I found the people very helpful and polite. Also, as for the comments by Ms. White. I am also a vet. Disabled vet at that. YOU are notAnd that policy is from the corporate HQ. NOT the employees. So write corporate HQ. But I believe bad mouthing the employees, whom I found to be very he helpful very professional and kind, and have nothing to do with the policy making. About a discount YOU (yourself) ARE NOT ENTITLED TO BTW. Well I find that in poor taste.

I recommend this car rental 10/10! I went to severals of different car rental didn’t have a 16in truck! And this car rentals had it. One thing I love about here is that they are very understand and and if someone rented a car you have wanted budget Avis will call you back and tell you they have it or they will send you to a different location that has it❤️ Recommend here & makes things easier

Would give no stars if I could. When calling to inquire about VETERAN discounts, as my partner is a disabled Vet, I was told they do offer one BUT if I had a Costco card, Id get a better deal?!Umm... Last time I checked Costco doesnt sacrifice its self for our country... all wrong, mildly disturbing and a policy that should definitely be changed.

Had a reservation for a 26’ truck @11:30am, had car trouble and couldn’t make it on time. Then at 1pm left the house only to realize they close at 1pm. Who closes at 1pm?? Their schedule is 9am-1pm so beware. Called corporate because the location wasn’t picking up so had to cancel my reservation through the automated phone system (which sucks really bad too). Anyways, go to Enterprise, I called and Julia just made it happen for me so last minute amazing!

Arrived to drop off our rental car at 510 pm. Office was closed. No drop box available for keys. Big hassle to avoid overcharges

I have never encountered such an unfeeling, uncaring representative in my life! First , they didnt have the middle size car we reserved, and the big van was too large for me to drive. So they said come back, we can just exchange it quick, dont have to stand in line even, just trade cars.So at our great inconvenience, we planned to trade cars before heading into the mountains early tomorrow morning, so my husband doesnt have to do all the driving. He is on medication which sometimes affects his alertness, so this would be very important.But right before heading to the airport for the exchange,i came down with bad diarrhea and couldnt go with so i gave my husband my license to take with. We already had the contract, ,i had already signed the papers and given my drivers license, etc. and we were assured we could just come trade cars. And it was at our inconvenience that we were taking time out of our vacation to correct their mistake.The man at the counter was extremely cold, even rude, when i questioned why theyre now saying that i cant drive the car because Im not there to sign yet another contract even though we already did all that. There was not a hint of apology, no sorry they messed up, no sorry youre sick, no sorry i wish i could change the policy, no effort to connect m.me with the manager when i asked, no attempt whatsoever to connect as a human being. When i asked for compensation, he gave another icy reply that maybe when we return their car the manager will do something. I have no idea why this man is working in customer service because this interchange has created a terrible taste in my mouth about Budget rental. Dont go there, if you value being treated like a human being!

I , as others in front of me in line, tried to call this local office multiple times. They won’t answer the phone. The pick up location as well as the reservation center instructed me to call the local office prior to drop off. The man argued with the couple in front me not wanting to provide them with a receipt. I told the agent that I as well will need a paper receipt or an email receipt. He informed both of us that he could not email receipts. I just spent nearly 1400$ on a rental truck. If I as a customer want a receipt. Don’t argue. Just provide it. Receipts are PROOF THAT ALL BUSINESS is concluded. Customer service is truly lacking here.

When arriving to pick up my rental car, I was advised that there were no 4 door economy sized cars available so I would have to upgrade for 5 dollars extra a day. After saying okay to that, I walked outside to leave and saw a 4 door economy sized car parked in the available lot. I went back in to ask why I couldnt rent the car in the lot and they said they didnt realize the car was there. Not only was the long wait time inconvenient, the lack of knowledge by the employees was astounding.

This is the rent a car/truck that I use all the time. The people who work there are helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to meet my needs. Their prices are reasonable and very accommodating. If you need a rental car and would like an experience that is fast and friendly, please try this location. I highly recommend it from experience.

Do not rent from Budget. They let us down at every step of our move. First, they did not have the truck we reserved in advance when we went to pick it up. We needed a 16-foot truck with a loading ramp and we ended up getting a 12-foot truck without one. We had to make several more trips during our move which cost us a lot more time, fuel and energy. We paid fuel recovery costs in advance and yet were still expected fill the truck with gas before returning it. Instead of recovering our deposit a couple of days after returning our truck we had to pay an additional $200 charge. I need to repeat myself here, DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET. It would have been much cheaper and easier to hire some random person with a pickup truck.

WATCH OUT! The night before we are to pick up our truck we received a voicemail saying that there was mechanic issues and we wont be able to rent it. Went inside and was offered ZERO help. I was just told that they were booked through the weekend when I asked when a truck would be available. Didnt even offer to make a reservation for a different day. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. WASTE OF YOUR TIME.UPDATE: 10/7Noticed I was charged a $50 no call no show fee for a truck that wasnt available. Also, there was no email confirmation that they had charged my card the $50. Called customer service and they were helpful. Will receive my money in 5-7 business days.

They are good but both cars I recently rented needed check ups on them while I was driving. They should keep better care of them since it’s their clients safety.

Wonderful service . The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. I reserved online and everything was ready for me when I got there . After a quick inspection of the vehicle to document previous damage which the gentleman gladly marked ever small little scratch I pointed out he then took the time to show me how to operate everything on the car . I received the same excellent service when I returned the car no hidden fees and the process was just as quick and painless as when I picked it up . I am looking forward to many more car rentals from Budget and will gladly recommend them friends and family !

