Renting a car from here is super easy and efficient. We arrived from Dallas at PDX. Quick call to them, and they scheduled us a ride to the dealer. Once at the dealer in and out in 15 minutes. Car was super clean.. Their rental rates are considerably lower compared to the airport. The return process is just as easy. I have used them two times now and will continue each time we plan to visit the Oregon coast.

Went in for first service. This was quick. Only thing was that girl that first checked me it had written incorrect info, which caused a tiny hold up...person had to go recheck cars number and mileage...but overall ok. Loved the coffee while I waited.

Rental rates saved us compared to PDX rentals and offsite Portland rentals. Pickup at the airport was great! Rental was brand new and clean. Reason for 4 stars was the return process. We arrived 30 minutes early as suggested to allow a driver for the return trip to PDX. We ended up waiting around 50 minutes for a shuttle driver. We were told that a driver was waiting on another customer to call for pickup at the airport before they gave us a ride. We are here and ready to go, why are we waiting to get a customer that has not called you yet?Coordinating your drivers could use some improvement.
