They are awesome. Could not have asked for more. Bought a JD1025R from them. They stored it for a couple of months for me, delivered it to my new home 72 miles away, and went over everything with me. I had an issue with a hydraulic hose and Dan came all the way out same day and took care of it. Great customer service. I highly recommend them! Thanks Josh, Jason, and Dan. You guys are the best.

My parents were looking to purchase a tractor from a local dealership. After swinging by two other places, we landed here. Immediately we were greeted in the parking lot by an awesome sales rep Josh. Josh was able to answer all our questions on the spot and also give comparisons with other tractors we were interested in. Between his knowledge of tractors and parts, he was also extremely friendly and accommodating. After speaking to Josh, we knew exactly what dealership we were going to work with. The entire process took about 15 minutes after deciding on what attachments. They also offered to deliver to the in the cuts! Awesome place to do business!

The whole process was so easy! JD was great to work with and extremely knowledgable. We had done our research and knew what we wanted, but having someone who could tell us the things we didnt know and present options was really reassuring. There was a delay with putting the tractor together and delivery, because theyre down a staff member, and JD personally delivered our tractor on Saturday on Memorial Day weekend! We felt like our business was important, even after the sale was made. We know we went to right place and we will be back!

Called this place looking on a Thursday to order an OEM Walbro HD Carb for my Stihl saw and I sat on hold for about 12 minutes only to find out the guy who takes orders for replacement parts won’t be in for 3 days. Called back s few days later & Finally got to talk to someone about my needs and after I gave him the OEM part number for the carb, he basically said he couldn’t find it and said he would call me back in a few minutes with prices. After no call back in an hour, called Harry’s in Vancouver, placed the order for the part in about 5 minutes and picked up the following week.I will not be going here for anything I will need. They could care less about real people & customer support. No wonder they have 3* something ratingBest

Not a friendly place. Not a speedy service. Not a cheap place. They did get the job done, however. There was no above and beyond observed. There was just a basic service. You can find better deals online for most of the equipment and even factory direct in some cases.

Nice local and fair John Deere dealership. Their lot is packed with tractors, lawn mowers and more. Check them out if youre interested. You wont feel slimmed like in Woodland (enough said).

I contacted Kevin and team with some needs for multiple pieces of equipment as we are building a horse facility. They serviced my Gator and did such a great job I am buying everything from those guys. Kevin even came out and walked my land and was mindful of my needs. Personable and customer centric. 5 stars!

Instead of paying their 800 percent mark up go to vbelt guys or amazon for a new belt. 42 and change here. 12 bucks on amazon i dont mind local guys making a buc . But 4 times the price for a stupid 42in belt is gouging imo

I spent upwards of $50k with them a few years ago, and my father before me. In fact I think their systems might equate the two of us. Whatever. They have great equipment, knowledgeable staff, and most importantly they usually stock what you need or can get it in a day or two.

I just purchase our John Deere 1025R with several different implements. The salesman, JD, knew the answers to all the questions I had. He didnt have to look everything up like the big black and yellow brand store I visited. Price was more than fair, and delivery was done right on time, as promised. I had already bought a chainsaw from this store and I can say Ill definitely be back.

Ive had two honda lawnmowers and a Mantis tiller repaired here over the years. I received great service. Had to bring the Mantis back once.. Due to the starter rope breaking shortly after I got it back, but they couldnt have foreseen that it was old and worn as was the whole tiller. Plus I only asked them to get it running not make it pretty ! They did a fantastic job and if I have any more equipment problems I will definitely return. Good Guys good service!

I dont know what this place is like Monday through Friday but I have been here a number of Saturdays and can confidently say it is grossly understaffed. It hurts to only give this place two stars because what few employees there are work there butts off but they are just too slammed. I think the owner knows they are the only John Deere shop in the area and can get away with being cheap. Its not fair to the employees and its not fair to the customers. I highly recommend ordering your parts on-line because these employees could use a break.

I took my Yard Man SC8 Chipper in for a carb overhaul in Spring of 2014. They charged me 150 dollars for a rebuild. The work took almost 3 weeks. When I got the machine home it began to leak gasoline from the carburetor and absolutely would not start. Called back with complaint, wrote an email, called back again, with no reply. I feel Ive been ripped off. I should have known better. The young man helping did not even know which valve turned the gas on. I never write reviews. And am generally really forgiving. But this experience really hurt my budget and trust in this establishment.

3 out of the last three times I have ordered parts from them they ordered the wrong parts. They said they would call when parts came in, but no call. Man working at counter has very poor customer service skills and clearly very poor skills looking at parts diagrams and ordering the correct part. I am a local landscaper and they have lost me as a customer for life. I hope I can save other people the aggrevation.

I dropped my weed eater off 2 weeks ago.. When dropping it off I was told that it wasnt under warranty any longer and that it only had a 1yr warranty which was wrong! It has a 2yr warranty plus a 2yr extended warranty... I felt VERY much like the gender roll was played by the guy at the counter just because I was a female I was dumb type thing.... I brought my recipient from the date it was purchased with me and everything (I know how the game works)... Anyways after 2 weeks of these guys having the weed eater they never touched it also on the phone I was told it would be probably another 2 days or longer... So I told them to have it ready and that I was on my way to pick it up and take it to a place who would get it fixed right away when I arrived they had the paperwork for my weed eater BUT it took another 10mins to bring it out to me... I than went to Ace Hardware and a VERY nice gentleman helped me out and got it fixed up and running within 10mins of me being there!! To me thats customer service! I will NEVER go back to Clark County Lawn & Tractor, I will also NEVER recommend anyone to them either.... Save your time and fuel and go somewhere else...

In response to Cassandras review, this is my sthil trimmer. The trimmer was properly stored and oddly enough my echo blower and edger dont have these fuel issues as described above. I will also point out that ace hardware an authorized stihl facility was able to repair the problem in 30 minutes and not give a 2 week estimate before they could even look at it. The fuel that is in it is the same exact fuel that was in it when I brought it in. The issue was not a fuel issue. I dont appreciate the fact that I bought the trimmer at clark county lawn and tractor and after being told it had a 2 year warranty I have to argue with the service desk that it is not a 1 year warranty. Obviously the under trained service staff doesnt have a clue what products they sell. Look for yourself at the reviews of this place. I have not found one positive review yet places like woodland saw and cycle have outstanding reviews for repairs, I have to ask why. I did notice that in every negative review they seem to try and point the finger back at the customer. Funny thing is they seem to have overlooked the fact that after I bought this trimmer back I brought it back 3 times because it wouldnt stay running doesnt sound like a winterizing issue to me when from day one it has issues. But seriously back to the point here... how can this place not even look at my trimmer in 2 weeks after promising it back to me in 2 weeks yet ace fixes it in 30 minutes on the spot? Im sure this review will get a reply and will somehow be my fault... do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, I was told not to go here and the only reason I did is because I bought it here. Biggest mistake ever! I wont even get started on my Honda mower that they repaired that still doesnt work right
