Stoopid expensive. Period. But, it must be worth it because their I was feeding the machines full of money to ensure my blankets and large items were cleaned and dried thoroughly. The facility is clean and nice enough. The machines appeared well maintained and new-er. I did like the choices of washing machines for heavier poundage items. Costs more, a lot more. But you do not have to worry about it not getting Cleaned. The machines accept debit, cash and coin. The dollar tree is next door if you forget to bring anything and they have an open bathroom. The laundromat does not. No, sink or basin, either. Ill still be back in another few months though. So, thanks for being there when I need you.

The washers and dryers work really well they really do clean your clothes and theyre pretty fast as well. I just wish that they stayed open a little bit later like till 11 or midnight.

Thought I would give this laundromat a try based on good reviews. Yes....Best laundromat Ive been at. Clean... machines work. lots of room! Really appreciate that credit cards are accepted. Everything well maintained. Will definitely use THIS laundromat in the future. Only complaint.... wish there was a restroom to use.

Not sure about some of these reviews but I have been coming in for the last few years, Ive run into the owner in there and the cleaning people. They are all always super helpful and friendly. I feel bad they have to deal with some, less than desirable characters to put it lightly. Its always really clean and the machines work really well. I do enjoy the wifi and there are businesses near by if you need to use a restroom. I definitely recommend!

This place is going down hill. I noticed almost all covid signs have been removed, clearly the owner doesnt care about customers enough to keep it safe. You shouldnt be open if you cant keep the amounts of people in there safe with social distancing and if youre not going to take the measures to enforce the mandates. Even your new cleaning people Ive seen in there dont wear masks. Im disgusted and you just lost a customer of the last 7 years. I will make sure to tell everyone I know that comes in to find a place that cares. Ive checked with multiple other locations and they have drop off services for customers who cant wear masks so those of us who comply dont have to be exposed, reduced hours, and info both in store and online that folding is not allowed due to covid. This place just cares about getting money.

I was going to the Dollar Tree but had my laundry in the car, so when I saw this place I decided to kill two birds with one stone. Its clean, machines are nice and although I had cash, I think its awesome that you can use a card. The only unpleasantness was in the signs related to COVID-19 and social distancing. Whoever wrote them doesnt seem to like the customers. The instructions are very straightforward but this means you is not very kind to say the least. Its just not how I would address people who are patronizing my business and who probably wouldnt be there in the best of times if they had a choice. You can say Im too sensitive, but a few signs really rubbed me wrong. Ill probably not come back, even when its all over. Were all in the same storm, but obviously different boats.

So it’s been about 2 years since I was here last, the blonde cleaning lady... still there and still wretched and rude beyond all belief. My towels definitely weren’t clean.I remember a couple years ago I had to deal with the same lady. Literally threatened to call the cops on me at 9:56pm as I was shoving my clothes in a sleeping bag and she was yelling at me.It’s alright, as long as you don’t have to deal with her. I honestly don’t understand how she can still have a job there because so rude and negative.

While I’m thankful for having my own washer and dryer, on occasion a laundry mat is still pretty essential.. oversized bedding or when your step daughters cat pees on your husbands down military sleeping bag, (!!!) or the washer breaks in the middle of your hubby working a crazy long stretch of days so it’ll be awhile till he can fix it.. Not only did I get a card loaded with $10 mailed to me from the website, but each time I’ve come here it’s been clean and the washers/dryers have worked great. Love the giant load machines! The first time it was a bit busier and I felt it could have benefited from more chairs but plenty of open seats the other times. Love that I can use my debit card or the loyalty card directly with the machines and the hours are good too :) as a bonus, being right next to the dollar tree, snacks are not far away :)

Always clean with plenty of machines. All of the machines accept credit or debit cards which makes life much easier. I have never found a broken machine in this place, top notch for a laundromat. Only thing that could be better is if they had a bathroom.

These guys could use some serious upgrading...I’ve used them a couple times when we were waiting on our new washer/dryer. Two of the dryers I used were not heating properly but there was no sign warning you before I wasted my money.

Its location is good the only thing at has problems is the home less motor homes or cars in the parking lot due to the Safeway store closed and the game store has alot of people hanging around out side and the pizza store had some people hanging around out side in the passed its been stopped lately they was harassing the people clothes in the laundry store , as for the laundromat it closes at 10pm sharp and the last loads needs to be started before 9pm that whats why the person posted the people had an attitude because people come in thinking they can start loads after 9pm it posted by the store hrs on window, it needs to be better posted in side so its more noticeable thats why there conflicts with the people using it after 9pm in the store I use that about once every 3 weeks after 8 p.m. its great for me and see the conflicts over the hours

Great laundromat machines work properly. Its clean inside and the rates arent too bad. Other patrons are friendly. Best of all no bums or homeless people hanging around out front looking for smokes and spare change. Thats why I left my last laundromat on Fourth Plain. I have a washer and dryer but occasionally need to wash my quilt and my washer does not like putting up with the large loads.

