Ive been using this location for awhile now, and Ive always had a good experience. The wait times are generally short, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I just had an experience where one of the staff members, Shannon, went above and beyond to help me fix a formatting error on my shipping label. I would highly recommend this location, despite what other negative reviews have said.

I use their printing app and it saves so much time. Their team is great! Some employees have been there for a while now which is nice to see.

The lady who “helped” me was super condescending and rude. She kept cutting me off to talk loudly over me, and when I asked a normal simple question she responded super snarky with zero help. I really needed to mail something today, but chose leave instead and to wait until Monday in hopes of someone normal and nicer to engage with in my transaction.If you hate your job- just quit, don’t take it out on me.

Manger is a total Karen. Rest of the staff was nice but not any help either. Just go to another location not worth your time.

Shannon, an employee at this location, is hands down the most helpful person I’ve ever met in a customer service industry. I’ve been in multiple times to buy card stock and print my own business related items. She’s quick to greet and help and always makes an issue right.

Went to try to send documents to government in Salem. I barely got my request out when the person behind the counter pointed to an old dirty computer and told me to go use that. Very little help at all. I attempted to use it and the computer said that it would cost $73.44 to mail a single envelope using 2-3 day FedEx. I reviewed all my inputs and verified I entered the correct information. I showed it to the employees. They also agreed that what I entered was correct. They couldnt explain why it would cost me $73 to send an envelope to Salem and they didnt really seem to care. I left and went to the Post Office and sent the same thing Priority for a tenth of the cost.

Go to another FEDEX if you can. This location always acts like youre bothering them by wanting to ship something. I handed over a piece of paper with the address i wanted the item shipped to, gave my address as the sender and a day later got my own box. No apology, no discount.

Went to make a fax. Found that they put a 10$ hold on your credit until your 1.89 a page clears. Its cheaper and more convenient to add funds via cash on a FedEx card. Use the card and get the remaining balance back after your fax.

I really like this place and appreciate its fine employees. I am here usually several times a week. The environment is pretty relaxing and chill-minus the occasional grumpy customer who doesnt know the term patience. The staff are always helpful. I have only had a positive experience here. I have had several projects done here and they have always turned out to be top-notch quality! . In addition, this place is always clean and tidy and nicely air-conditioned.

I went this morning....just like I have been doing all year to get some printing done. I do the same print job every couple of months. This morning at their new location my experience was absolutely horrible. The 2 associates working were both extremely mean to every customer that came into the store including me. I was told that my print job could not be done. When I stated that 2 months ago it was able to be done I got told too bad. Seriously ??The gentlemen next to me got yelled at and scolded by the person helping him and the girl helping me made it very clear she did not want to be working there. I have never had such bad customer service. When I stated that I would be happy to take my printing elsewhere I got a shrug of the shoulders. I will never go back to this kinkos EVER!!

Generally an excellent place to take care of a variety of business type of needs. Whether it be getting things duplicated, especially if you interact with them online, for reproductions of various documents. Additionally for all of your shipping needs through their shipping connection. Great place to go bottom line.

Incompetent manager Kara, and rude staff to my husband. Gave me a price. Which I paid, but when my husband went to pick it up, they said there was a remaining balance and would not honor the managers price. Forcing him to pay or walk because the manager was not there and they would not contact her for him. Later we found out they tried to credit back the amount but charged 2 more times instead of crediting us, plus and other smaller charge and credit. Then reversed only those 2 charges and not the amount my husband had to pay to get what they printed for us. Good thing we just happen to have money in the bank for all those extra charges. Will NEVER go back. The apology from the manager was half-hearted. Overall bad experience. Only good thing is they didnt mess up the pamphlet.

Had no idea what I was doing when I had to print some flyers for my boss. Miss Kay, who is an absolute wonderful employee, guided me through the process with Grace. They will definitely be getting my business from now on.

Standard FedEx Office experience. They will push features on you that you do not need in an effort to meet corporate metrics at the expense of the customer feeling like they truly received the best deal for their needs. I had this personally manifest when I was refused to the lowest weight paper for a print order I requested and told that if I wanted the cheaper paper I asked for it would take another 45 minutes. I can see why there are rumors of FedEx shutting down the print side of their business if this is how they are treating customers.

Love the convenience and hours; good quality copiers better than many other copy shops. If you need something additional the crew behind the counter is helpful and friendly. I live nearby and am in there pretty often.

Better than most print shops! You can go in and use their self service machines. They tend to be pretty busy but are willing to help in a timely manner. You can also ship things here too!! one stop shop for small business owners.

Wow!I talked to Shannon on the phone to verify available services and found her to be very curt and short. I attributed this to being very busy. I was wrong.Shannon was very rude and unhelpful when I arrived. I had a question about the old document that I was copying getting stuck in the plotter and she threw her hands up and said good luck with that!I had several questions for her such as why it was charging me for 12 copies of something when I had only made 4, also, how do I verify that the scanned image was no longer on the plotter and I also wanted to purchase some shipping tubes. I went to the line and stood in place. We made eye contact several times so when she ignored me and took a recently arriving customer instead I finally had had it!I dont understand how a business can have such people on staff.DONT GO HERE FOR YOUR NEEDS.LOOK AROUND AND FIND A PLACE THAT HIRES HUMANS AND NOT AN ANGRY SPITTING BEAST!Youve been warned.

