Yea do you guys a favor and DO NOT rent in this place its been almost a 2 weeks since there was a leak in my unit. Thankfully a week later they moved the rest of my things to another unit. But still that means I have been without a bed for that long. I sent them every thing they needed and barely last night sent everything that mean that I have to wait another 10 days. All bullshit

Reasonable rates on secure indoor storage units of varying sizes. Bathroom inside, carts to move belongings in and out. Quiet, never busy. Drawbacks- limited hours to access your belongings, unsure of staff presence for questions, motion lights are a pain.

Very professional & personable! Prices are reasonable, everything was smooth and easy and Tim was very sweet.

Great for storing appliances as they have heated indoor storage. Its very clean and they have moving carts at the front door you can use.

Fast and well worth it

Tim is amazing! My dad is in the process of moving and needed a heated/climate controlled storage unit and Tim totally helped him out and was very friendly and professional. He got my dad the exact size he needed, had moving supplies that he needed, and spent the time to answer all of his questions. He loves the pain free payment options since he travels all over the country and rarely is in the area very often. The security is awesome, there are cameras all over the place! Super secure! Honestly the best place in town. Go see Tim if you need a storage place, you won’t regret it.

This is the second time I have needed extra storage space. I simply will not take my business elsewhere. The complex is clean and the staff are polite and professional. It is also freeway adjacent. I recommend Iron Gate to all my friends and business acquaintances. Thanks guys!

Pricing is higher then im used to and smaller unit then I am used to renting as well. But the Employees are very professional and kind. They were and are pleasent to work with.

Honestly, Don made the whole experience really easy & simple. Everything was really unexpected & super stressful, he just made me feel like I was putting things in a friends house. Clean & super secure! Definitely recommend & give a 5 star across the board. Give more if I could!

This is a really clean and secure storage facility. Units are nicely carpeted with high traffic carpet which allows you to store your things without scratching them on any concrete. The management is really nice. Only negative is the steep incline of the driveway before you enter the gate...but that is only a problem for a very few drivers.

Nice and clean facility, easy to get in and out. Everytime I called I was able to speak to someone right away. The prices seemed completely reasonable compared to everything else out there.

I came across this storage facility online and being my first time in this situation I was very unfamiliar with the process. Well let me tell you…Marilyn & Dave exceeded my expectations. They provided excellent customer service by explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions. They even stayed open late to accommodate our need of being able to obtain a unit that same night. I was very impressed with the high quality of customer service but also the cleanliness and security of the facility. They make a great team and I really am highly impressed with the whole experience. I definitely recommend this facility as long as Marilyn & Dave are managing it.

Have had a wonderful experience with Iron Gate Storage! The manager of this location, Scott, was very helpful, friendly, and patient with all of my questions. He directed me towards the unit that met my needs without feeling at all like he was trying to push a sale on me!. The unit is clean, easily accessible and very secure. Would highly recommend this storage facility!

This Iron Gate location is very clean and secure. Don, the manager, is super nice and he thoroughly explained all of the rental agreements, fees, and procedures. I looked at several other rentals in the Vancouver area and for price, cleanliness, and security this location is the best.

These facilities (I store in two of them) are clean, the staff is professional and knowledgeable, and the process is smooth every time. If I could offer two small criticisms: 1. I wish that more people would use them so that they could compete with the rates of impersonal giants, like uhaul.2. I wish the storage process were not so lengthy, but that would cut down on the time spent enjoying the company of their great staff.

Thank you Iron Gate! They were the 6th storage unit site I visited in East Vancouver, and had the best prices/customer service overall. Heated unit on the bottom floor, easy access, and well monitored location, all under 100$.

Had a great experience doing business with them. Excellent staff, and best security I have seen just about anywhere. They are a little more expensive than one or two other storage places I called, but the clean and secure facility is worth it.

I originally gave a bad review of the Iron Gate storage on a 5th Avenue in Vancouver because I dealt with a guy with a very bad attitude but that is the exception rather than the rule I have found out recently every other person I have spoken with has been very fine people trustworthy and make me feel very comfortable about renting there and assure me that the one gentleman who has many bad days apparently will not have anymore at my expense I think theyre very wonderful people I would recommend them the place is very clean and every other person Ive talked to is very decent and I do remember years back my nease had rented there she let her storage go and left the stuff in it and an older couple that was managing at the time call me her uncle to come and get her pictures and thats worth more to me then you could imagine I truly love this place Im sure this bad managers probably pretty temporary because he does not reflect the attitudes of the rest of the people

If I could give -5 stars I would. First of all theres a meth head asking people for furniture, INSIDE the facility right now. Yes, Tim, really classy.Three times, 3 times, to be clear, we were denied access to our storage spaces due to the managements inability to do the paperwork correctly to charge a card. Or for the security code to work.At great expense we fired them and moved out of two storages and cancelled the third space we were going to use. This is how badly the place is run.If you dont have a lot of time and money I highly suggest using ANYONE other than Iron Gate Storage. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer.

Very prompt and courteous response to our phone inquiry. Dave is very sincere about wanting to give great customer service, and he does. Very clean and secure.I would recommend this facility and staff.

Facility appeared clean and well kept. Mr. Garon is a very pleasant person with whom to deal. Havent put anything in the unit yet, but security appears good and I have confidence my goods will be quite safe.

Very clean facility, extremely secure as well. Employees seem to genuinely care about helping you and are ready with answers to any questions you may have. I just this weekend rented a space and moved some stuff in, and the only way it could have been a better experience is if they would have moved my stuff for me. Seems like a great place.

The gentleman who work there are great and very accommodating. The facility looks like its well maintained.

My mother has kept here storage here for a year or two and says these guys have always been helpful. They provide a dolly for heavy furniture and keep a neat and tidy facility.

We have been renters at Pearson Iron Gate for aproximately the last six yearsMost of the years have run smoothly; and our belongings have been safe.Recently, due to an injury, I have had difficulties with making our payments. This kind of situation usually ends up with one party losing their stuff as the other has to take legal action...everyone is mad....And so it goes, usually.This time was different. Im am not placing blame but when the ending total was not what I had been told it would be and the mistake was on their part.....It was immediatly fixed without animosity from the owner. Simply a mistake.Iron Gate is conveniently located around the county and I like Pearsons new owners!Thank you.

We have received safe storage from Iron Gate with never a security problem. I am not thrilled with the rapid turnover of managers at our specific location but I know that is not true of all locations nor has it created any problems. The corporation seems well managed.I would have given a 5 star rating but we were forced to move because of what appeared to be a minor leak from above in our below ground unit and that was extremely burdensome even with the help we got which on one day was just right and on the next too many people for us to control where they put stuff in the new unit.It was all for nothing because they never were able to figure out where the leak was coming from even though it looked a lot like what I have seen from a leaking toilet seal on the second floor of our own home and it was below the living quarters at this location. I had also suggested at least some might be seepage from a small crack in the floor during time of higher than normal hydraulic pressure. It was quickly determined nothing our unit was leaking but the company insisted on repairing the damage. Yet, they never found the source of the water we were told and gave up and rented our old unit again.The one positive is it proved we could actually move out of the new storage unit as well if we devote time to simply getting rid of stuff instead of paying to store it.
