Steve Jones Allstate has been the best experience for me, after 25+ years with State Farm, I felt like a secondary priority for them, frequently were late sending insurance coverage cards in the mail , kept raising rates, all this despite a absolutely perfect driving record. When looking for Motorcycle insurance for an unusual scooter I own, State Farm turned up their noses. After several calls around my local area,it seemed no one wanted my business, including a local Allstate agent. I was stuck with no ability to drive a motorbike I had owned for months! Even though they are nearly 100 miles away from me, Steve Jones answered my online inquiry, they did the extra footwork, found out what category my scooter was insured as, got me a very good quote and all within 24 hours! Within 2 days I had a years insurance with no worries and they followed up several times to make sure I was all set with current cards and answered all my questions. I couldnt be happier. In fact my other vehicles will be moving there too when my coverage expires elsewhere. They earned my business with their knowledge, doing their homework and promptly responding. Every employee has been a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them to everyone.
