Went and got a gel fill with gel nail polish which I get all the time and I went home and took a shower and this happened. Never had this happen before.

Im from out of town and my cousin recommended, because thats where she goes and takes our 97 year old aunt they take such great care

I recommend doing your own nails, getting your feet touched by a complete stranger is not for me anymore. I used to go to salons twice a month and it resulted to an infection. All they do here is change your nail polish and ask if you would lile a $50+ pedicure to get what you used to get for $20. Buy a pedi machine and do it yourself!

I’m a regular customer. Usually, I get a good and thorough pedicure. That means cutting back cuticles and checking for nails getting ingrown. I don’t care about color of polish, just want to look good. I always leave a tip better than 20%.My last few pedicures have not addressed anything other than basically changing the color of polish. The photo below is one week after the deluxe pedi plus tip.Both big toes and 3 small toes broke open along the nail bed due to ingrown nails. Yes, that’s blood. That toe keeps cracking open and bleeding.

Kim does my nails here she’s does amazing but is the most skilled here (my opinion) which makes her always busy. Always book an appointment and even then prepare yourself for a small wait

Great service and lovely gel manicure

I have been here before but the last few times has been very poor service. This last time I came in for a full set and as I walked in no one greeted me, there were 2 people working and no one here. I signed in and sat and waited while 2 of them were on their phones. Probably waited at least 15 minutes before anyone came to say anything and was simply asked Are you the one that called. I replied no and that I was wanting a full set and waited another 5 to 10 minutes before being put in a chair.

The service I had was very friendly and didnt try to up-sell at all! My pedicure was heavenly, well priced and my toes look beautiful now. Ill definitely be back!

I had Hannah as my nail technician and she was amazing! Very very sweet and attentive. She did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. She was also the only one answering phones or greeting customers who walked in the door definite cudos to her for treating me well and keeping up customer service all the way around. Will definitely go back for her.

I got a full set of acrylics for $35 ( removal & charge for length). My original set was fully removed. The only thing is, I wished she would have let them soak in warm acetone. She just placed my hands in acetone without warming the solution. This also made my original set more difficult to take off & she was almost ripping it from my natural nail. Despite that she did a great job, with the right amount of thickness. They are the perfect shape! So far this is the best place in Urbana. I also went in on a Sunday morning when they had very few customers.

Im a guy and went to get healthy care for my nails. After a manicure, she convinced me to get my feet done with a pedicure then promised a manly look for waxing my eyebrows. After taking off a chunk of my eyebrow that should still be there, she only offered to refund me $10 for just that and still insisted that I pay $65 for the other services. She acted like it wasnt a big deal and that I looked fine. Yeah, thats why Im leaving a picture to let you decide that for yourself.

I thought they did a great job and I am happy to have found a good nail salon so close to home. Much better than Pretty Nails! The pricing was pretty standard and the service was good!

I stumbled in here shortly after their grand opening because I was looking for a salon that opened early, and I am so glad I did! The staff is so friendly and they take such good care of my nails! This is my go-to place now for getting my nails done (pedicures and gel nails), and I tell all of my friends about it. They really take the time to make sure the job is done well and that the client is happy with the work. I highly recommend them!

Went in to get a fill in and didn’t want gel polish. The guy begged me to get gel polish. I told him no I want regular and he proceeded to say “please get gel”. I was disgusted that he didn’t appreciate the money I was spending. Do not go here!!!! Go somewhere you and your money is appreciated.

Staff is friendly and listen your needs and wants, everytime i go in i leave satistied. Recomended.

I have been getting my nails done for over a year and I love Lee! She is amazing and friendly. Most ofthe staff are welcoming and they generally offer me a free water or soda with my visit.

I walked in and no one addressed me. They were moderately busy but had many open seats. After getting addressed, I was led to a pedicure chair with water already in the basin. The water had paraffin or something else floating in it. No one came over to me for 15 minutes. I also got sat by one of their children. This boy was playing video games on a tablet and loudly talking to his online friends. I came for a relaxing afternoon and was disgusted by the unclean appearance and rude staff. I did end up leaving because no one came ever did come to do my pedicure after sitting for 20 minutes with dirty water.

