Blairco did an outstanding job! It was time to replace our 26 year old heating and air conditioning units. We had 3 bids for this extensive work. Blairco may not have come in as the lowest bidder, but their detailed and professional conduct won them the bid. We had used them before on a rental house and had confidence in their work. They went over the top with their performance and customer service. Their work was better than we expected but what really set them apart is their employees. Martin and Isaiah worked hard, long hours to complete the job to stay on their busy timelines. They were such a pleasure to have in home, their manners were better than your grandmas! Our system works great and is a vast improvement to our home.

Michael was great. Very thorough and was willing to spend time to explain the work to me in detail (I love lots of detail). Also provided potential issues that may arise later, how to look out for them and what it might cost to fix, etc. I signed a yearly maintenance agreement on the spot which got me $20 off my service! I do not review a service unless I have three experiences. It took 8 years, but I have great news: all three times were professional, positive, and completely worth it!My aunts house in 2012, my grandparents house in 2013, and last week in September 2020, we had an entire new system, ducts, thermostat and vents installed.The little details that are given attention from this crew are remarkable. One example is spray painting the air intake box area under the floor black, so it did not look like a metal hole under the vent in our hallway. (it had looked like a metal hole previously and we had not even realized how gross it looked until it was painted black and it blends right in now!)The knowledge as to proper vent placement and how to update our 50s house to a state-of-the-art system was done with ease and confidence by this crew.Simply put- great people, excellent craftsmanship, and outstanding communication. We will continue to use Blairco, and recommend them again for future heating and AC needs.

Jered came out the other week and went over my whole system with me and how everything works then performed some regular maintenance on my units. While he was running some test he was able to hook up a new nest thermostat for the house which wasn’t planned when I had set the appt. Before he left he did a very good job of double checking everything in the house making sure all the different modes were working as intended. Since the jobs been done the house has been able to stay at a great temp even with the heat waves we have had this summer. These guys are great and we will call again for any work in the future.

On a 90 degree day my AC was dead. Michael was able to fix the AC unit in one day. Blairco installed the AC in 2004, this was the first failure, but it is running great once again.

Bill helped me today with some routine maintenance and changed my house air filter. Everything went smoothly and did not take too terribly long. He was professional and detailed with the report too and told me the filter is easy to change on my own and where I can buy them.

I had some AC issues this summer. Blairco was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to try to help get my AC up and running. My compliments extend from the technicians to the administrative staff. My technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and really worked hard. Blairco even discovered that a replaced part was under warranty and cut me a check after the service was provided. That was a pleasant surprise.

The initial appointment started off on the wrong foot when the technician was sent to the wrong address and ended up being 15 minutes late. The technician really seemed like he knows what he is talking about and recovered from the poor start well. It has been over a week and I have still not received a quote when I have receive 2 others in just a day or two. I was initially going to go with Blairco as long as their quote looked good because the technician was much more knowledgeable than the others I met, I unfortunately cant justify doing so after such a sloppy sales process and follow up. Dont even bother calling these guys.

My AC went out right before a heat wave was forecast to hit my area. Last year I had a bad experience with the installers of my heat pump so this time I decided to call Blairco. The wonderful receptionist set me up with soonest appointment they had, which as luck had it, was after the heat wave. She then went one step further and put me on the Earlier if possible list. My HVAC system abruptly stopped working in the height of summer heat. I searched for highly rated HVAC service companies and decided to call Blairco. They were polite and professional and were able to send a technician to my house the next week. My technician was Kurt and he too was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my system back up and running in less than an hour. Blairco’s reputation for quality appears to be well deserved.

We have been using Blairco since 1995 when they installed our furnacesin our new home and we just had to replace our air conditioner and ourlarger furnace and the service was excellent. Jason was the representative who came out to provide the maintenance service on our HVAC system, and he was so great! Extremely professional, helpful, and customer centric. In Nov. of 2008 we had Blairco install a Carrier gas furnace in our home. We were very pleased with their work at the time. Last Nov. there was a problem. Jason was very professional in explaining the controls of the new replacement thermostat. We were very pleased.

Brandon came for a furnace tune-up and went above and beyond to help. He was patient and very friendly. When he arrived and inspected our furnace, he noticed that our blower fan was much dirtier than a typical fan of its age (it was supposedly cleaned less just a few months ago). He proceeded to remove the fan and clean it by hand even though it took a lot of elbow grease to do so. Previously, a tech tried to clean it up with a shop-vac without removal and it that just made things dirtier (imagine dust everywhere in the garage and inside the ducts which eventually led to a dusty home). Brandon had to work much harder because the blower fan wouldnt come off easily, but he didnt give up. He grabbed some tools from the van and went to work. Throughout the process, he answered my maintenance questions thoroughly. I cannot imagine a better furnace technician than Brandon out there and for this reason, I will use BlairCo for all my furnace/AC needs in the future. I will also highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Stephanie was also a pleasure to work with setting up the appointment and making sure I understood what the maintenance package included. From sales through installation of our entirely new HVAC system in our home, everything was excellent. We were given a fair price, approved the proposal, and the installation took place on schedule. Hedda, the main installer, was a delight to have in our home during the process. He LOVES his work, and his installation is a work of art. He took a great deal of care to make it perfect, up to and including details that we didnt expect (new ductwork throughout the crawlspace, routing pipes and ducting to make it easy to access the filter that needs to be changed periodically, and custom fittings to make it fit the way he felt was best). The result is a system that works far better than the previous one, and I know it will last for a very long time. We also have some rental properties, and Blairco is the only company I use to repair and maintain all the HVAC systems. They are the best!