Always clean, and the owner is quick to respond when there is an issue. A machine once took my money, and I was reimbursed immediately. Ive never received better service. I wont take my laundry any where else. An open bathroom would be nice, but I still appreciate how clean it is kept, so this is a very minor inconvenience.

Oh wow, the women that came in tonight was way, way rude for no reason at all. She came in with her little pack of kids and sat them down in front of the TV and then changed the channel from the news, which a man was sitting there watching, and turned on cartoons without so much as a word to him. First thing I noticed that was a little off. Then as Im sitting there(been here for about 7 minutes at this point) waiting for my mom to bring me a load to dry from the house she asks me if Im doing laundry. I told her I was and she asked which machine, I told her Im waiting for my mom to bring it to me. So, every time Im in there its been busy and they dryers at that time of night are usually all in use. I understand about loitering but I wasnt doing any damage sitting on the bench reading a book and I come in all the time because its usually a good place to sit and read or watch TV. But if now I cant even sit in there while Im waiting to use the machine after I come in regularly then Id rather go some place else then have to run into that scathing, wretched person again. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Im seriously in shock because I just read the reviews on this site and a FEW others and they all address this womans horrible presence in the laundromat and shes still there AND still behaving the same way! It looks to me like shes lost a lot of business for the owners, yet she still hasnt canned it.. I feel really bad for the owner because hes a very nice man on the times that Ive spoken with him before and I really, really like the place. Its a great establishment, my opinion the best laundromat in Vancouver, which is why I drive across town to continue coming here. Just the way that lady embarrassed me, made me feel like trash.. Just the way she made me feel was enough to at least never come in when shes there again.

Wow dont know if I want to be TOTALY selfish and not recommend but I have never been so impressed with a freaking laundomat.I mean who raves about going to a laudromat?The thought usually brings dread to me.I had heard about it but it sounded too good to be true.But there it is Ive been without a washer since August.And lord help us due to family crises hadnt been home for any length of time in months so house hold laundry was already backed up way up.then washer breaks the day Im permanently home The day of.Didnt get 1 load washed.Ugh!!!!!Then with bad luck 1st repair man (shyster)but thats another review husband layed off geeze what else could go wrong?Well we have 6 cats & 1 dog.I tell you this because you all have to relize how desperate I was at this point.We had laundry literally up to our noses lineing the hall 6 baskets in length 3 tall.Our little dog was lifting his leg and whizzing on them now I know your thinking I should have known but the little s#%t just put a little tinkle on them so I didnt catch it.Every now and then walking down hall I would smell something but carpet looked fine si called it up to the fermenting laundry that depressed me beyond belief. Then roommate went to California I tell you this because we have 1 kitty that cant live without her .We found this out when she went a kitty pee spree.So fermenting dirty laundry,dog secretly naughty,&kitty pee spree I woke up one morning and the SMELL oh lord the smell ok so thats it I took every penny I had grabbed more than half the laundry and trudged it to the dreaded laundromat.It was as I remembered kinda clean Very expensive and sure didnt do as good as my beloved Samsung now sitting in hall unable to help. Was there all day Spent over$50.Ouch! And though I had made a dent I wasnt even close to being done.Then since I had spent every extra penny (more than I should have)had to wait till i got paid again.I get paid once a month.So back to square 1.Only now it was worse The dog would pee,which made now all the kittys go in to marking territory mode I was at the end of my rope I seriously thought about chucking it all it was becoming a very real option but chuck my brand new bath towels,my new throw rugs my beloved embroidered kitchen towels things I lovenly saved & gathered for my new home,my comforters that we had just bought to match the new paint job in bedroom all new but victims of kitty pee spree?Well I was thinking it was beyond discouraged & depressed.Till my daughter in law told me about Vancouver Laudromat.Huh I think extra large load washers what will THAT cost I sarcastically quip? $20,30 hell why not $50 a load since this is a laundromat.Noo its very reasonable they have 75 lb.,55 lb,&40lbwashers I dont know exact cost but the double loaders are only $3.25 and their 3 times bigger than the ones you took and paid $2.50 a load.What I felt my 1st glimmer of hope in months so I googled them read their reviews.All raving about this place.And not reviews by people who had 1 or 2 1/2 loads but by real familys women with 7 kids who raved that it only takes her wash 1/2 hour.reviews about the big screen tv vending machines,change machine that really gives you your change.clean table HUGE dryers that dont take your right arm & 1st born to use.Clean machines all of them CLEAN.And baskets you know the baskets that are usually hoarded by the 2 lucky people at the sad laundromat that have a wobbly wheel or stuck wheel that hasnt turned cuz its coated with icky thread & lint.no they have lots of them different sizes with the little shirt poles that you can hang your shirts right after you dry them and the washers take only 1/2 hour with a prewash cycle and your clothes come out clean and smelling clean and I spent less than $30 we used a 75lb,55lb,40 lb and 2 double loaders and I was more than 3/4 caught up.The attendant Darlene was sweet and wonderful and HELPFUL!! At a laundromat?When was the last time you heard that.Ill be going back to finish what I have left.going to the laundromat with a happy heart.Go figure.

