Junk King crew helped us scrap two massive pizza ovens and a gigantic stand mixer from an old business, without their help Im not sure what we would have been able to do about the equipment. On time, professional, speedy, and a great value for the massive job it was. Will absolutely use them again for any junk needs, commerical or residential.

I choose Junk King to pick up my belongings because of their website. After my yard sale, I still had plenty of usable items: clothing, books, dishware, furniture and I didnt want it hauled off to a landfill somewhere. I was happy to pay to have them come take my things to their warehouse (as stated on their website) for sorting and donating. I realized the next day I had let them take some collectibles I meant to keep. I reached out on Sunday and they called back Monday, telling me my things had been taken to Value Village in Tigard. I called the manager of the store who could not verify if a big donation had been made (my things filled the back of their truck) but she would watch for my collectibles. A week later I went there in person. There was not one item of my things. Not a table, not a pair of shoes, not a collectible, nothing. I spoke to the manager again and she said IF anything had come in the previous week, it would have been put out on the floor that Sunday or Monday. I contacted Junk King again to ask where they took my things. I was given the run around - first provided with a GPS map that showed Truck #4 had been at Value Village but no date, not time. I asked for something that showed the times of the trucks travels and was sent an excel spreadsheet with logged on times. As I know how to read that type of sheet, I discovered that Truck #4 had not even been in Vancouver on the day my items were picked up. I have since requested numerous times for info on where my things were taken or a refund and have heard nothing back.TL:DR. Junk King DOES NOT have a warehouse where they take your things - they probably take it to the nearest dump, adding usable items to a landfill.

This was so worth it! It might seem pricey at first but when you add up what it would take for you to do it on your own - borrowing a truck, driving out to the the dump, fees, multiples trips… We had a big pile in our backward of old flooring and fallen branches removed and they got done in less than an hour what would’ve taken up our whole Saturday. I also appreciated that they called to let me know when they were on their way, and swept up our driveway once they were done. Would recommend!

We’re quick and no planning. They ended up taking all the big stuff and filling the truck without putting the little stuff in. Appreciate the hardwork but felt like they could’ve took a lot more for the price I paid.

We recently moved out of our home in Vancouver and used Junk King to haul away the last of our house & garage trash. The whole thing was a breeze. Mike & Brian took care of us, and were fabulous—they called to confirm their arrival time and were in and out within minutes, taking the last of our junk with them. Highly recommend this company.

Everyone was polite, professional, and responsive. Prices were up front and explained thoroughly. I opted to cut up my hot tub myself and save a lot of money. My advice, just pay to remove the hot tub. Theres a reason it costs a lot. Thank you junk king, Ill be calling again.

Brian and Mike outperformed our expectations. This was a huge greenhouse demolition job with a lot of internal waste to remove. We were amazed by their speed and efficiency.

The 2 gentlemen who arrived to pick up the junk we needed removed were very professional and personable. Very respectful of the property and our personal safety. They worked well as a team to maneuver the truck into the space to access the junk. They made sure to pick up and little scrap of garbage and asked to make sure we had everything loaded before they secured the load/truck. Workers were friendly and efficient, but even after checking twice with the company about difficult circumstances, they said they could perform the service, only to find out they couldnt once they got there. I believe they could have been more upfront and asked more questions to confirm whether it was possible. I realized that it was difficult, this is why I asked twice. I feel as though they were more concerned about the money rather than the service. This is why I felt they were not professional. While I am glad they took other items, I paid way too much for the services because they werent able to take what I originally planned for.

I was really happy with their service. They called right at the start of the 2 hour appointment window to let me know when theyd be on site and arrived when they said they would. These guys did what was expected: loaded my garbage and hauled it away. I felt I was overcharged being told I had 1.5 truck beds worth of trash which I didn’t agree with. More expensive than I expected. I’ll be shopping around next time.

I had about a pick up truck bed and a half‘s worth of Heavy boulders and rock and stones in a pile needing to be hauled away. Junk King arrived on time gave me a free estimate which I okayed on the spot and they started to work right away. Dan and his co-worker (whose name I unfortunately dont recall) from Junk King Vancouver did a spectacular job hauling my items that I was discarding in preparation to move. I had things in several different locations around my house and garage and they quickly assessed the work that needed to happen and did it, so quickly and so professionally. I felt very safe having them come into my house, and was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The price was very reasonable as well, actually less costly than I had feared it would be as I had many bulky heavy items. They also served my area (which had proved to be a challenge in trying to find someone). Would 100% recommend them to anyone with hauling needs! Five stars!!

Mike and Nate called me 20 minutes before arriving giving me plenty of time to wrangle my dogs. They were super professional and polite and made sure to let me know what they thought it would cost to get our garage cleaned up. It honestly only took them 30 minutes or so and everything was gone and they definitely make sure to specify what to take and what not to take.After thinking how much money and effort it would take to get our own uhaul and haul it to the dump, I am glad we decided to pick Junk King and just get it taken care of. Guys were extremely friendly and did not make more out of the job than was required. We mainly had cardboard and light stuff so they charged half of the volume because the weight was so light. During this time, I did not want to go to the local dump so this was a great service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! You guys helped us a lot. We moved from a 2 bedroom house to a lake 3 room lake house. We had to empty our home, but had no room for all of our possessions. We had to toss em.