So I got three different estimates from three different heating/ air installation companies to install a new gas furnance and air conditioner. All three estimates were within a few hundred dollars of each other and all three offered top brand furnances and air conditioner units. In trying to decide who to go with, I went on the internet and read the reviews of each company. Blairco had the better reviews so I went with them and Im glad I did. From the salesman (Jason), to the installers (Hedda and Shane ), all were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.Very happy with the Carrier furnance and air conditioner and with the installation.

On Wednesday our house couldnt get below 76 degrees, despite the thermostat being set lower. Thursday morning at 8am I spoke to Stephanie (Dispatcher) and was told that Monday would be the soonest possible appointment. Bad news at this time of year. I told her that Id pay the OT rate to have someone there after 5pm, and we agreed to talk in the afternoon. However, about 10:30 she called and told me a tech had finished a job near where I live and they could be at my home shortly. This worked out very well as my A/C was fixed that day without O/T. Jake (the mechanic) was very competent, careful, knowledgeable and a host of other good things. Im very pleased with the way things turned out.

Have had them do my annual tune up on the heater for several years and was happy. This year there was a thermostat problem and it was barely out of warranty. I was disappointed but they reached out to me (without me asking). They offered a very fair way to solve the problem. It made me feel like a valuable customer. I will say they have great customer service in every way from the scheduler, tech and management. I will be a loyal customer.

I when got 4 quotes to replace our furnace and add an air conditioning unit to our 92 year old home, Blaircos was cheaper by about $1500 than the next quote AND they included a Nest thermostat and duct cleaning that the others did not. The quote was actually low enough to worry me that something must be wrong. However, they had great reviews and a very knowledgeable sales person who in no way tried to upsell me. So, I decided to go with them and hope that I didnt discover the catch! All work was completed on time with without a hitch. The city inspectors just came to inspect the units, the installation and the electrical work and they were very happy everything. They told me that we had made a great choice in going with Blairco and that they always do top quality work.No catch at all - this was a full 5 star service!

Twice they have come quickly and helped me out when the heaters were not working in a small apt building I own. Once in bad weather in 2013 and once in 2014. They are very professional and reasonable and trustworthy.

This has got to be the worse place I have ever had the bad luck of doing business with. 9.000 dollars latter and Im going to have to put my air conditioner back in my window . They seem ok to start but they came back 4 times last summer to fix the problem and I got the system half way through the summer. Not once did they ever check to see if there fix worked something a good company would do. So now its hot and the ac in my family room is better then nothing but my old ac is twice as good something the salesman told me was better. I called last week and they said they would have Joseph call me that day that was 8 days ago still waiting. Im too the point now that Im posting stuff like this ,calling the better business burrow and contacting Mitsubishi.

When the AC went out during this hot spell, I called my regular company no return call, after one day I started calling around, a friend recommended BLAIRCO, they answered after the second ring, call was handle very professionally , no promises were made other than the would get to me by Friday, Wednesday they called and told me Denton would be out Thursday between 2-4. Denton showed up on time , put his shoe protectors on before entering the house, he checked the heating /cooling system AtoZ, fixed the issue and made some recommendation for the future, DID NOT bad mouth the previous companies work. One of your drivers needs to stop using his cell phone while at a stop light. He did it twice and wasnt paying attention. He was clearly looking down at his phone and I honked at him the second time (when the light turned orange) and then ran a red light and almost hit someone. Guy deserves a ticket and bad representation of your company. Okay rant over...

Over the course of the last year and a half, we have used BLAIRCO to install a new air handler and heat pump for our home as well as re-duct our entire system. We used another company several years ago to install new ducts and discovered that the work was only partially completed and the piping that was done was sealed incorrectly. BLAIRCO came in and re-did our entire system in a crawl space that is nearly impossible to move around in, and they did it RIGHT! Our installer (Hedda) not only was professional, extremely qualified and personable, he took pride in his workmanship that is often times lacking in the home improvement trades. If you want cut rate shoddy work, these guys dont do it. BUT - if you want a company that has competitive rates, is highly skilled, and has exceptional service, call BLAIRCO.
