The owner has completed a couple alterations or repairs for me. Jobs take a few days. Pleasant customer service. Has been in business a very long time. Is planning to move locations later in the year which is a bummer.

$15 to hem a pair of jeans and its not that great. The hem is not even in a straight line. Not the most friendliest place, more of a get in, get out which isnt necessarily a bad thing. It only took a week for my item to be ready, and I was sent a text message. Overall it was an ok experience, just seemed overpriced for the quality.

Ive been through my fair share of crappy alterations in the Vancouver area. Express Sewing is the best. She is honest in her pricing, doesnt make promises she cant keep, and does a wonderful job. Usually finishes earlier than expected and I love that she texts when done. Higy recommend.

I took my sons Scout uniform here to have his patches seen on very last minute. The owner was wonderful and very helpful! She had his patches sewn on beautifully in less than an hour! Prices were also very affordable.

I had a pair of jeans with a big rip down the back pocket, but there was too much good jeans left to just throw away. So I took them to Express Sewing to have it repaired, not caring at all what it would look like. I picked them up and was absolutely blown away! What she did was nothing short of magical! 6 (yes six) out of 5 stars. Any time I need any other alterations or repairs, Express Sewing is the only place I will go!

I dropped off 2 pairs of shorts to be hemmed and 1 shirt with a tear that needed to be repaired. Less than 4 hours later my things were ready and looked absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back again.

Quality work, fair price, and very friendly staff. Had sleeves on suit jacket shortened and will return if I need any alterations on other items.

I was impressed. I showed up with a suit jacket pants and a shirt. She had me try them on and without measurements was able to tell what was needed I came back in four days and everything fit perfect I will be coming back.

Told me it would take two weeks. she said she would text me because calling is to much of a bother for her. Never recieved a text..had her sew a variety of patches on a coat but every single patch was badly done. Every patch either had the wrong thread used or was done like a 5 year olds drawing of anything. I was very disappointed. Crazy that anyone would accept pay for it. 80$ wasted. She wanted two more weeks to take off the patches saying she wouldnt refund me unless she took off her work.........

I called but never recieved a return call. I stopped by but apparently the work I wanted done was too much of a bother. I dont consider taking 2 weeks for what is an hour of work to be express sewing.Never got through my things before I was cut off and told she needed 2 weeks. How would she know how long it would take if she didnt see everything?
