I was a little concerned at first but I called and spoke with a great group of customer service reps at Focus and they explained how advertising doesnt just provide a magic solution over night and that advertising takes time. So I decided to put more faith in them and over time this has only gotten better for my business. People understand that this takes some time but will work great if you let it. Thank you guys keep up the good work!!!

I had one of those calls that you usually hang up on, but Joe got my interest and I let him explain the program to me. When he went as far as he felt comfortable in his explanation, he told me he was new and would like me to talk to his trainer if I would. I then spoke to David Riggo I believe and he was kind and considerate ( which if you had to deal with me, can be kind of a struggle sometimes). He explained the program well and was very knowledgeable. On this basis I would recommend this company highly. Of course I will know more after I use the service so more to follow!

David Rizzo was absolutely fantastic! He stopped me in my tracks of a very busy day. After being skeptical of telemarketers and having previously spent thousands of $ in advertising - Davids knowledge, willingness to answer a multitude of questions, and genuine interest in my success tipped me into giving Focus a try. This company uses typical sales sweatshop tactics to fast sell you into their service and is extremely unprofessional and rude if you dont buy. At first I was interested, but I had a few questions I wanted answered. The initial caller pushed me over to someone she said could better answer my questions. When I got to their sales closer and when I asked if she could provide me with a report from anyone in a related industry in my area so I can get an idea of what type of exposure I would be getting she said in a very unfriendly and condescending way, Ive closed 20 customers in the last hour and in the time I spend on you I will already have that campaign sold to someone else. Wow!! I had heard enough at that point and told her that I wasnt interested in it right now. She replied, thank you for wasting my time and hung up. Even if they had the best product in the world no potential customer should be treated that way. Ive gotten more respect from bitcoin scammers in India. I would encourage anyone who thinks of doing business with this company to think again. If they are this bad before they get your money, what do you think they will be like after they have your credit card number.

Difficult to contact. Did not follow my requests. Posted ads that I did not approve and did not represent my brand accurately. Would not issue a refund. Definitely would not recommend. Wondering now if this isnt a total scam.

They 100% are scammers. They own multiple companies including Relevant Media LLC and of course this one, Focus LLC. I was once a client until I realized they werent doing anything for me, continued to steal my money after I told them to stop charging. Clayton, their finance person should be terminated from his position. He somehow found my card information after I changed it and continued to charge my card. After i finally got out of everything a person from relevant media called to sign me up... was the same person who called me from Focus... The sales person also confided in me they have their employees put out fake reviews so their company looks better.. Not sure why they would tell me that other than desperate sales tactics.If they were legit you wouldnt need multiple names.I could go on but..you get the point.

I was a little concerned giving money to a stranger over the phone when approached about more marketing and advertising as we get enough of these calls as it is, but after working with the team at Focus I feel real good about what they are doing and love that I do not have to know everything about Facebook for this to work for me. I am old and not with the technology so thank you for all of your patience so far so good.

If you want cookie cutter, sub par ads go with these guys.Genuinely low quality service, customer service, sales team and management.Ive tried 5 different companies and these guys by far are LEAGUES lower than the rest.Good luck to any who choose this company.

Fast talking gal called in a room full of operators calling people. When I started to ask questions, someone told her to just hang up on me. Just another internet scam marketing company.
