It isnt a good staffing agency, they try you try you first with dhl and that hard work and they make you harder then necessary, they have 64 ques with only four tow motor drivers youre going to spend your shift swimming in tires. Then they have a guy named Elton at visible he firing people hes firing his own customers he lying to the people at us smart staff and then hell fire you up to impress a chick named ishisha he dont know what he doing he just he wants to be a supervisor he just going to fire you and lie to the agency. Dont use these people. If you trying to get on the tow motor if you got tow motor experience theyre a lie to you and send you on an assignment saying that you going to a tow motor assignment and its not you going to a fulfillment job they going to lie to you and send you on the assignment if your tow motor driver do not use the spot right here they going to lie to you

The lack of professionalism is horrible, they only have one main goal and that is to take advantage of people that don’t know any better, they rob you of your wages, take unnecessary charges out of your check, and the most frustrating part of it all is their customer service skills from management to employees with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 employees they all seem to have the intelligence of a teenage child I would not recommend any one working for this company. I would recommend you finding out where there going to send you to wrk and immediately apply for the position with the actual company!

I called 2 weeks ago about my w-2 and I was told to hang up and call back and then no one ever answered again. I have been trying to get my w-2 for going on 2 months now and it’s almost the end of the filing period. I’m highly irritated because every time I call or email no body responds like I no longer am staffed with your agency I just want my w-2 so I can get my taxes filed!!!

Went in twice and definitely over qualified for most positions but don’t mind hard work. Especially when times are hard. Very unresponsive and biased....wore professional attire to the interview while plenty of “ratchet” unprofessional employees walked in and out. Everyone wore jeans which is fine but don’t discriminate when someone puts their best effort out. Sending texts regularly saying they have openings but whenever I would call after reviewing my resume “they didn’t have anything at the moment”. Waste of time and very disrespectful as a black woman, and all black women inside this location. Very disheartening but there’s always a better door to open when one closes. HARD pass on this place. Try randstad instead lol.

BEWARE! Poor Customer Service! Office assistants act as if you’re a burden and don’t like their own job. Onsite Supervisors speak to you like a dog. Everyone’s rude in the office as well. Unfortunately, I had to give a star just to warn people to stay away. They will give you a job for little money, work you like a slave and send you home within a few hours. Once you do receive your check, hours and pay have always been entered incorrect and you wait until the following Tuesday to get the correct pay. Not worth the time! Smart Solutions is a joke!

Smart Staffing is a great staffing agency! I came in to apply on Monday and started work by Wednesday. They got me the pay rate I was looking for and the schedule works excellent for me. Thanks to the recruiters for helping me!

ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE!! how you put you have a job on indeed for 1st shift then I call to get info, call numerous times, no answer, you think I got it like that to waste gas money to go up to your temp service for you to tell me if you have a job available or not, then as I just called some one picks up, Im saying hello? If I could give them zero stars I would. They are very unprofessional. I was fired because I was late 30 mins getting to my job assignment because I got off the wrong exit and had to turn around. I called them several times and they did not answer the phone. The manager when I called him about what I could do to get my job back he was rude and unprofessional hung up in my face. The girl that answered the phone lied to me at first and started that it was my background the reason why I was fired but in reality it was because I was 30 mins late. I called and they were not understanding that things happen. Inconsiderate people.i agree with the reviews so don’t go there because they don’t answer the phone and then fire you from the job stating “no call , no show “ when I showed up I was just late and I tried calling them

I worked for smart staffing for three weeks during the first week I had an issue with my badge I was not able to clock in. I was told by the supervisor to make sure I signed the sign in sheet and I was ok to work. I was not paid for all the hours I worked . It took smart staffing almost a month to investigate and they concluded they only owed me for 3 hours. Which I disputed because I kept track of my hours on my calendar in my phone and was NEVER paid. They are unorganized and ghetto.

Great staff! The process is easy and fast and this staffing agency had a lot of jobs to offer unlike other staffing companies.

I moved here from SC and came in to the office to apply. The staff was professional and polite. The process was simple and they offered my a good opportunity to start immediately. After my assignment ended they placed me on another account shortly after. There were times I went to the office for business matters and there were other folks in the office that came in with attitudes and rude to the staff, they are always helpful as I witnessed. Its all in the way you carry your self. Treat people right and they will treat you with respect, these ladies deal with a lot every day.

Smart Staffing is the worst Agency I ever work.The lady at the front desk, she’s unprofessional,Rude and disrespectful.I work for sorry.....Smart Staffing since November,15 2018 until today January 4 2019 still don’t get paid yet. I came in here to find a job and I can in right around 1130 she asked if Id please come back at 1 they were going to lunch fair enough and I came back at 1 with the sign changed to say they were going to lunch from 1-2 and after I went to a store nearby for about a half hour I went back and it changed to 2-3 for lunch hours I decided to wait till 3 and go in till I seen they were letting others in at 2:45. I went in the lady at the front desk was nice and as sweet as can be but the lady doing the drug test among other things was rude to me and to other people trying to get help from them. Clue for the rude lady if you dont like your job then LEAVE dont make everyone else miserable. I have decided to go to Wagner staffing thats farther away but they actually care and want to help and always ask how Im doing and how work is going.

