Good workout. Nice staff. Has all the basic equipment and isnt usually crowded. Small but nice locker room, showers. As with most other gyms Ive been to, some of the equipment is in slight disrepair, i.e. add-on weights. The constant rap music was a little annoying when I first wrote this review, but has apparently changed to include a better mix.

Staff was professional, had ALL the right equipment, building was clean, neat and organized. Like working out at this gym only when Im in town from Colorado!

Looking for a place to workout and be safe during this covid-19 times? FIT is the cleanest gym Ive ever visited in my life. Most people are considered and wipe down equipment after use. However, pick your workout hours wisely.

Luis and the rest of the crew are extremely knowledgeable and can help anyone with their dream goals, whether it be body-building or just losing a few pounds. The equipment is absolutely brand new (brand new facility, too) and Luis has everything you need to pro body-build or anything else including fitness classes. The gym is kept immaculately clean at all times as well. A to Z, its all there!

The regulars at the gym are very friendly and it’s a great environment to work out.Some of these reviews about old/ill maintained equipment surprised me sice I’ve never seen a piece of equipment down for more than a day. The equipment is maintained well and kept in operation.

I really like this gym. I tried it today for the first time. Here are some quick notes on it:1. Well-maintained equipment. The pulleys on the machines pulled smoothly. This isnt always the case at other gyms.2. Good selection of machines and free weights.3. Everything is super clean. There was even an employee dusting the (clean) machines.4. The locker rooms are really nice. The showers looked super clean.5. Its not overly busy, so you can do 2-exercise supersets (e.g. push/pull) without upsetting anyone by using two pieces of equipment.6. One of the employees (maybe the owner?) was consistently out on the workout floor and seemed really friendly and helpful with everyone.No major cons that I could see. Some of the free weights had numbering that was a bit worn, but an employee saw me notice that and said he was going to re-paint the numbers soon.The most comparable gym to FIT would be The Institute in Longview (about 3/4 of an hour away), so this is a great option for Tyler.

If you are looking for a gym with great equipment, amazing trainers, clean environment, and great classes then FIT (fitness in training) is where you want to be. Ive been attending this gym for over 2 years now, and in my search for a gym before finding this place, I found old equipment, dirty, not maintained, and unfriendly places. When I found FIT I was so pleased with it just by walking in. Over the years Ive made good friends, gone to almost all the classes, and have gotten in shape with the best trainers helping me along. The owner is a little OCD about cleanliness which a great quality to have for a gym! The equipment is everything that you could ever need and more. Plus the childcare has the sweetest people watching your kiddos so you get to enjoy your time knowing your kids are in good hands. Its the perfect size, and never too busy so you dont have to wait on using a machine.

A fantastic venue to work out, the cleanest equipment in East Texas, a plethora of classes, fanastic trainers, the best owner (who cares), perfect hours of operation, freindly staff, they even have free day care for those work out moms. Lastly - clean locker rooms, showers, towels and restrooms. A 5 star location....

Sign up to guarantee that your membership two years from now will be confused with having been signed up only months ago when youre needing to move! With such a small gym, it only makes sense that their filing cabinet was just too small to keep your membership record. Save yourself the headache with this gym. Go the extra mile, or park your vehicle in their lot before running to the next gym.

Gym is small enough not to draw a huge crowd. The quality of the equipment is what kills me. Cables are fraying and have cut me twice. I brought it to the attention of the staff twice and the owner once and nothing gets replaced. That caused me to look at the rest of the gym and realized that nothing has been fixed or repaired for the 2 years Ive been working out here. Very unsatisfied
