service...

They dropped off package 1 of 4 didnt take the other 3 off van. Today is day 4 of tracking system saying the other 3 packages will arrive by end of day. Horrible company. I had 2 packages shipped to me on the same day from the same place. The first package arrived on time at my house. The second package has been sitting at there facilities. For 2 days. Finally I get the out for delivery notice. But again today nothing. I just checked and it says it has been delayed. Even though it said out for delivery earlier today. Beyond frustrated. Makes me not want to order from companies that use them.

Worst customer service I have EVER had. Somehow my package was mixed up with someone else who doesnt even live on my street or near me. I immediately contacted OnTrac and was told they were contacting the delivery driver to come back. I called the next day and they told me they would contact the driver again and now the warehouse. The next day I got the same answer. I proceeded to contact them every single day for a week and was told that they will pick up the package I have and that they are looking into my missing package. Finally after a week they were able to tell me that they mixed up the packages and that they would have a driver pick them up the next day since the other person put in a request to get it picked up. After over a week they finally picked up the package I had but were unsuccessful in picking up mine. I was told they were sending out a driver the next day to try again but that never happened. Instead I was told that they just declared it as lost and to contact the sender. Their customer service team just kept feeding me the same lies and got my hopes up. I wasted an entire week of waiting with no hope. Never trust their delivery drivers since APPARENTLY they are illiterate. Their customer service team has little they can do to actually help you making it dependent on the drivers and whoever runs these warehouses that ignore their email and requests. I wish I could choose to only ship through USPS, UPS or Fedex since I have NEVER had ANY issues with them. I would avoid OnTrac at all costs if it was possible.

I really wish I could rate this company lower. Spent $700 on a product and paid for next day shipping needing it for work and school. It got to the facility the next day and sat there. That was two weeks ago. Never have had to deal with a more incompetent company than this. Any business that uses this carrier will never get a cent from me again.Terrible carrier.

Horrible service. Package arrive at the local warehouse (Vancouver) on 6/30. Delayed delivery to 7/1, then, 7/2, 7/3, 7/5, 7/6, and now 7/7. On 7/5 another package arrived to the warehouse. Assumption is they damage my original package. Will never use them again. Customer service gives generic reason x2 and no resolution or explanation on what happened. Cancel your order if they use OnTrac.

I’m probably never ordering anything that has OnTrac delivery because I placed an order and to this day I haven’t received anything. It’s been delayed for 11 days and whenever it says “By end of the day,” it ends up getting pushed back day after day. At this point I’m starting to think my package is never coming and I most likely won’t get my money back.

A vendor shipped a toaster via OnTrac. OnTrac marked the package as delivered on 11/17. I was home the entire day and OnTrac did not deliver to my address.I have called customer service each day to figure out where the package is. Each day I get a different story; but no one has been able to tell me where it is and I am still without the toaster.I’ve since requested a refund from the vendor.The company appears highly disorganized and communication with them is challenging at best. Will not be shipping with them again if at all avoidable.

Package kept getting delayed and we are now 14 days past when the package should’ve arrived, and after reaching out multiple times, was told that they were unable to determine the current status of the package. Ironically the last update said that the package had arrived in Vancouver, WA which makes no sense given that the ontrac in Vancouver, WA according to google is permanently closed. Hoping none of my packages ever go through this service again.

Ordered tires from Tirerack.com and OnTrac is their logistics provider. They have had my tires 30 minutes from my house for 5 days and show them out for delivery, yet they never show up. When you call their customer service they act like they care and promise to call or email to correct the problem, but never do. Today is day 6. No call from them, no email. Worst logistics company.

