My favorite part of the store is an entire aisle dedicated to discount and $1 items. I love a bargain.

They are open when no one else is open.We picked up supplies for the football game.We found food and drinks and chips.And no beer or wine.

Was not a bad experience but it wasnt a very memorable experience either. Quick run in and grab what we need and get gone. The store itself seems cluttered and unorganized.

Outstanding manager and team. Very honest and courteous team of employees here. I accidentally left my wallet in the store today and when I went back to retrace my step, they had it locked up for me. Everything was still in my wallet too! Thank you Lexi!

I went to return a usb cable , I had bought in Gladewater, the lady said she couldnt because it was electronics, was not open still in the package , she got on the phone to call her manager, is the second time they do this to me with other things not electronics, call management just to tell me no they couldnt, last time I go to that store

The coffee pot is too expensive, dont have the one that I was interested in.

This place has come in handy for many last minute milk, cereal, candy purchases. Very convenient.

Good selection of day to day household items and groceries. They have brands that you dont always find in some of the bigger stores (Clover Valley for example) and the prices are often discounted. Canned foods are almost always cheaper than Wal-Mart. They also have a good selection of just $1.00 items. Good place to shop if youre on a budget.

Love the ladies that work there! Go there daily and they just need someone who focuses on stocking and cleaning and not register too!I would apply since its less than a mile but dont pay enough to live.

Its a Dollar General they are all packed with merch to the point of being messy

They have everything you need and its so easy to pop in and get what you need and the service is always great.

I was upset that they didnt have cemetery wreathes or a good selection of flowers. My father is buried a mile from this store and I just wanted him to have nice flowers. Disappointed that I could only get 1 selection of 💐. And they were ugly . 😢 ..the staff was friendly .

I think they need camera in their parking lot. Just had a tool box with hundreds of dollars worth of tools stolen off My truck in Tyler ,Tx. didnt like my experience at all.

I go here solely out of convenience to get some random item for my job, because I cant always get away for more than a few minutes. If Wal Mart was 5 minutes closer, Id never set foot in here again. There is always a line, takes forever to wait if, and I stress IF you can find a cashier. I waited nearly ten minutes yesterday and the cashier came in from smoking, oblivious to the customers waiting for her. They have zero personality, the place is always a mess, parking lot covered in trash all the time. They need some requirement for employees that says you must have teeth. Meth has hit some of these chicks in the grill and left black shards behind. Disgusting. Bulldoze this place and make it a dumping ground. Its already full of trash.

The dollar general we go to most is by ut hospital 155 and 271. The ladies in that store are so kind and helpful. But the store is always a bloody mess. Too much inventory and the atore is so tiny. One can hardly push a cart around in the store. The rest room is torn to tthe ground nasty. It is worn badly. This was the only store of this kind for several miles for a few years. DG NEEDS TO REVAMP AND IMPROVE WORKING AND SHOPPING CONDITIONS AT THIS LOCATION.

Whats the purpose of the sale. If nothing is on Sale. Thats false advertising.

Okay for emergency items. Staff is great but lacks good management. Never stocked everything you need is usually in the back or in the aisles waiting to be stocked.

Unfortunately this location is always under staffed, store is cluttered with boxes in aisles and shelves are not stocked. With UT Hospital North across the street you would think it would be a premiere store.

Bought some Tide Pods and Pinesol and they kept my bags and told me they didnt check it out when it was on my receipt.. I had to buy more at the same store..smh

Things are not stocked. This is the closest place to get stuff needed without going into town. The store is dirty. It is not clean and you never know if they are going to be open on time. They are having to bring people in from Gilmer. The lady told me that she got off work at 11:00 PM than had to be back at 7 AM.