Best rental experience yet for me. This is what is missing in the world. Top first class service and this place raised the standard to a new level. I really was not expecting much and this place did an exceptional job. I never give great reviews but they totally earned a top review.

Quality of truck and performance deserves 5 STARS. The check in experience turned out to be very disappointing. Upon arrival the agent greeted me professionally and said I was “good to go”. I asked if I could have a final receipt for the rental. For some reason he appeared to be “put off” with my request. His response was “yeh but it will take awhile”. I said no problem and took a seat in the reception area, thinking he would get me when he was ready to inspect the truck and complete the check in process. He came back a few minutes later and gave me my final bill stating there was a $25.00 cleaning fee. I had a small bag of trash that I had prepared to dispose of. I would have been more than happy to dispose of the trash myself if I knew he was doing my final check in of the moving truck. He brought out the bag of trash and gave it to me and told me “ it’s part of the contract.” I was surprised at the level of customer service, and lack of communication. I will not rent a car or a truck from Budget/Avis again regardless if my corporate preferred vendor is Budget/Avis. All they are doing to demonstrate they “ work harder” is poor customer service.

Rented a truck and car trailer to travel from Denver to Washington. The cab on the truck leaked water very noisy. The dolly was full of rust dropping off it. The van had a gas tank problem it would take 20 minutes to fill it. I called custom service they didnt give a sh__. Never again

I initially chose this location due to the fact that it was within walking distance of my house, but I keep coming back due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The rates are competitive and vehicles are well maintained and clean.Refueling is a convenient due to the gas station that literally shares a driveway.

Service was excellent, the car clean and well maintained. The location is a little out of the way but, we are familiar with Vancouver so it was no real challenge. It would be easy for someone from out of state to find as it is off a major freeway.

You cant rent a vehicle with your debit visa! To my surprise they do a soft hit on your credit n even though I had 3xs the money in my credit union than the rental I was turned away! Beware its not posted n I had to drive to my destination without the truck I secured over 2 weeks before!

Ive had a few experiences here. Some have been good, others downright awful.On two separate occasions, Ive had the manager downright refuse to rent to me because I wasnt willing to rent for more then a day.One time, manager said I will not pick you up if its just for one day.Another time the manager told me Why dont you rent from Ford directly?Really? Thats ridiculous.I have NEVER EVER had that kind of treatment at Enterprise, Avis or Hertz car rentals. They are more then happy to pick me up (im less then a mile away) for a single day rental.Steer clear from here. Rent down the street from Hertz or Enterprise, they are much better there and appreciate their customers.

Great experience and communication. Booked online, quick in and out. The cost for us to rent a car to the airport for the day was cheaper than Uber or a cab.

We rented a car for our vacation. Upgraded to a large SUV. Branch was overwhelmed with people and there were not enough people to even clean our car. Car was dirty and only had 2/3 tank. Went back in and waited back in line and mentioned it and they said they would reimburse me. Had a great vacation and got home fine in car. Next day we took the car to the cleaner and vacuumed the car and went through the car wash again. Dropped car off and went in. They asked if I liked the car and asked for the keys. Worker said ok you are good to go,no reciept nothing. I asked about the reimbursement for the gas and they responded like I was trying to scam them or something. He finally said fine and began to type. After a while he said looks like you were due in 2 hours ago the branch had only been open an hour (9am on Sunday) I was not aware of this at the time. He got up and have me a reciept. He refunded me 24 dollars for gas and charged me 26 for an extra hour. So they got 25 dollars of gas out of me and 2 bucks for a spare hour. Nothing for the super clean in and out we did even though we picked it up dirty. Id avoid this place for lack of respect for customers. Next time I will not accept a car that is not clean or full of gas.

The car we reserved was not there at the expected time. No upgrades or compensation were offered. We would have had to pay full price for upgrade or wait st least two hours for the vehicle we ordered. And it took two days for the refund to cone through.

I love renting from them, they are all nice and friendly. I have many rental car companies by my house but I drive 9 miles to this location just for the excellent staff.

The manager, Chris, is super nice and helpful. This is my 4th time renting a car here and it has always been smooth as silk.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Awful customer service. The person who helped us blatantly lied about being able to change the form of payment. Dont trust anything the obese guy at the front tells you. Not to mention, the managers were loudly joking around about how funny it was that they were able to collect insurance money from the last snow storm we had. What a bunch of sleaze bags.Uhaul is worth the extra money. Ill never use this company again.

Overall moving truck got me from point A to B. First time using Budget. Truck managed fine but not great for traveling hills and 1000 miles. Office staff were helpful and accommodating. It was only 60$ less than the Penkse. Penkse is better for long haul. I have used U-haul as well and like alot but not cost effective for long haul. Budget will be my last choice when I rent again. The cab was smelly and dirty. I didnt bother to clean it when I was done as I found it in pretty bad shape to begin with. I left Windows open a lot cuz if the smell. The trailer I pulled my car on, while I got there in one piece, was not looking real good. It appeared old and very worn. I was worried the entire time about a flat tire or something worse on the trailer. Spend the extra $$ for piece of mind.

Friendly but only one person works. So be prepared to wait forever.

Truck was in terrible condition, I was charged 90 extra miles, and customer service is terrible. They dont ever answer their phones then dealing with customer service at corporate is a hold while transfer again and again.
