To say this store has issues would be an understatement. Empty shelves, disorganized, and dirty. I did find it interesting that there were no wet floor signs near the spills but they had a stack of caution cones for sale. Who is responsible for allowing these stores to look so bad? On a good note, David the cashier was very nice and polite. He deserves a raise for maintaining a good attitude and customer service while working in this dump. Do better DT. Do better!

This store is never clean. I am baffled by the reviews saying it is. Every time I have gone to this store in the last 3 years the floor has looked the same (like it has not been swept or mopped ever). I feel like I have to wash my hands just stepping in here. The check out lines always take forever, the wait is super long. I do like that at Dollar Tree everything is a dollar and they are getting some good brands but that is the franchise in a whole not just this particular location. I drive on the freeway behind this store weekly and the amount of trash is upsetting. It is on your property (inside the fence) therefore it is your responsibility to clean it up. I am sure not all the trash belongs to Dollar Tree. I know the wind and homeless people in the area contribute. But can you please try to clean it up? A weekly, every two weeks, or even a monthly clean up would be so good for the community and the Earth. Keeping the Earth clean is everyones responsibility.

The store was clean and the employees were nice. Of course everything being a dollar is always nice

I normally love shopping here, but the admiral location here lately has been horrible. Shelves are bare, no gift bags on the walls, 1 cashier with huge lines, this location needs to get it together. If you had 1 person come in at 8pm and stocked until opening this place would be rocking come time to shop. Or just hire a person that stocks only. Simple solution

Not any baskets at all and no cashiers. One lady asked for the one guy Danny was his name to call for more cashier. Since the line went down the isles. He said no and looked at her like she was ridiculous. Then when he was finished ringing me up he didnt say thank you the amount is or say anything. Terrible awful store!!!

I love Dollar Tree I general, i have several items that i only get at Dollar Tree stores. I have worked in retail before do I understand how stores can get a little messy, but goodness every other aisle was filled with clutter, the shelves were unorganized. Even the staff had no idea where to find things. Pretty sure I saw a man wall right out the door without paying for the items in his hand. I can only imagine the theft loss this location suffers. Maybe they are renovating, and thats why.

Its always really messy but today when going it was cleaner then normal which was nice found lots stuff for my daughter party

I really enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree. They have just about anything you could get at walmart besides clothes an shoes. Although this location is sketchy because of the area itself so wouldnt give 5 stars.

This should be a zero. Place is always a mess never any stock and employees are rude and to worried about someone stealing rather than ringing the people that are paying up and always cussing even when small children are present.

The staff is fairly helpful, and pretty nice. They have a decent selection of stuff compared to other dollar tree stores. And I like that they have full size cleaning products too.

Love going there but always end up spending more than I was expecting to from all the great things they have

Normally I dont have a problem going into places like Dollar Tree , but the negative energy you feel as soon as you walk into a place says Dont ever come back.

This store used to be well stocked all the time. Its gone downhill for about a year now. Its unfortunate because it has so much room and in a good location to make money

This place was horrible. The shelves were empty mostly. What is in here is all mixed up. I will not be returning to this location.

Its getting better slowly but surely. My first trip a few years ago to this store was horrible and was every time i went until around 6 months ago. The crew there has taken on an impossible task of fixing what the last crew failed miserably at accomplishing. Great job guys. Keep it up. It no longer takes 1 hr to check out and i no longer dread that store. Not to mention you guys are so much more welcoming than the last crew....so rude they were.

It was a little better this time, had 2 cashiers instead of 1 there was also less trash out front than previously before. They are improving some, I would give them a three and a half star.

The store was clean, the cashiers were masked and friendly. There were two cashiers working and when the lines got long another cashier came from the back and started ringing people up. They worked efficiently without rushing people.

Wanted to pick up dog toys and Christmas items but they didnt have everything on the shelves yet, a little disappointed.

Love the staff here only once have I had an embracing experience with this exact location, I was approached at register about stolen goods in my purse, I allowed them open said purse. Of course nothing was in the 👛 for real duh. But never again has it occured.

The store looks kinda trashy, but this time at least there were enough cashiers to not take forever like last time I was here. Everything is a dollar. Some good deals can be found like bread, and Gatorade squirt bottles. Went with my mother in law and my niece. I know that doesnt mean that much to you but it is what it is. Happy Mar 14 people.

Dirty floors, empty shelves, NO A/C, or watch a homeless person spit on another customer, then welcome to east Tulsas Dollar Tree on Admiral, no one seems to care and amazed how this location is still in operation, want clean floors and stocked shelves in a nice cool and non hostile environment, go to Tulsas midtown location on Harvard, it is night and day, yet same franchise....Instead of driving 1 mile to the east Tulsa location, we drive 8 miles to the midtown Tulsa location, dont even bother anymore. Very sad it has to be this way....Someone needs to write to their cooperate office!

Nice place with a great selection of products. The store is almost always very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I come here often. They are doing some remodeling right now and bringing in even more products. I think its just going to keep getting better.

The store associates are super slow and concerned when it comes to the customers. They rather stand around and talk among each other than tending to customers needs when checking out. The cashier by the name Twila checks out customers very very slow, and she stops in the middle of ringing up customers to have conversation with other employees instead of concentrating on her tasks at hand.

You may have other places to shop but the selection at this store is certainly worth the trip if youre in the market for what they offer. 💫💐🧚🍵 I selected some tea.