Originally started coming here just for convenience cuz it was so close to my apartments and I hate using our laundromat here since people think its OK to remove my items from the dryer. Anyways I really like coming here for almost a year now and its always clean and quiet. And I like that I can use my debit card if I dont bring enough cash. Really awesome and awesome prices. You all run a great laundromat, thank you very much. 😊 I will definitely continue to come here.

My husband and I have been to a lot of laundromats in Vancouver, but this one, by far, is my favorite. It appears to me that the machines are kept in reasonably good working order and there is actually someone that comes in and cleans and tidies up at least once, that I know of, during the day. I once accidentally overloaded one of the machines with detergent and the gal that was in there cleaning was kind enough to let me run it through again without detergent on the laundromats dime. Also, they actually keep the place well supplied with paper towels & Lysol wipes, so one can be responsible & proactive at the same time & clean up the area/tables theyre using. My biggest beef with this place is that it has no bathroom. While its true the video game place next door has been kind enough to allow patrons to use their restroom ..... it is actually kept in deplorable condition to the point where one really doesnt want to go in there and use it. Half the time there are no paper towels to dry your hands and its just extremely dirty & unsanitary! Overall tho I feel this laundromat is the cleanest & has the best washers/dryers around & I am thankful, since I no longer have my own machines, that I found it!!! Thank you Vancouver Laundromat!

Good selection of front load machines for large and small loads. They are kept nicely maintained and dont shred your clothes as badly as top loaders. The place is neat and clean.

I loved it here. I had to was sleeping bags and blankets. There big washers are amazing. As well as the laundromat was very clean. I will definitely come back to do my laundry.

I live in an apartment with a laundry room, but I prefer to go to Vancouver Laundromat. it is always clean and brightly lit. I like the free WiFi too. The owner is friendly and takes pride in his business. I have found whenever I encounter a problem the owner is quick to respond no matter how small or large it may be. I appreciate that he cares about his business and he takes care of his customers.

After three visits no complaints. In fact its a clean,well maintained facility. We will be back.

As of right now this place is getting a 1 because the credit card reader seemed like it was working but wouldn’t start the washer. I swiped 3 times. If I get charged I’m definitely gonna be more annoyed than I already am.

It was the worst experience in years...I dont really go to wash my clothes out, but this time I just wanted to get done with all my clothes fast, so I decided to go to this place. The lady that cleans the place was harassing every single person walking into the door after 9:30 p.m. ( the sign posted says 10 pm closing time) she was so rude, I was there for almost 1 hour and she argued with 3 people, even called the cops on a guy who was just trying to dry his clothes. Be careful going to this place bcz you can end up arrested if this lady calls the cops on you... never going back. And by reading all the responses from the owner (manager) I know that issues like this will not stop becuse they are supporting this lady and not caring about how customers are been treated. I have gone here and given great reviews before. I walked in after a long double shift work day and wanted to just run a wash it was 9:28pm closing time is posted 10 PM. The woman working abruptly stated we close its to late. I even tried to explain I needed to wash a large blanket just a wash I can hang dry at home. Still just a yeah well we close at 10pm. Many other washers were running with wash times that would also go past 10pm so you might still be here... Maybe just a suggestion that if you were closed at 10and cannot start a wash past 9pm then I would not have left my kids at home and spent the night after a long work day with my husband instead.. I work in restaurants and if someone walkes in the door at 8:59pm and we close at 9pm we serve you and that might mean Im working late. I am sure you have some interesting things to put up with but a 8 month pregnant woman wanting to wash a over size blanket would not have been that big of a deal. Open sign is off at 941pm?

