Unsafe work place. Production over safety. Harassment of management. Lack on man power do to treat of employees. Lost the ability to service our community fairly and safely

This company is a complete joke ( only Im not laughing )Multiple excuses for missing pickup, to many bees, car to close - no I wont wait while right in and move it, I see a piece of wood in dumpster ( not allowed) Driver is just lazy - didnt get the $50 bucks I used to give for Christmas SO no service yesterday, To full and it has a piece of 2X4 in it.I would advise you all to start a community garbage service with members ( not customers ) waste connections quickly informed me that they hold the sole garbage contract for our area and would prosecute anyone hauling garbage for hire. So much for free enterprise.

How do they do it? Seriously how do you smile through loading garbage onto a truck and do that day after day through the rain - snow - heat? I dont know how but these guys do. They are ALWAYS polite and ready to help. Amazing!

I have only encountered the trash people once, but when I did they stopped, so that I could get my trash to the curb because I had forgotten to put it out the night before. I thought it was very thoughtful and courteous. I never have a problem with my trash being picked up. They always pick up my separate containers for glass and metal. Even when I think my trash might be too full or heavy it always gets taken. I also whenever I have questions or changes in my services they are always polite, friendly, and informative.

We love our Waste Manegement crew, they rock! Soooo glad we don’t have to travel to the transfer station or dump to dispose of our household waste. Five stars, would give ten if I could🤗

WORST customer service ever!!!!!! Christine was condescending and passive agressive. I so wish there was an alternate company to deal with.Don’t bother calling the west region office they don’t answer their phones. Classic

These guys suck in inclimate weather. They reschedule your pick ups alot.

My son works here. Hauls garbage to the Dalles land fill.

Still havent found where to take my trailer load of trash.
