I was previously with EWS and ranking for my primary search terms on page 1 of Google, just not as high as I wanted. Dex came in and promised me the moon the stars and the sky with a very convincing sales rep ...and 3 x the dollar amount. I was told that after six months I should rank at least number three in the first page of Google. It was extremely inviting and so I decided to leave EWS for DEX. BIG MISTAKE! Over the course of the 6 months I was with DEX my rankings plummeted, and so did my overall response from the internet. The only time I got any attention in the matter is when I contacted DEX. DEX made all kinds of excuses, none of which were true (like my site wasnt mobile friendly when it passed Googles mobile test etc.) and come to find out that they created a bunch of bad listings that now I have to have cleaned up and fixed at my expense.I am going back to EWS so they can fix this mess. If you are a business being courted by DEX, I would definitely tell you that EWS is much better at SEO than DEX ever thought of.
