Trish is great! I dont tan often so, wasnt really sure what to do & she helped me decide which bed & how long. Easy choice to upgrade, no pressure whatsoever.. She knows her stuff & her customer service is outstanding. Met her daughter as well (forgot her name) but she is just as good.. Thanks ladies. Im impressed for sure!

7.25 per washing load, seems expensive but I don’t go to laundromats regularly. During a recent road trip the average price seemed more around 4$ a wash cycle. Dryers are .25 for 5 min. The tanning lotion is 100$ a bottle, one hundred. Couldn’t find the prices listed so here they are, hopefully I can get my washing machine fixed before spending the cost of a new one doing laundry!

First time in, one young lady was very nice and explained things well. Another woman very curt and condescending, unnecessarily so. Second time in, one going lady working and was very nice and courteous.

I’ll start with saying overall this is a great little place to tan & wash your clothes at! Everyone is always friendly and smiling, which makes it feel welcoming to be a customer of there’s. One thing I’ve frequently noticed is the tanning bed rooms are a bit on the dusty side. Like behind the doors and next to the garbage can, as well as alongside of the beds. Besides that, I love that they provide baby wipes for everyone’s convenience after tanning. It’s always nice to have a fresh wet wipe for your hands and face.

Went in alone to wash two comforters and the owner was extremely friendly. I ran out of quarters and a very nice lady gave me a dollars worth. Will definitely be back .

Came in to pick up my departments dry cleaning, and Olivia had separated each shirt by size and put them in separate bags. This is the over the top wonderful level of customer service that any establishment hopes to have.

Very clean and fair priced. Theres always a staff member there to help and the machines are well kept. You can watch TV while your waiting and theres a few stores close by if you want to drop off and come back.

I love this place! I moved to the area almost 2 years ago from Long Island, New York and was in search of a new tanning spot. I was in love with my salon back east and nothing was quite measuring up...UNTIL I happened upon the Wash-n-Tan (very cool concept might I add!). The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds are clean and the bulbs are effective and changed often. The manager, Tricia, answered all of my questions and helped find the option that worked for me best. She is very knowledgeable regarding the different types of beds and which package is right for you. I pay half of what I paid at my old favorite spot with even BETTER results. I have to admit, I was skeptical of a tanning salon located in the same space as a laundromat...but its really so convenient! There have been a number of times that Ive brought my large loads (such as comforters) to clean in their extra large washers while Im getting my tan on! Im totally for killing two birds with one stone :) The machines were clean and efficient. So to sum it up..I highly recommend!!!!!!

Girl behind counter failed to say hi to anyone and was cold towards my friend who was trying get change from her. She was more interested in phone call and repeatedly turned her back to the front door. That not only put her her life in danger but the customers who were in the establishment. Overall I wouldnt do my clothes there because of her and also because despite multiple rinse cycles my friend paid extra for his clothes still came out feeling gritty. And he did light loads to make sure his clothes were clean.

LOVE Love this place! When wash day comes around and your like me and have use a community one I tell you honestly it’s a must to try this one out. I walk in and there’s always a friendly person saying hi and no matter the time of day from open to close the place and machines are CLEAN! And the best perk is I get to knock 2 things off my to do list in one shout I put my loads in take a few steps and do my Tanning. Again always a friendly face to greet me and these people know there stuff I needed help never done it I got the help I need they took the time explained everything not one but twice because I have selective hearing. The room was spotless the tanning was CLEAN. I go there a lot this place is most diffidently a must check out and see!

Been coming here for a couple years. ALL the staff is very friendly and nice to everyone. The place is always clean - even the bathroom! And the machines are all clean and in good working order. Great place to wash my clothes. What more could you ask ?

Friendly helpful service. They have free k-cup coffee according to their website. They dont offer it and signage is conspicuously missing...but I see that machine hidden. I was raised too polite to ask. The people coming and going from the tanning beds seemed happy and unseasonably brown. FOUR STARS!

I really like this place. Very very good tanning beds. Prices are awesome. They offer great products. Its very clean. Ive not used any machines but they look clean and well cared for. Seems like plenty of people using them but there is many machines to use. They are all very nice and always friendly I highly recommend

Amazing clean and so needed

Recent visits have been to use laundry facilities. Clean machines, fairly priced, clothes are quite wet when they come out which causes drying time to increase. Other than that its good place. I used to tan here and only stopped because health reasons. Base beds are not good for more than first week of tanning. Mid grade beds are great work well. Advanced equipment with mostly new bulbs. Clean, friendly, informative & helpful employees. 3.5 stars.

This place is awesome! The girls were super nice and helpful. The facility was very clean, so that made it even better. I love that they have free K-Cup coffee too. Best part was the tanning. It helped relax me and occupied my time while waiting for my laundry.

This is definitely the nicest laundromat Ive been to. Very clean, comfortable couches, tvs to watch, reasonable prices and an attendant there if you need them. Havent done the tanning there and it seems like an odd mix with a laundromat, but it seems to work. 😊

Went to Wash -n-Tan and did some loads the dryer cost a fortune cost 3.50 just dry one load and it was on high heat. the washers are so expensive. There is so much drama.Not going back !!!!! Go to Wash World !!!! To 75 cents to dry aload big drys wonderful you can sterilize your machines for a penny , you can add extra rinse for 25 cents 25 cents to pre-wash wow and it is clean no drama head on To !!!!!! Wash World !!!!!

