About a week or 2 before my sons party I reserved a combo bounce house online. I called the day of the party to ask when they would be there and she said they don’t do online transactions… But yes, they do. If you go on their website it will let you “reserve” one but they won’t actually reserve it for you. I reserved a bounce/water slide combo for 2 hours, which online it said it would be $150. So I asked her if she still had that same bouncer. She said yes, but it would be $325. No where on their website did it state that their price would increase over $100 just to add water. Thank goodness I found another bounce house place with better customer service for my sons party.

My family have always used them. They treat you like family cause they are a family owned business that relates to the community they serve. Fair prices.

We Always rent from this place. The lady is very nice and helps get everything in your truck/car. We live 30 min out of town and they will drive all the way to drop off and pick up also. Good prices and good service.
