Store is in disarray, shelves mostly empty; just incredibly messy and unkempt. And youre likely not going to find what you were looking for anyway. Youll likely encounter at least one person asking for money or cigarettes. Thats super typical in the plaza period. The one in north Utica is much better.

Before I walked in, someone on some kind of drug was outside asking for spare change. The store was a mess. The cashier was an older lady who spoke spanish. Did not say one word to me and was very rude in general. Other than that the store is easy to navigate through compared to the one in North Utica. Just sucks when employees are rude and don’t appreciate their customers

Walked in store, was there for less than 5 minutes, was asked to leave, with no given explanation. One employee said im new and dont know the other wouldnt say a word when asked why. Im 44yrs old with no reason for shoplifting or this kind of shopping experience.

Love this place! I go once a week, and everything is $1!! Theres one on Mohawk St and in the Price Chopper Plaza, North Utica.My monthly items consist of: toilet paper, paper towel, tooth paste/brushes, cleaning products & disposable flatware (for work). They also have seasonal items which are great for holiday, hobbies/activities, party planning/decor, and school project/supplies... All at $1/ea item!You cant lose.

Completely trashed. So bad that when you walk up there is trash all over the side walk even in between the counter and the glass store front. What a pig pen. The manager of this place is clearly incompetent.

Today me and my 4 years son have a bad day for the cashier. Because of her placing the broom across the path, my son’s face injured and never apologized for that. Pretend not knowing and not taking responsibility. The very first time of disappointing this store. I saw the name on the receipt is Estrella.

Its like a brand new store very neat and clean staff helpful plenty of merchandise all for a 1$ cant go wrong I love it

This store was an absolute mess - I cant believe the manager would even allow it to be seen this way ... there were boxes just randomly placed, shelves werent stocked, and items spilled/thrown all over the aisles. I will never go back to this Dollar Tree location unfortunately.

If this is the one in Mohawk Street, management needs to place more cashiers/personel as the lines are very long and the ailes are very messy.
