What a mess they left in front of my home. Also, funny how they dont have a Customer service contact on their website. Im giving them a 2 Star review because most of the time they do their job without any issues. This rating is for todays mess they left behind in the street because the clean green was frozen in the container. Ugh.

I was told employees dont get time off to go to medical or dental appointments. No sick leave given. In order to go to a doctor appointment, they have to call in for an unexcused absence. No wonder employees miss your pick ups once in awhile. Theyre not healthy! Or they are also covering for another driver who is at doctor or ill. Also, if you see trash flying out of their truck it is probably because the driver is expected to work their own shift then pick up an extra route in order to stay on schedule.

Terrible service but no other options. They know that were dont have any other options so they treat you and your property poorly.

Consistent service, communicates with customers on a regular basis. Phone staff are polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

No problems with trash pick up, but customer service and bill pay are absolute trash also.

Horrible customer service, gross incompetence, frequently miss pick ups of garbage, yard debris and recycling. Worst garbage service Ive ever had.

Absolute worst service available; sadly, only service available. Missed pick ups are a weekly problem.

Wonderful place to work and great employees.
