Schedules need to be on time. Waited 35 minutes Past my appointment. My time is valueable so. This is 2nd time in 4 visit that Ive had to wait past 30 minutes. So I had no choice to leave. Very disappointing

Terrible experience - never going back! The barber butchered my hair and beard, removing inches while complaining and using profanity. Additionally, she informed me she didnt like doing beards after she hacked into mine. She never trimmed my mustache, and you can see she shaved one cheek and left the other. I never caught her name, but she gave me the worst haircut Ive had in my life - so I wont forget that.

I needed a new barber and went to Char. She was professional and listened to what I wanted for a cut. She was precise and cut my hair exactly how I like it. I went away relaxed and very pleased with my new cut, the overall experience and the staff was great!Thank you Char for delivering a perfect overall service and I look forward to many more haircuts with you. My son got his hair butchered at The Barbers yesterday. It was the WORST cut ever! The staff that greeted us was quite rude as well. The stylist spent less than 15 min. On his cut and it looks like it. He told her twice not too short She seemed to ignore him based on how ridiculously short she cut it. Really negligent and unprofessional. Never going back.

I have been coming here for awhile now and have had nothing but the best service! Char is my main and most fav barber but when there’s times I have to use someone else they welcome me with open arms and gets the job done perfect.

JOANNA GAVE ME A 2 ON THE SIDES, AND A TRIM ON THE TOP.Hands down, the smoothest, cleanest cut i have had in a long while. She let me vent, she laughed at my jokes (even if they werent the greatest) and she made sure the quality is what I wanted. I clearly described to her exactly what I wanted, she clarified and reiterated my request, AND THEN WE WERE DONE! I had an appointment set for 230 and waited until 330 with no call. When I set the appointment I made sure they had the right time and number. I had to call again and they said it would be another 20 minutes, they had 3 workers with only one giving a hair cut. Two were sitting up front cutting business cards eating Reeses Pieces. Terrible customer service and I will not be going back to this location again. Trash.

Cool hair cut

Went in there for a quick haircut, not expecting anything special. The nice (Russian?) lady had me in the chair after only a 5 minute wait. Despite a small language barrier, she got all the particulars of the haircut I wanted and got to work. She was quite methodical without being slow, and I could tell she has been doing this awhile and took pride in her work.She suggested I get my beard trimmed, and she did a great job of it. Mustache was trimmed very well also. The shoulder massage and neck shave were a pleasant surprise, and I never felt rushed. I cant remember ever having a better haircut. Prices are a little more than I normally pay, but it doesnt hurt to treat yourself every now and then.

I don’t know sign language to communicate well with her but I just want to acknowledge how awesome it is that she is so brave to work with the public and communicate and work a a job with no hearing. I get my haircut monthly, and have been going to The Barbers for 10+ years. If you want a barber who knows what they are doing and someone who cuts hair consistently really well, then go to The Barbers. If you want a barber who is friendly and listens to and executes what you ask for, then go to The Barbers. I rarely have to wait, but when I do they are always offering free popcorn and soda. The prices are reasonable and competitive, and I always add on a neck shave and shampoo. I highly recommend The Barbers Grand Central.

I called ahead to find out a good time to come in and get a haircut. I had a lot of things that needed to be done and I was hoping to make my day as productive as possible and it was... until i went to go get my haircut. When I called to see when a good time to get my hair cut was, a gentleman told me if I came in at 12:45 they could get to me quickly. I waited over and hour and they never got to me. The purpose of me calling ahead was to NOT wait an hour. I ended up going somewhere else.There are some good employees here!! Unfortunately as the saying goes, all it takes it one bad apple.

I understand being busy, but my first time there, Im not told anything, am not addressed at all. After 10 minutes, I walk out. Great experience. Never going back again.

You know when you get your hair cut and afterwards you tell yourself, I was better off with no haircut? Thats how I feel.

These guys are on point. Good cuts. Some sports to keep you entertained. Get the works and you get a shampoo and neck massage. Also, you can ask for drinks. They have Sprite that I know of.

This place is very convenient for me. I’ve had one bad haircut here over the last 5 years that they trimmed up and made better no charge. Always friendly and usually only a short wait if any.

I walked into this place expecting a nice fresh haircut. What I received was a total misinterpretation of what I thought my hair should look like. Though in truth, I admittedly find it difficult to explain what I want my look to be. I asked for a three on the sides, which to be fair, was achieved stylishly. Complementary to this, I had asked for finger length hair to be left on top. I understand that this can be left to a great degree of interpretation. What I was given, definitely did not match my envisioned hair-do. The length on top of my head is something akin to maybe a baby finger, or a finger thats been chopped off. Like most of my hair. I was foundationally buzzcut and that was noticed by people; comments about the military haircut grew tiresome fast. I feel my hair is now marginally the same all around and indubitably not finger length in common terms. Either way, hair grows back. Amongst all this, I did find novel satisfaction with the comfy chairs and magic massage machine. Ill redeeming amenities if the beautician cant listen at The Barbers.

