I don’t understand any of the negative reviews on here. I’ve been here several times and I get called back immediately after checking in. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is maybe 5 minutes. Everyone that works here is so nice and down to earth. I never have any discomfort while taking my blood and none later that day or the next. I would definitely recommend going to this location. 😊

I got some blood drawn here a few times. One gentleman that helped me was a pro. He slapped my arm around like he was seasoning a rack of ribs. Nobody ever did that to me before (and Ive always had trouble getting blood drawn), but that was probably the best blood draw Ive ever had. The staff is not the friendliest, but youll be in and out real quickly.

Place was just fine. One staffer assisted me doing a drug test.Please be aware that the entrance is downstairs, not up. Nothing bad, but youll have to leg it if you arent aware.

The hours are not posted properly the staff was very rude and not understanding. If you are during urine collections only certain times then post the times for that service if you say your open from 8-5 why should anyone think differently 🤔

Went here to have some blood work done. The check in was digital and quick, technician was very friendly and professional and did a great job (didnt cause any pain or leave any marks when taking the sample). Was worried based on previous reviews about the staff but I was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend. Thanks.

I have not been able to access the website after creating my account to look for test results. It keeps giving me errors that it doesnt recognize my email and or password. I have tried multiple times. I tried to create a new account with the same information and it wont let me as well.

Do not go to this location. The guy is so rude, not empathetic, and unkind.He does not know how to comfort someone who is scared of needles & in addition he was very rude. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I dont understand these reviews at all, nothing but the best experience! The ladies in the office were incredibly nice on the phone and in person. I had my blood drawn at 4:15pm and had my results in my email by 9:30am the next morning. Incredibly fast. The place is easy to find and clean. Will return if I ever need blood work done again.

First off they do not post that they are closed for an hour at lunch. So from noon until 1pm youre waiting in the parking lot. Between construction and traffic its a terrible location. Worst of all you cant call either location and talk to anyone they put you on a recorded loop.

I am a little confused myself by some of the reviews, I went for my yearly lab testing last year, it was fast, professional, and everyone there was polite, professional, and informative, I am going back again this week.

I ordered a lab to be done here and after looking at the reviews I was a bit worried, to be honest. I went and got my blood drawn this morning and was very confused...as to WHY the reviews were bad? I had an awesome experience. The ladies in the office were nice and informative and the woman that took my blood was very nice and she even cracked a few jokes. I dont get the negativity. Will return here for following blood testing.

Showed up 3 mins passed 430 and wouldnt let me do my screening when they said if i was here at 430 they would of waited to do the screening. Terrible customer service, punish the working man for working and trying to get things taken of.

Employee checking people in was awesome. I messed up by printing off the wrong paperwork and she got the provider to fax us the right form in a cheerful manner.

This office staff was very rude. Go to a different one.