My orders that are delivered through OnTrac are routinely delayed. This could be due to COVID, but I have had much better luck with on time deliveries from other companies.I live in an apt complex, recently a driver decided to put a box of mine on the ground near our bank of mail slots (uncovered). The competence from this group is sub par.If I were a small business looking for a reliable shipping company, I would not trust OnTrac with my business

Their driver stole a very expensive package and said it was delivered. I complained and they took a week to tell me “the driver says they delivered it so too bad” of course they wouldn’t admit to stealing. Then the company I bought it from, Best Buy, wanted me to buy something more expensive to replace it or to call corporate to get a refund since they couldn’t refund me because I didn’t have the item. Good job promoting amazon guys....

My experience with this so called delivery company is that they advertise one thing and what you get is well below substandard. They advertise which I paid extra for and still waiting on my package. It shipped on the 21st of April and its the 27th now and still no package. They say 2 business days not even close. I what a refund. I was told I need to get that from the shipping company.

Do not use OnTrac, and ask anyone you purchase from not to use them either.Out of 4 shipments to me:1 was 10 days late, and missorted and sent to the opposite end of my state.1 shipment was dropped at the wrong address, and was never found.1 shipment was 10 days late. 3 phone calls gave me no information. They kept saying they would call me back.1 shipment is enroute to me right now, which is a replacement shipment. If I do not receive it on time, I will never do business with the vendor again.

Horrible delivery service. They said they delivered a package to my house at 8:55pm. No package was on my door step, my 2 dogs did not bark. Wheni contacted them they relies that driver was at correct address. Obviously not or I would have package. Now I am out money because they have no honor.

What ever you do DO NOT use this company for anything! I had a package that was supposedly delivered to my house, I have security cameras all over, they said it was delivered! Which it wasnt! I had reviewed my footage and did not see any of there drivers make any attempt to deliver my package! They said well according to our GPS it was but could not tell me where supposedly this mysterious driver left my package! This is the first time I had a package shipped through this carrier, not by my choice. This will be the last! So of your thinking of using this risky carrier then beware! I would definitely not recommend this company!

Home Depot used this company to ship a tool. When the company was over a week past the shipment due date I called them. It took an hour to get through and I opened a claim. A day or two later we get a text it was just delivered. We live in the country, on a dead end road with a very long driveway. No car ever comes up the driveway without our dogs going crazy and we were sitting in the living room, in front of the bay window they would have to walk by, and there was no one that ever dropped off a package at that time. After almost a month of investigation countless times with them not returning calls, they just called and let me know the investigation was closed and they believe it was delivered because “a driver was in the area”. This package was either stolen by a driver or delivered to someone else “in my area”. Now I’m at the mercy of Home Depot refunding me the money or I lose a few hundred dollars. Do not use this company.

I placed my order on Tuesday and even paid for next day shipping. It didnt come on Wednesday, fine, I got a refund for the shipping cost. It arrives at the destination facility very early Thursday morning but I never got it delivered. I called customer service on Friday morning asking if I was going to get it that day and the rep said I should, but its a no show and the tracking says I wont get it until Monday because the warehouse doesnt work over the weekend. Its now Monday, I call to ask why I havent received it yet and the rep says since its been so long, shell escalate it so a manager will ask the warehouse manually why Im not getting my package and theyll call me back. Its now the evening and no call, tracker says Ill be getting it tomorrow. The customer service reps are polite but not very proactive and Im a bit upset that Ive waited nearly a week for a package thats been sitting in a warehouse 45 minutes from my house.

I would give them zero stars if it was possible. The driver either lost or misdelivered my packages. They were scanned delivered on a day/time when I was working in my front yard all day, and all the specific time they claimed to have delivered it. I had to write and call multiple times to get any response from them. When they finally did contact me 4 days later they told me that they don’t know where my packages are and to take it up with the vendor.I horrible company with a very well deserved 1.4 star rating. If anything that’s much to generous. Avoid them if you can.

Absolutely terrible delivery service. Ive noticed several times that my package has arrived in its destination city and will just sit for days in hte destination city, well beyond the expected delivery date. Customer service is no help. I wish retailers would stop using them.