The Dollar Tree on Admiral between Sheridan and Memorial is awesome. Better than awesome. Far exceeds all the others in Tulsa. Clean, workers were working hard and cashiers were friendly and efficient. Will shop there from now on.

Ive been here twice. Both times I noticed that it is dirty and cluttered. This time I purchased a soda. Just got home and its not in my bag. Also I guess a patron who has been banned from the store came in and there was a huge commotion at the front. I instantly was looking for cover. I didnt know if someone was going to start shooting or what. Im a bit put off by my entire experience.

Employees are not wearing their mouth like theyre supposed to and they also not pushing customers to wear their masks when shopping

Everything is a dollar how can you go wrong but i mostly sit in the car while my husband goes inside to do the shopping.

This dollar tree should change their closing time to 8:50. I pulled up to the store at 8:48(looked at my phone before going in) and the, I believe she was the manager, the African American lady, was locking the door. She unlocked it and let me in and I said, Oh, I thought you guys close at 9 and she said well we actually close earlier than that to clean and get things ready for the next day. Ive seen this happen to several people where they pull up and try to make it in right before the store closes and get turned away. I understand that the workers want to get home as soon as they can, however on the front door it says that you close at 9PM. You guys should stand by that or consider changing your closing time to 8:50 so customers wont have to have made a trip in vain.

This is a great place to shop. Everythings a Dollar. Lots of parking space, clean store, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I love shopping here.

The employees are very rude and get out of pocket all the time causing problems with customers to the point where it almost ends in fights. The lines are ridiculously long because theyre too busy talking instead of doing their job. The dollar tree on admiral is terrible and I absolutely hate that store. They need to fire everyone. They also need to post signs stating if you purchase something that happens to be broken they refuse to refund your money for defective merchandise but offer an exchange or store credit for the same crappy broken item. You only learn about this policy after youve purchased said defective item, and when you bring it to their attention they get an attitude and refer you to the fine print on the receipt that states no refunds. That is deceptive in my opinion. You obviously wouldnt buy it or would thoroughly check the item if they told you before purchase broken items wont be refunded. Its just a terrible location that has the worst Tulsa has to offer as employees. Thats the only one I have problems with.

Be careful of loitering people. I was told there is nothing the company can do about these people.And yet, on the outside of the building theres a sign that says No Loitering.

They work hard to keep shelves full. Had alot more unique items i needed. Not picked over. Polite employees and down to earth people.

I like this store because they have a large variety of things even food. I like the fish and steaks. The employees are friendly and helpful.

This place is always a disaster. We were trying to check out, the register with the light on had no one at it. We went to a register that had someone doing something at it and just stood there waiting for a response. She walked away so we asked what register is open, she ignored us. Someone else came by so we asked again, they told us the register with the light on. We go to it and wait. Someone comes in from outside who was on break when we first entered. she went to a different register didnt even turn on the light. Completely useless employees.

On this visit, the upbeat and friendly cashier was the best part. I have shopped at this location many times, and today the store was in the worst condition I have evet seen. Floors were filthy and in dire need of mopping, and I aisles had merchandise strewn across the floor hi.

It was fine and quick to get in and out of. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was three full lines. Manager shut down two. Very long wait. Prices always $1 if you dont mind waiting. Was getting index cards. Left and went to Dollar general. $0.50 saved $0.50 over Dollar tree

I always come into this dollar tree. Never had a problem till the last month. One lady is letting her child stay in there after she gets out of school and is still working. Well she gets on the intercom and starts using it for whatever she thinks she needs to say. Multiple times shes been in there. Its not for employees to bring there kids in and let them run wild. Well today theres one lady thats a worker sitting in the back by the food eatting and not working just visiting with her friends. Well I try calling and no one answers multiple times. Rather drive farther to a better dollar tree than this one. Disappointing

They had one cashier. There was a very rude customer cussing really bad . I asked him to refrain. There was five other customers in line behind him. He was cussing because he had to wait in line. The Cashier said nor did anything about the person at all. The Cashier only rolled his eyes, and i had my son with me. I wont go back to Dollar Tree.

I can almost always find what I want at Dollar Tree. Good value for the price.

If there were a zero star option, that would be my rating. The employees are SO VERY rude, they talk on their cell phones while checking out customers. Tonight my daughter and I went in at 8:50, they made an announcement that the store would be closing in 10 minutes. We quickly grabbed out items and went to the register. They locked the doors and stopped letting in people (I get it I used to work in retail) they then proceed to make another announcement we are now closed get to the registers and a few minutes later I know you heard the 9 minute warning. Get to the registers or you wont get your stuff. The registers will shut off I am not sure who the manager is there but they either need to be fired, management training or need some assistance getting their staff property trained/hired.

I love Dollar tree, but this is the worst one in town. Always dirty, under staffed so you wait in one line with 6-7 ( 4 lanes, 1 open) other customers and staff can be rude. I havent had a member be rude to me but i have witnessed it a few times. These people clearly hate their job.Update: came here again, conditions are far worse. I took photos this time.

There was something shaddered on the floor by the seasonal items and it looks like they do not recover the store at all and lord knows how long its been sense they actually took the time to recover the store just cause your not in the best area does not mean you have to look like it!!!! Please clean this store or close it

Friendly employees, large selection of items discounted everything is a dollar. One odd thing, they have metal poles attached to the shopping carts to discourage people from taking carts to the parking lot. If you tilt the shopping cart on its back wheels this problem is easily resolved.
