It was frustrating just trying to get a washer dryer set, not a lot in stock and many unavailable. Slow manufacturing isnt Lowes fault. The associate was very helpful and helped us get something that fit our needs.

Justin from the garden department, provided ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer Service this Saturday. He displayed an eagerness to help, and was very knowledgeable in regards to garden appliances.He took the time to help search for a specific type of line that could work for a recalled weedwacker, and gave solid advice for which type of liner would be a good replacement. He was very professional, and went above and beyond for our unique needs. Thank you very much for your hard work and diligence!

OMG a big thank you to Beth at Lowes in Orchards on 76th! We were very saddened after being told numerous times from other stores that we would have to order our clothes washer and wait. Beth worked with us and found us an awesome washer that we took home on the spot! Because of her knowledge and expertise and kindness Ill be buying my appliances at Lowes from now on! Had an issue with a my gift card being used and then before completing the payment the computer restarted. We attempted the transaction again when when computer started back up but the gift card said it was empty. We went to customer service and they took care of us refilling the card so we could make the purchase. No complaints from me will be shopping here again.

This Lowes location is a pretty run of the mill specimen of Lowes in general. Nothing exceptional, but nothing too bad either. Just like the rest of their locations, help is difficult to find, but their selection is large and finding things is generally easy. I prefer Lowes to its big orange competitor because Lowes seems to give a safer shopping experience. At its big orange competitor, there are typically carts, rolling staircases, forklifts, etc all over the store in various aisles, and Ive never found that to be the case at this location or Lowes in general.

The cashier in the outdoor plant area made my day this morning. She was super fast and friendly during checkout but took the time to stop, lean down and talk to my 1 yr old who was melting down because it was naptime. My girl was all smiles when we walked out. BLESSINGS!

This is the most poorly ran Lowes that have ever been to. Region and area management should really be looked at by corporate because theres clearly lack of leadership in this store. Your best bet is to avoid this place like the plague and go to home Depot. They told me it would take 10 business days to receive blinds. Little did I know that it would take months. Absolutely unacceptable and poor communication by the store location. My blinds still have not been received as of this date.

Used to be great, I would travel a bit further to get great customer service and go to Lowes instead of the big competitor a few miles closer. Unfortunately if you ever have to deal with customer service its a train wreck. No one knows what they are doing. I got 5 different answers on what their policy for price adjustment was. When I originally called the price had plummeted on a tool I just bought a couple days later. They checked the stock and verified that it did go down $40 in price. But the lady said that the price adjustment policy was only 2 days. Called back after the weekend and a lady said it was 14 days. So I went in. Then they said their stock showed it went back to full price. Then a manager said they cant override that price to adjust and that the policy is 30 days. Just overall garbage workers. Ill return to shopping at HD, Ace, Parkrose etc.

I did curbside pickup. The guy first car shamed me that I didnt have a truck. Then told me he only had a third of my order and I would have to go to the garden center. I park, go in the guy is confused called another guy. He brings the remaining order then mentions the size of my car as well and tells me not to go too far over speed bumps... If I had been a man I doubt they would have said anything. Oh and guess what? Everything I ordered fit just fine.

Unfortunately I have to say that so far the customer service had been sorely lacking. We ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops after talking to their kitchen consultant having been told that the cabinets were 6-9 weeks out, including the delays from COVID. We were told we would be called to schedule delivery once they started working on the cabinets. After 4 weeks of not hearing anything we called to check the status. After multiple attempts we finally were able to talk to the kitchen consultant who told us that now we would not be getting our cabinets for at least another 10 weeks. When we asked about the major difference in that time line, we were told “well, the estimated completion time is getting longer each day”. If that is true, shouldn’t they have been able to tell us that up front? We have asked to speak to a manager and have been hung up on, left on hold for large chunks of time and when allowed to leave our number, never called back. We called to check in again and the kitchen consultant asked “Didn’t you cancel your order?”…. We finally have a date at which the cabinets are supposed to leave the factory, however every interaction since we have placed the order had been negative and extremely disappointing. And we have yet to be able to speak to a manager.Bottom line: Be prepared for dishonesty and abysmal costumer service if you order from Lowe’s

Ive spent 10s of thousands at Lowes. Thier convenient as usually have what I need. The last 2 times I ordered online for a local pickup Ive gotten there to only be told they didnt have my items. I verified they had the items online before purchasing.huge waste of my time. Guess Home Depot will be getting my business now.