Its come to my attention with the rudness with the staff. ive seen first hand of a video as proof. And will start the process with osha to file the complaint under the discrimination complaint its called an 11(c) complaint. As im reading the reviews i encourage thos who has been discriminated and treated unfairly from this staff, attitudes such as jessica and clarissas. I worked didn’t get paid. The supervisor Smart Staffing Antonio DHL Clorox didn’t put information in the time clock to match what the company had. Not professional At all. Rude.He do what he wanna do on his own time. Come Monday I will be back in the office it’s not gonna be nice.Smart Staffing suppose to be a drug free work place and do a drug test .yet the 1st Shift smoke weed on they break and before they come to work .imma call DHL and let them know. a lot of Drug users in they work place. I don’t smoke.you can smell it when they come back in off they break.

Unorganized, Unprofessional and Unpleasant! You will be there for 2-3 hrs for a job offer that is $8-$10. The recruiters are Mexicans that want to appear Caucasian, and lack the expertise or professionalism to deal with mostly African Americans that apply there.They all have very disgusting mannerisms towards people and usually talk in Spanish about applicants. Do not go here unless you are really desperate!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. My experience with this company has been the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences Ive encountered. Lets start with the young lady at the front desk, the first impression you receive of the company, she is rude, condescending and not the least bit welcoming. She behaved in this manner every single time I came into that office.Next Daisy and I imagine the rest of the staff. Upon offering me a job and asking me to report to the office between 8 to 11 and 2 to 4 on the following day she denied our complete TEXT conversation. I drove all the way to Union City for her to LIE in my face that our TEXT conversation didnt happen. Then because I corrected her, she tells me that the job had been canceled by the employer, which i have personal information that, that too was a lie.In my professional opinion this company is clearly not looking out for the best interest of its clients, and I would be hard pressed to enlist them to find temporary employees on my behalf. I intend to advise the companies they are contracted with as well to share my experience as i definitely believe they need to know.

I was at work when I received news that there was death in my family my first cousin had been shot and killed so as I received the news I said okay Ill just work the rest of the day but instead a couple hours pasted and I started to get emotional and before I broke down at work I told my supervisor my problem he suggested for me to go deal with my family issue the next day I came back to pick up my check the lady was so rude I explained to her yet she is still being sooooo overly rude as if death didnt matter and they needed me there so I felt horrible I told her my family was more important and this job so I left and went to the office where I incounted a guy by the name of Carlos which was nice at first I told him the problem that I had with the rude lady ZARA and he told me not to worry to handle my death and come in with doucuments supporting my situation ok so after the funeral I came back the next day after an oh wooow the rude talk started again but this time with ELTON he approached me 4 hours into my shift an stated I had left work without telling anyone which was not accurate so I believed it was nik picking so I immediately got upset and told him to contact Carlos because he knew the situation and I didnt wont to explain anymore at this point so he said I wont you to go so I said no then next thing you know here goes CARLOS with a smile and talking to me like didnt I tell you to support paper work and I stated I had it so whats next he was still being rude not the same man I had expressed myself with Warning please go find better work they are so rude they treat you just like a pay check thats all you are to them my money was short and its was too much to deal with them Beware and good luck

Lady called at 12:15 to start work at 3 had to be to smart staffing before 2 remind you we stay in stone mountain.. Lady advise tp bring 2 forms of identifications and we djd only one was a copy .. And she said the copy was not identification ...so we drove a hour for nothing

This place is absolutely the worst. And JesicaGarcia, needs to be fired. Theyre threatened by professional people like myself because they know I can run circles around all of them in tat office. So professional people dont even go there because they not going to give you a decent assignment because you are a threat.And yes I could post my name because I dont have to hide behind no internets I want them to see exactly who is saying what theyre saying. This staffing agency oughta be ashamed of themselves and really need to be shut down. The lady at smart staffing in union city that do the drug test has a very nasty attitude I dont know if she think cause she has a lil power she can talk to you any kind of way someone need to have a talk with her on customer service

They all have attitudes there first of all. They sit and gossip. When I went they sat talking about someones personal business of sexual harrassment and trying to fire someone rather than tending to the applicatns that had questions about the positions. Then after you do the drug test and 2nd part of the paper work they tell you all the positions are filled and they will call you when something comes available because all the positions are filled when they could have said that in the first place before I went through the process.

They don’t never answer the phone and they always messing up people hours like wat imma do with $105.78 come on my should be more than that all them hours I did

Even though this business establishment is constantly busy, I was called the next day with an apology from the office manager after applying with them since they were real busy..since the office manager realized from me my sibling and I care for our mother, I was offered a grave yard shift . A long term job that pays more money...Now I can care for my mother and stay in school..
