I was suggested this tailor by a friend and didnt view the google reviews beforehand. I was told 7 days to finish the work (repairing holes on jeans) and she got back to me at 7 days exactly. Price was good, repair was high quality.

This place was amazing. Despite some of the earlier negative reviews I just read, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they fix and make suit alterations better than another place in town, they did it in two days before I left for Maui and charged me less than that other place. Will definitely be going here again the future. Very good value for the money and happy with the experience.

Professional quality sewing/ alterations service in a timely manner (as promised). I fixed my formal dress, shortened the hem (the dress was too long) for cheaper price then others in the area. I wish I should have asked them to make it a little bit above the floor level, as I don’t like that it’s still touching/ sweeping the floor.

Ive never written a negative review before, let alone for a family business, but my experience here was awful. I brought in two garments for minor alterations and was told 3-5 business days. 12 days later, I had called several times and left 3 messages. Never heard back. On day 12 I finally went in to get my stuff back -- the work hadnt even been started. They were very apologetic and I was told it would be ready the next day, with a refund for the bad service. When I went back again for my stuff, theyd downgraded that offer to a discount. I gave 2 stars because the alterations themselves are fine, but the service isnt worth it. This is a big city. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Awesome place

The work was impeccable. However, it took almost 3 times longer than initially quoted to take. And there were a solid 2 and a half days where I could get no one on the phone during the entirety of their ever changing business hours. If its not a rush go here, its worth it. But if you need it fast, sadly, dont bother going here.

I always take my clothes to J & Ree, Martha does a wonderful job of tailoring my clothes to fit my body perfectly. It doesnt matter if it is shirts or pants they get them to fit perfectly to my short legs or to my torso I would recommend them to anyone if you want quality work done at a affordable price.

They made it fit my frame perfectly and I was comfortable the entire day and night ... I didnt want to take the dress off! I, as so many other customers, can not recommend them enough!

Terrible. I had a simple jeans hem, and they said the jeans would be ready in a week. I went to pick them up after 8 days, and a man was sitting in the shop texting on his cell phone--I assumed he was a customer. A teenage boy came out to help us and turned out the guy sitting there was his dad and the tailor, who couldnt be bothered to actually assist a customer. Then, after several minutes of searching, it turned out they had not finished hemming the pants and said that I could pick them up the next day. Two days later they called to say the pants were finished and they would be open for pick-up until 7pm. I went to pick them up at 2:30 and they were closed, with a back at 6:30pm sign up on the door. I called the next day to confirm they were open and was finally able to pick up my jeans. The hem was crooked on one pant leg, and after the first wash the hem has fallen out.

This is the very worst alterations business and owner we have ever dealt with. Her hours are tough to work with and half the time she is either closed, asleep or has left early for personal reasons. She promises a finish date and then doesnt comply. After we picked up our non-altered items she made a remark about not doing business with us anymore.....as if wed ever want to come back to her. Her attitude sucks!

I love this place! Ive been coming here for years for dresses and alterations. Wonderful service, wonderful people! When they alter formal wear and uniforms, the garments fit perfectly!

This business is very careless. I took a suit there for alteration, they did not do what they said they would do. They lost some of the measuments My stuff was there 3 week and they did not call me I call therm and they said nothing had been done. I would never take anything there to be worked on.

Needed a last minute alteration on my daughters bridesmaids dress. It was done quickly, inexpensively, and professionally! What more could anyone ask?