This was the best Lowes I have ever been to. Most seem like your being watched non stop by the employees who at some times feel like their stocking/harassing me or my friend. Unlike the one in my own town and other ones Ive been in, they werent pushy or always looking over my shoulder to see what Im doing. Im checking out different inventory and comparing prices vs. quality on different products. I always end up feeling not at ease when Im done shopping at these other Lowes. But this place was different in my experience and made me feel like a customer should. SO THANKS TO THIS PARTICULAR LOWES FOR DOING WHAT ALL OF THEM SHOULD. PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST. I WILL BE SHOPPING AT THIS EAST VANCOUVER WA. LOWES AGAIN REAL SOON AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO OTHERS !!

Numerous employees who work the floor scattered when they saw customers to avoid doing their job. This had noting to do with Covid social distancing. The cashiers in the Garden Department and at Returns Register were rude and grouchy for no good reason that has anything to do with us. Ive worked in retail and customer service, and know this is not how you treat your customers. We will go out of our way to shop anywhere else but Lowes. I will add, the Cashier was also inconvienced by me requesting our Veterans discount. Keying in our phone number was too much trouble for her. I will add we are both disabled and live with pain, however we still treat people with kindness and respect.

I absolutely love this place! I dont have one near my house so Im used to Home depot. The customer service is so much better here. It also seems to carry a larger variety of tools. Plenty of knowledgeable people on thefloor to help with anything that you need. Anything you need, they have it. Great store! If one was closer they would have all my business.

This Lowe’s is pretty solid. The only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is because the employees don’t go out of their way to help you like Home Depot. I get that they are not there to “serve” you but I’ve seen plenty of people struggling and employees just walk by. Other than that the store is neat and offers solid products. I shop here frequently and never really disappointed about my experience.

I will never shop here again. 53 years I’ve never stolen anything, ever...from anyone, ever. Yet as I used the self checkout isle, the guy on duty moved 3 feet over and stared at me as I ran my $20 worth of small bolts through the reader. I was supremely aware that I was being “watched”. Frankly, it took all of my reserve to not turn and scream as loud as I could at the a-hole treating me like a criminal.I’ll give my money to Home Depot I guess.

The store, service, and employees were fine. However our state still has a mask order and we saw at least 12 customers without a mask at all. When we alerted employees they said the couldnt do anything about it. Shame on you Lowes. Is profit worth more than your employees and customers safety? I went into Lowes to find paper garbage bags. Walking around the store on of their guys said it was on isle 30. There were plastic garbage bags on isle 30 but no paper ones. Wish their guy would have put a little more effort into finding what I was looking for...as the guy was goofing off and not working.

The employees here were not the best. Honestly they pretty much lied to me just to get me out of their store.Do not recommend. I never really leave bad reviews, but the employees just left such a bad feeling, I felt I had too. Maybe it was a bad day or whatever, but you shouldnt take the out on other people.

Its better than the Depot for customer service. Perhaps thats a local character trait, but it is. The staff is older, grayer, and wiser here as well. When you need the right screw for the odd job, or to understand the difference between OSB and plywood in your application you cant beat their knowledge. You may wait a little while to get your question answered, as I find it difficult to find someone to ask a question more often than not. This could be due to the sheer square footage and distance between employees; plus theyre always moving. Everyone has been willing to help me, which is pretty rare in todays customer is often wrong market. The prices for most things, however, are astronomical for the low quality made-in-china trash that it often is. Many things dont come in a quality offering. If you want a real quality tool for long term ownership, you can find them here, but just as often youd be better off shopping it online or from a mom and pops, or even Wilco. Make no mistake, spending a little more up front will save you more in the long term ownership costs for tools and equipment. Final verdict:Customer service: 8/10Product availability/one stop shop: 8/10Quality: 5/10 overall (range 2-8/10)If you need it fast and low to mid range quality is fine, you cant go wrong.If you are planning and want quality to last, just use this as a comparison for price points and selection/style options/window shopping.Remodeled 2 homes using a significant amount of big box store products. Just stay away from their furniture of all kinds, including cabinets, most shelving, and anything made of particle board. Also, dont use their installation services. Just bid your job with local contractors and have them purchase the supplies here if they need. It might be 10% more expensive, but I have had bad experiences with 1 contractor quitting his contract with Lowes midway through the job (hanging interior doors), and 1 contractor no-show for three straight appointments; without answering my calls. His reply, when I finally did reach him, was he hurt his hand on a previous job. He showed up the next day and it appeared to be a fully functional hand. His other hand also continued to answer various calls while on my job.