Watch for thieves here. I stopped a couple of transients from stealing a womans purse.

I have been to several laundromats in the past and I will say Vancouver Laundromat is the nicest one yet, not only is it always clean they have great washers ranging from double loaders to 75 pounds so you can wash just about everything. I love the idea you can use debit or credit cards and free Wi-Fi.

In terms of equipment, this is the best laundromat around. Unfortunately, in terms of employees, not so much. Ive been coming in here for a while and always had great experiences during the day, but on a couple occasions Ive seen the woman who cleans at night be randomly rude to customers.At first I figured it was just a fluke, or maybe shes having a bad day or whatever, but now Ive had two other people separately tell me the same thing--if you come in after 9:00 or 9:15 PM she can turn hostile, even though the sign says theyre open until 10:00. Its fine if you want to politely remind people not to start new loads after 9:20 or 9:30 or whatever the time is, but this cleaning lady is just not nice about it. She does an excellent job of cleaning, but shes not the best person to be dealing with the public. I guess were going to be trying another laundromat for now.

It was my first and last time here. My dryer broke and had to be force to go to a laundromat at night (8:30pm) with my children. Great dryers But the lady who does the cleaning at night she is sooo RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL PERSON,RACIST,INHUMAN PERSON I have ever deal with she yell at my children gave them dirty looks and I stood up for them and she just went crazy at me kick us out and call the cops yes the COPS. She is just a horrible person.

Extremely rude staff... dont bring your laundry in here in a large hiking pack... if the snotty women that works here even thinks you might be homeless shell throw a screaming temper tantrum... and every time you say a word to her she screams louder... complete nut job... then she calls her manager making up complete lies... this lady needs medication. And some serious help... is this how this lady treats actual homeless people? My god its a miracle she hasnt done this to some crazy homeless person... shes going to do it to the wrong one one of these days and one of them is going to do something to her... leaving the OWNER LIABLE FOR IT ALL. hope he figures out what this wacko is like before that happens... shes obviously not mentally capable of working with the public

My very first and probly last experience here was I noticed the convinence of the location.The parking lot was full of garbage I suppose still left from fourth of July weekenders.The laundry mat itself is not easy to see from normal traffic but the inside was nice and clean a change machine inside along with other commodities machines for soap bleech ect.I was approached by a woman who asked me if my clothes were my clothes! She then asked me if there were any clothes in the dryer before my clothes were put into the dryer !I answered her questions and she left with me feeling she did not believe a word I said.By this time I was almost finished folding my laundry and ready to leave..She was not there when I arrived and the whole intire time and I walked over to the dollar tree store for a good five minutes when I returned my basket was moved almost to the door and I had to bring it back to my dryer I had a plastic laundry basket inside the cart, and almost ten minutes into my folding my clothes this person walked in the door and started asking me questions!.

Im a 52 year old military veteran. I received a purple heart for being injured in combat. I was freezing, playing Pokemon Go with my wife in the country I defended. Stopped for three min to spin the poke stop @ the laundry doors. My wife was crossing the parking lot when the chick who runs the laundry, driving a maroon van with kids, almost ran my wife over pulling up. Then enter the laundry and started verbally assaulting me and my wife, threatening to call the cops, physically intimidating and threw insults about us being homeless...to which I was very insulted. (Check your cameras)Heres the question I want from the OWNERS:Should a military veteran be treated as if they havent sacrificed for their country?Thank you,The vet with a broke back.Ps: I will be taking this to the Labor board and Veterans Affairs.

The only thing unappreciated about this business was that there was no BATHROOM (at all) Huh WHAT??All in all the facility is kept pretty clean. ..machines are stocked and running ..t.v. with cable and I believe free wifi! With adjacent businesses the time you spend here can be well occupied until your laundries done. It runs 7am-10pm 7 days a week with your last courtesy loads beginning by 9pm.. The machines are also credit/debit card compatible. So if the change machine goes dwn (which I have yet to see happen) you can surely fnsh up with plastic. .. overall in an out and a good experience!UPDATE: I still continue to use this establishment because hands down they are still the best out here!😊 Regarding the BR issue I totally understand now the owners take and point of view on that.. no arguments there and couldnt agree more with their reasoning.

Ive been coming to this place for several years, anytime our washer breaks or dryer goes out we choose to do our laundry here.Always clean, not your topical laundromat. You can watch TV and relax while your clothes wash. There are always Lysol wipes and paper towels available if you make a mess or want to wipe handles before you touch the washer.We will continue to use this laundromat when our stuff breaks.