The pedicure is very nice. However, I was in a bit of a hurry so I asked how long. Was told 30 minutes. It was over an hour and the girl just left so I couldnt remind them I was in a hurry.

Me and 2 other friends came in to get full sets but they were extremely busy so they had us on a 15 minute wait....... We actually ended up waiting 3 hours and they started on us 10 before closing because all the workers was ready to go home they did a poor job and all of our nails are shaped wrong and not placed well Id ended up fixing them myself when we got home

Just moved back to my home town of Champaign Urbana 10 months ago Im 35 and have been getting my nails done and doing nails since I was 16. This was the fifth nail salon I have been too and they are the best!! I have big nails because Im a big girl lol but for the life of me couldnt find a nail tech here that would fit and fix my nails properly. That search ended with MI ME not sure of the spelling of her name but she was amazing paid great attention to detail and Im truly happy and blessed to say my search is over this is my new nail salon!!!

Mani/pedi were excellent; however, my wife was told it would be 35.00 before she came in. Chose basic services, then was told when they finished it would be 60.00!

Worst place Ive gotten my nails done. My nail tech seemed to be in a rush Ive never had a full acrylic set put on faster then she did it and you can tell. She put one nail on crooked she didnt bother to trim my nails before hand. There are nails where there is a gap between my real nail and the acrylic nail. When she painted my nails she left spots without paint on them. She got Polish on my hand and didnt clean it off. Ive been getting acrylic nails for 13 years and Ive never had them look so bad before. One of my real nails is almost higher then the acrylic nail. Ive never been to a nail place that doesnt trim your nails before they put on a full set.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST place we have been. The man who did my daughters nails refused to do her nails until a stranger held her child.. My others daughters cuticles had blood seeping out until 11:30pm and she had them done at 2:00pm. Rude and added $5.00 everytime the clipped a piece of skin!! Will never go back

What a disappointment! Spent $90 ( without tip) for gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. The pedicure felt great. They did an awesome job with the sk8n on my feet. However, my gel manicure did not last even a week! It started to pedl on day five, and I did not do anything out of ordinary with my hands. It usually lasts for almost three weeks intact when I go to other salons!! Also, the nail polish on my toes looks very sloppy. This salon came highly recommended, so I had wanted to give it a try. What a waste of time and money!!! :( Feeling cheated. At least the nail technician was pleasant.

WORST NAIL SHOP EVER. I never been to a place with such horrible customer service ! I waited 30 minutes after my schedule appt to get my nails done and when I asked for polish remover to take the polish off my nails the lady said no!? Then I brung a friend with me and she had a problem with her nails and the man told her she complain too much . They dont know how to talk to people and even told us to come back the next day to finish the job since they was ready to leave . PLEASE save your money . Dazzling nails is right on green street. Theyre cheaper and do an amazing job . Please Save your money

I went to get a pedicure it was a hour before closing so I guess the guy who did my feet didnt feel like doing a whole spa treatment I was going to get a deluxe but he just gave me a basic without asking and a just ok job Ive had way better experience there before will be a whole before I go back

The worse service I ever had. My daughter and her friend went to get they nails done and this lady told her friend she needed to get done her eyebrows even when she said I dont have enought money she still took her and got them done then she took the money out of my daughters purse to pay for her friends service. If a representative is going through your personal belongings without your permission itttells you what kind of services you will get. Im totally disappointed! !!!!

The place not like it use to be .

I went there for a manicure today and started off with one girl. She had just starting putting polish on me, when the manager interrupted our conversation to replace her with another woman. The girl who I had started with went off to do a pedicure and the second woman was horrible. She put really thick layers of polish on and put me under the dryer, which is just a rack of fans (no lights), without more than 10 words. The polish began to peel back all on its own, and I was just irritated so I tipped the first girl and left. During the time that I was there, they had one person come in asking for her nails to be fixed because they had chipped horribly.I will not go back.