WOW. Sorry but this is going to be long but informative. Just like several other people I have been searching for a portable Air Conditioner with the extreme heat wave coming so I spent a bunch of time searching the internet for something in the Portland area until I found that this location had on in stock that fit my needs. Due to COVID I prefer to use curbside pickup as it keeps everything safe for everyone. Knowing that these units are going quickly I made sure I called this location to confirm availability and to make sure I could pickup in two days when my work schedule permits. I was told that the item was in stock and to place my online order so it would be ready for curbside pickup. This happened at 3:30 pm and I made the order while on phone with the store, the employee helping me did warn that they were running behind on getting the curbside products ready for pickup so I notified them I was not in a big hurry just as long as it was prepared by Friday for my pickup. At 7:53 pm I received a email stating my order had been canceled. Upon this I called immediately to figure out what was going on. I was told it was out of stock. Being frustrated with the situation I asked to speak to the manager. After a long wait on hold I was greeted by the manager and explained everything that had transpired. Instantly he responded with the customers in the store receive first priority on items. I responded letting him know that due to the rapid spread of COVID again that curb side pick up is the safest way to pickup and that it being now past closing time for most businesses there wouldn’t be another opportunity to purchase anywhere else. My biggest frustration is the fact the store manager did not really seem to be concerned with the safety of his own staff and customers. Shame on you Lowe’s!!!!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. The Business was fine until we saw at least 10 people not wearing masks with the order still in place. When brought up to employees they said they couldnt do anything about it. Its a state wide order to keep people safe from bad people who the public education obviously failed, and they did nothing. Went to buy lighted Garland in all the Garland that was on the floor was placed under the price tag of $19.89. When we got up to the register it rang up for $24.99 and all the cashier said is we wont adjust due to the stockers placing in wrong place. In my opinion this is the Old bait and switch.

Im always able to find what I need at reasonable prices. Returns are easy, too. Staff are hard to find on the floor but friendly at the registers. Covid-wise, I dont always feel safe. It can get quite crowded and people wear their masks wrong, below their nose. At least I can usually get in and out quickly

Absolute worst Lowes Ive ever tried to buy from. Employees in appliances are not available, deliveries repeatedly messed up causing food to spoil as my fridge was barley hanging on. Delivery drivers incompetent claimed address was non existent took pictures of contruction next door, never tried to call. When delivery was rescheduled they were only available when I was at work, already lost half a days wage wating on them the firsg time. Canceling my purchase i will buy elsewhere.

I tried the curb side pickup. Not at all easy. Takes a long time for the order to be filled. Then when you arrive, you call a number and wait on hold. Then a unpleasant employee answers to get your order number. After receiving the product, i get home to find it had been opened and there were parts missing. Had to return to get it returned. What has happened to Lowes? Parking lot is full, no one monitoring how many people go in, no social distancing. NEVER GOING BACK!

Dont come here looking for generosity for foster kids with no home to celebrate the holidays in. A request for a donation of a $40 Christmas tree was just not something they could do. They dont donate apparently. I cant imagine how much money they write off in petty thefts every year, but partying willingly from $40 is just not possible. Disappointing from a 72 BILLION dollar corporation. There is a shortage of pressure treated wood currently, and they were able to put an order together with some substitute items within a reasonable time frame. I purchased an outdoor LED Christmas decoration on 12-02-20, installed on the 4th. The top LED quit working on the 29th. I returned it on 01-02-21. When I got to the return counter I didnt get two words out before the rep said, we dont do returns on that stuff after 12-26. I said I paid almost $70 for this, it hasnt been up a month and youre not going to do anything? She said her machine wouldnt let her do any returns for this item. I said youve got to be kidding, what a rip off. With that I said well, its yours now, left it and walked out. Totally unacceptable, they might as well as held a gun to my head and robbed me! Beware of Lowes!

I went to get paint and had an idea of what I wanted . There were so mb any shades it was almost a nightmare! I picked some color cards and Kate from that dept. came over and really helped me. We looked and compared and ultimately she helped me make the right decision. Her colors matched better than mine! I am very happy she helped! Kudos, Kate!!!
