Package was shipped here, said departed facility, my guess is it has not. A couple days later my local USPS office opens up a case number to find it, sends email to USPS Tulsa,OK NO response, this is unacceptable and I will be upset if this package turns up as lost, it was supposed to be here Monday. USPS Tulsa needs to be open-minded about situations like this and respond ASAP, I don’t know if they need to restaff but something needs to happen.

Sad place to work management-0. Believes in talking to you as if your a child. They work the ones who hard harder to make up for the ones they KNOW arent working. And they tell you. If I could give it a -0 I would. They beat the good hard working people down even the good supervisors. They love to gossip and start rumors and they love drama. Worst then jr high and management does nothing to help nor the union. Glad I got out. They steal your hours and time and blame it on the computer system. Or each other. Needs new management across the board.

First class items shipped from outside of Tulsa, tracking items show arrive here and then sit 4 t0 9 days before being processed, then shows multiple times being processed through the facility and departing, only to show departing a couple days later. I dont know what is going on here, but I have experienced this multiple times, currently I have 6 items that they received per tracking on 5 -3 showing arrived there and then depart there on 5-9 only to arrive back there on 5-11. address information is correct on computer generated label. My package has been sitting here for a month. No movement. And no answers on why. No help to look for it. Straight trash location. Trashiest part of this whole trash company.

I really wish my packages didn’t get delivered to the wrong apartment a dozen times a year.

Processing for employment was pleasant and quick and efficient.

This is a busy place, so you usually have to stand in line. However, they work hard to get your needs resolved. I always plan ahead as I know it will take some time. I always try to go in the morning around 10:00, so that it will be less crowded. This works most of the time.

Service is amazing at this Tulsa distribution center

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST FOR EVERYTHING. DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM! ITS OBVIOUS AS WELL BY THE REVIEW SCORES THEY GET!

UPS dropped off my package to this facility on the 27th of November it is now the 4th of December and I still dont have my package from Tulsa to Pryor Oklahoma. What the hell

Shipping and some print service efficient staff

This is the main processing facility. The place you need to go if trying to start up a business b/c here you can set up bulk mailing to send out flyers and advertising.

Shipment departed one day 2 miles from my house at 3 pm and didnt get delivered till the next day it was in transit for a day. It took them 12 hours to drive 2 miles according to their tracker.

Never can get to the right person to have 📦 package picked up when not even my package
