This is a great storage facility. Don has been so helpful and kind to us throughout our time renting a unit from here. I was here for over a year and am sad to leave, but the property is always clean, it’s easy to pay for online, and customer service from Don is wonderful. Don also makes the office smell great.

Great place. Ive dealt with shady storage facilities. This place is the polar opposite. Security cameras everywhere, alarms on each unit, everything is clean, and the staff are super professional.

Easy to rent and a large space to work with...

Good location for me anyway. Plus its got the annex with better prices no stringent lock requirements and your stuff is safe. Theres cameras everywhere in that annex. The staff are sticklers for the rules but understanding and go out of the way to help you when issues arise.

My whole experience was pleasant. Don Jones was very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. He walked me through the contract process, answered any question I could come up with, was courteous and delightful to work with. Don Jones, manager at this site, is very personable, professional, helpful and friendly. From the minute I rented a large unit to the time I moved out, Don was quick to help me choose the best option for my needs, made sure I fully understood my obligations to the contract, answered all my questions (some more than once). Always courteous and patient. I wouldnt hesitate to rent there again or refer Don and this site to future storage renters.

Husband and I were looking for a storage unit to make room for our new baby due in a couple months. We wanted to clean and secure location where we felt safe. After driving by a few places and comparing prices, this facility meet our needs. We were able to easily make a reservation. Upon arriving, we saw that everything was incredibly clean and safe. We felt very comfortable right away. The property manager, Don, was gracious and welcoming. So happy we chose this place!!!

Don the manager is great. I came in and my reservation wasnt in the system and he bent over backwards trying to fix the situation. I am very happy with the amenities and it was super easy to move in and get things started. 10/10 would recommend again.

Very professional, The resident manager -- Don, was courteous, and explained everything- terms and conditions of contract very well. Iron Gate Storage at 12406 SE 5th St in Vancouver, WA is a good storage facility. The staff is nice and responsive to requests. The facility is clean and has a crisp nature about it. There is this one door that has been in poor repair since I started renting and as of the last time I was there earlierthis month. I feel sure they will get to it. Iron gate storage seemed very nice when I walked up to the office. I could tell they take pride in there business. When I came in the office Dan greeted me, and was very helpful. The office was very nice and homey as well.

Have had my things there for probably as long as they have been open. Always clean and well attended by helpful and courteous staff. Hope the prices dont continue the upward spiral, but maybe thats the whole world and not just Iron Gate. They have been modest increases; about $10 at a time; but the good staff, location and quality of the units are incentives to give them my continued business.

We went in yesterday to rent a 10x15 storage unit. The price is about the same as all the other storage units in the area but this place is cleaner, easier to access, and overall more secure than the other ones we visited. Kayla was very helpful and friendly.

This business is not to be trusted. Don Jones took advantage of me and sized my 10 x 15 locker full of my lifetime of family and personal belongings for his personal gain by salting other sized lockers with my proprty. As manager he abuses his authority given to him and iron gate is as much at fault. I paid my storage fir over 10 years only to loose everything. Pictures and a lifetime of important unreplaceable things. Today I still suffer from memories lost of my mother and children and the value of my things. The owners of iron gate are unreachable and the police do not follow any protocal c except the words of a dishonest man in Don Jones. Iron Gate Storage has individually alarmed units making my belongings safe, easy access until 9PM, onsite management, personalized security code, climate controlled units, free moving trucks upon availability, 24 hour monitored security, and an awesome friendly staff.This facility in particular is very clean, organized and upbeat friendly smiles.I have had a pleasant experience conducting business at this location. At this time i dont see myself moving anytime soon, but I will keep IronGate Storage in mind if that day comes again.

Unfortunately, we have to store our stuff and here is where we chose because its close but it is always clean and during the winter we pay for heated but when we went in it was colder than outside sometimes. I believe that storages charge to much anyways. Price isnt really any better the anywhere else. They raise the rates like every 6 months.