This was my first visit and Muy was absolutely wonderful! She was exceptionally pleasant and the cut I received was exactly as I requested. Very gentle with the straight razor too... Will certainly be back again!

They get you in and out in reasonable time for a walk in barber shop. They fill the chairs up and typically I get a great hair cut. I play roulette whenever I get in there, but for the last 5 years Ive only had one or two that wasnt exactly what I asked for.

The Barbers is a great shop. I always wait for Alicia, she is the best! She always does a tight fade and takes her time to ensure I’m happy!

Work dictates my hair style, so hair cuts are not a priority, but Ive found this place and now I maintain my hair style, because James does such a great job that getting a hair cut is not a wait and see if I like it, then live with it til it grows out situation. My style looks great from day one and even better if I let it go for awhile or too long.

I love The Barbers. This site is generally not too busy, so if theres a wait, its manageable. Ive been to several of their locations and always get a good haircut.

I have always had good cuts at the Barbers. I call 30 minutes ahead to get the stylist I want and never have to wait more than a few minutes. Get the works. Its worth it.

Just moved from the Seattle area and needed to find a shop that can handle my hair. Place is fantastic & my stylist (Charlotte) was impressive. Definitely found a place & stylist that I’m impressed with. 5* not enough!

Theres a lot of seating and its very open. The staff are all nice. My boyfriend has been going there for a long while and hes been satisfied every time. The only c plain is the should massage is very awkward, as its just their hand with a vibrator going over their shoulders. Said this part always feels very impersonal.

Angie has been my stylist for years. She is very skilled and I trust her completely. The barbers team is second to none!

Luckily my hair will grow out. She wasnt paying attention with the clippers and butchered my hair. Aloof, had to wait 10 mins while she talked with her friend. You can find a cheaper cut, and definitely a better one.

Just another hair salon disguised as a barbershop. I left with a supercut basically. $18 for a haircut and it doesnt include a straight razor edge. My haircut was not too my liking. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good barbershop haircut. I wont be going back.

If I could give less I would. My boyfriend went in for a hair cut and a shave with Charlotte and she botched the whole thing. Your sign should not say “barber” if you can not line up facial hair. He went in and gave her very specific instructions, she didn’t listen and he ended up having to shave his beard off this morning because it was so uneven. Save your money!

Good price for what you get. Never had a massage and shampoo at a barbers before but for 4 extra dollars I couldnt say no, and now I dont think Ill be able to get a haircut without the extras. They got a repeat customer out of me.

The Barbers at Grand Central has been my go-to spot for a haircut, for about 10 years now! (I think that in itself says A-lot) The Barbers @GC, and a few other locations (i.g. Chkelov & Sandy blvd), are a business-model for Great Customer Service. I recommend this company to even the choosiest of individual(s), they are not the lowest price in town if that is what you need, but for consistency & overall great service, ya get what you pay for, &... DONT YOU FORGET TO TIP👍🏽

Won a gift certificate for a haircut at a charity golf event, so I showed up and checked in at 11:06 on Monday for a haircut. By 11:30 there were only two customers getting cuts with 5 employees. No one acknowledged that I was there, said hello, or acted like they cared that I was waiting. Walked out.I appreciate the gift certificate, but the service is well below my expectations.

I had a very good haircut. My hairdresser seemed a bit distracted and really didnt seem like she wanted to be there. The service the whole time seemed a bit awkward because of that. But, she went through the motions well and I was happy with the results. I will probably try a different Barber next time.

I stopped by for a hair cut, signed in, no others name on the list and no one else waiting. I was not acknowledged. After 30 minutes of waiting, two people came in and then we’re called before me. No one else waiting, One hair dresser finished up and disappeared. I waited another 10 minutes, saw that it could be awhile so gave up and left. Told them I was leaving and they could care less.

Haircut was pretty nice, and they give you a little massage afterwards. Im used to cheaper haircuts though, and my hair is not difficult to cut so it usually comes out fine at those places.

The best hit in the area for a quick 2 on the sides and clip up top. Might wait 10 minutes depending on the day and time but always friendly and quick in the chair.

Theres a large staff and your wait should be short. I like the way they cut my hair. I call in for an appointment and Im in and out.

Consistent quality haircut at reasonable price. And your prefered cut is stored in their system so next available barber can cut your hair to your liking.

Two stars for 2 great haircuts out of 3. I got home and washed my hair to find this terrible haircut, when my hair isnt wet and combed forward.

Told Heather what I wanted and she did it no problem. No appointment needed unlike all these newer shops to top it off.