The dryers work great and saves you money. The attendants are helpful too.

Came in July 2019 purchased a tan for 4 times, was told I can get a good deal on groupon and groupon is only good once A year, so little did I know, Feb 25th 2020 went on groupon bought a one month, came in to redeem it and was told I cant since I already bought a tan be4 even though I never bought a groupon deal!!!! Never going again, manager was so rude and unprofessional!!Never go there

I only take my laundry here. The machines work great, staff is helpful and not sketchy at all. I have a tanning membership here as well and they are surprisingly top notch at everything. The only down side is it can be busy so find a good time if you want parking in front.

My washer broke so I looked for a laundry mat and went to this one. WOW what a nice place. The employees are so very friendly and the place is clean and neat. I had a top loading machine and saw a big difference in how clean my clothes got with a front loader. I have tried other places in town, but nothing compare to Wash N Tan. Ive never done my laundry here, but I have tanned. You get the best tan for the least amount of money. The staff is great and they take pride in their business. Its clean and well cares for. I would definitly recommend.

Awesome place its nice and clean there are a few different options available such a as sstand up bed the platinum bed and the regular beds theres also red light therapy and lots of lotions and stuff to get dark with, there is a awesome deal now on Groupon check it out, and best of all you can do your laundry or have it done for you while your there! Lots of machines, decent price and the employees are all super helpful and sweet.

Decent beds. First bed had two bulbs burnt out. Second time I went the bed had new bulbs it felt like. Night employee was super nice, day shift and the manager werent as friendly. Had a groupon that they almost didnt honor. For a small business youd think they would be more lenient towards their customers. Will continue to tan there till my package is up.

My first visit was from a Groupon in Oct 2016. I have continued going here at least 3 xs/week since. The staff is super friendly and provides excellent customer service. I have witnessed their interactions with other Customers both face-to-face and on the phone. They have ALWAYS been professional in their dealings with people. The business is clean and tidy. I enjoy coming in and knowing they treat me with great respect...in fact they call us by our first names! You will always feel welcome here. And no need to worry about climbing on a dirty tanning bed -- they sanitize after each customer thoroughly. You should definitely check them out!

My laundry came out with grease stains. Clothes ruined. Staff was ignorant about it and cared less... The owner never responded with my concerns. Wash somewhere else. Terrible establishment!

Today was the first time in and the first time Ive ever tanned in a indoor tanning bed , I was very nervous about it but the girl working made it so comfortable and being a male I wasnt sure about lotion but she explained all the reasons why I should use it and about al the different beds , I went with the best the cayenne its awesome & even air conditioner in the bed , Thanks a lot Trish for your help

I went there every week for months, so this is a true review.WARNING! - NO HOT WATER!! READ FOR A TRUE REVIEWI love this place, the complimentary coffee, its clean, staff has been nice, and they gave me a punch card that allows me to earn a free wash - which is a nice gesture...BUT BE WARNED!!!!!!!IF YOU NEED TO OR WANT TO WASH WITH HOT WATER, YOU WILL NOT GET IT HERE. I stopped going and took my $40 per month that I spend on Laundry to a worse place, simply because Wash-n-Tan runs out of hot water fast.I am ALWAYS, AND I MEAN ALWAYS, one of the first people there when it opens, BUT, once about 6 loads run, ALL HOT WATER IS GONE. I had to find out the hard way. This means that unless you are one of the first people there, OR, if no one has run a load for an hour, then you will NOT get hot water.HOW I FOUND OUT. One day I got there about 1/2 hr later than normal, I pushed hot water, and no water came out. the wash ran with no water, and then once it got to rinse all the water came out (because rinse uses cold water not hot). So I thought the machine was just broken and I reported it and got my money back. SO I BEGAN TO PAY CLOSER ATTENTION NEXT TIME, AND SURE ENOUGH, several more times on different days, I got there a little late, pushed hot water, and no water would come out, BUT, when you immediately switch it to cold, water starts coming out, Then I push hot again, and the water will stop coming out. SO THIS MEANS THAT THERE ARE DOZENS OF PEOPLE EVERY DAY, THAT PROBABLY PUT THERE LAUNDRY IN, PUSH HOT WATER, START THE MACHINE AND DONT PAY ATTENTION. THEN WHEN THEY SEE THE CLOTHES RINSING, THEY ASSUME THAT THE WASH WENT AS NORMAL. I KNOW THIS IS TRUE, BECAUSE IVE TOLD PEOPLE THAT LEFT, CAME BACK, AND I TOLD THEM, HEY DID YOU PICK HOT WATER, BECAUSE THERE IS NO HOT WATER, AND YOUR CLOTHES DIDNT WASH, THEY ONLY RINSED.AFTER PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS FOR WEEKS, I FINALLY NOTICED THAT AFTER ABOUT 6 LOADS OF LAUNDRY, THEN NO MORE HOT WATER WILL RUN, UNTIL IT HAS TIME TO REGENERATE. SO IF YOU ARENT ONE OF THE FIRST FEW PEOPLE THERE, EXPECT NO HOT WATERYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, AND IF YOU ARE WASHING YOUR UNDERWEAR WITHOUT HOT WATER.... THEN THAT IS JUST GROSS MAN.
