They lack professionalism. They dont to payroll consistently. They dont check with employees with long term assignments. I never get checkstubs. Horrible

I applied online last week. I was told to come in for orientation to fill out paperwork ,a get a t shirt and drug test (oral). The young lady that was there told me she would get back to me once the background came back. She text my to come in to get the job location and start Monday..Come to find out, didnt I didnt have all my paperwork filled out. The young lady sent me my username and password to login in and completed after I tried to. For some reason the system would not take it. I called her to let her know. She told me to come to work Tuesday and I can finish after work. I go to work Tuesday and its a brand new warehouse. They gave us water and masks there were no running water, no air conditioning and no fans. You can not sit down to cool down. So I asked if I need to use the restroom room where do I go, the manager said Great Question! We have portable restrooms out side 😳A different employee asked what will our schedule be like. Another manager/security guard said that well call you or text you when to come in. We got off, I went home. Waiting for a call or text. Did not get one. So I said let me just go up there just in case. I went and right before our first break an employee fainted, the staff fanned her and set her up and she passed out again. The staff told us to go on break. So we all did. In the middle of the break we were told to stay on break for and extra 15 minutes. We came back in. The staff told us the employee had a seizure. I saw the employee and she was not shaking. After going back to work for about 15 minutes then the ambulance came to get the employee who fainted. I started seeing people with Clorox spray and folks cleaning. That did not start until after the employee fainted and we came back from break. My stomach felt like it dropped. Im not going back.

Brittany really should work on her professionalism when calling other staffing agencies seeking help internally. If she was a bit more polite she could really succeed but with that poor attitude she will not get far at all! If you ever call or go to Jibe Staffing ask to speak with someone else other than Brittany!

Try and make you stay at a job thats not fit for you then doesnt want to place you anywhere else when you tell them you had a problem with the job also had me waiting 2 weeks for a job and its not the job that they told me about

Brittany went above and beyond the call of duty in order to help me find a job placement. She diligently worked on my job placement by actually getting my name cleared in dhls system which i had been wrongfully dnred (do not return). I really appreciate the effort and is actually a breathe of fresh air. Jibe staffing is literally a step above the rest.

They have the best service, it fast and friendly.They also are very organized and can multi task very well

How they stay in business idk they never have any jobs available