I felt like I was going to be a big pain in the butt that nobody wanted to deal with due to having several packages and had a few questions. I was greeted by Tye who seemed readily available to assist me through the whole thing and was happy to answer my questions. It seemed like he actually enjoyed our interaction and it made me feel pretty good about my trip I preemptively dreaded.Tye seemed to keep his cool even with a line that began to build (it was around 5:30 pm - many people walked in just after me). He definitely had a sense of urgency due to the need for assisting other customers however he didnt rush me, wasnt short with my questions, and actually made sure to tell me I wasnt being a pain in the butt or difficult.I usually dont write reviews unless I really feel the need to. I work on both sides of the tables, often a consumer/customer, but also serve customers alike. Give him a raise!

Friendly staff, decent prices to print. However, I had to use a computer to print labels from an email and the staff member neglected to inform me that it would cost $0.35 per minute of computer use. Had I known that I would have tried to work more quickly or gone to the library instead. $5 for 2 labels is ridiculous. FedEx has lost my business.

They tried to charge me six bucks for packing that was exactly what I received from the original parcel. Clerk was one of the worst Ive ever dealt with!

I have used this shop a few times for printing mainly. They have been pretty helpful and quick to ask if you need help. I have also used their computers a couple times and they are well maintained and quick. Thanks for the great service.

Sadly this is the closest place to me, making it the most convenient, but I have had to ask for help, a few times and was treated like I had no right what so ever to ask them for help. Once, I asked if they had a fax machine, because it does not say anything on the outside about having that ability and I was looked at and talked to like I was the stupidest thing ever to walk the earth. I stood at the counter while the man behind it chatted and legit looked at me right in the eyes multiple times, only to continue to ignore me. I have never had to interrupt someone who had already made it clear they knew I was standing there, to ask them to assist me. I thought that was the point of going up to the counter. Obviously I was not just doing it for fun, I needed assistance.. I have considered opening a copy shop myself because if others are having this same experience, I could make millions in no time just being nice, and having customer service.

Friendly staff with difficult jobs, but these places are absolute crooks! It cost me $8.50 to print a PDF! Its the most elaborate process to print, you have to use internet explorer, and somehow know that chrome wont work, then you have to download the PDF first, and somehow know that the print button wont simply print your PDF, and then you have to try different programs and print previews to make sure that it is actually downloading right. And finally it will print. What an absolute racket! They can definitely set up PDF programs that print a simple one page form through chrome or internet explorer, they dont do so because FedEx is a dishonest corporation that steals money from broke people.

Terrible internet. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the internet was so slow my gmail would not load on my laptop. I could not e-mail my document to staff or make edits. I had to go home to make edits and return with a memory stick to get things printed. The items to be printed were quoted to take 5-7 days, but took 10. The prints looked good when they were finished.

The service here is always terrible. The workers have bad attitudes and are snooty. They never smile, never greet you, and are rarely helpful. They talk down to you and dont seem to appreciate my business. For these reasons, and more, I will be driving out of my way to go to the UPS store as they seem eager to help and grateful for my business.

I was sent to this location from another FedEx because they didn’t have 8x10 paper and then I each copy was going to charge me $5 . Then the lady pointed me to the other printer that wouldn’t take care of what I needed and was very sassy and I unwilling to help.

This place is CHILL AS.....well, you know what. First of all, every single employee in this place was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! I was shipping internationally, and I had a HELL of a time shipping with DHL...DHL jostled me around for a full week and returned my package 4 different times, each time telling me they didnt know why it got rejected. Took it to this FedEx location and they had it shipped in 10 minutes, with the SAME EXACT PAPERWORK AND PACKAGING DHL TOLD ME WAS INCORRECT! THANK YOU, FEDEX!

Went in there to print some thing off of Google Drive and Firefox and Internet Explorer were both so out of date that I could not log into Google Drive.After being late to a meeting and showing up WITHOUT printing out my materials, I called the store to relay my issues. I was told, we have IT support come out once a month to update things. We told them there were issues...I reached out on Twitter.I was told to call their 1800 number and spent just under 20 minutes telling the polite tech on the phone my issues in store. Call ended with them saying they will call the location and double check the versions of the browsers they are using.Im never going back.

Rude staff. Lazy staff that avoids helping their customers.

Went in to print something, was there for an hour and 15 minutes. Asked for help twice. Never came, said they would be right over. The equipment was so slow that I could not log into my Google drive because it took so long. Everytime I emailed my documents to print and go I never received my retrieval code. Tried that 4 times. Tried both printers, just horrible customer service. If this were my business, Id have fired all three people that were in the store.

The store is supposed to open at 7:30am, so why was no one there when my husband needed to use printing services this morning? Very unprofessional. If specific hours are posted, the store needs to be open during those hours.

The picture printing set up there doesnt work worth a s#+* the computers there were so slow that I spent a half-hour just trying to scroll down the page a little ways before I gave up.

Waited 40 minutes to try to ship one item. There were just 2 people in front of me. Staff is disorganized and gives different instructions the same client.
