This location is terrible! Hours of operation are wrong on the website. When I mention it they just blew me off. Took 1 hour to attempt to mail an insured item only to have to VOID it because they didn’t feel comfortable insuring the cost of the item.

I have gone to this location 4 times over past 4 years, hoping each visit would get better.But it has NOT: 1) the avg cost to send regular mail has been typically 30% higher than Priority Mail on 106th St. 2) even though they ADVERTISE UPS, they dont do many UPS functions (i.e. scan Amazon return codes. And 3) the ladies who work there pretend to be nice, but always come across as fake to me.* Save your money. They are a rip off.* This review is for the 101st and Sheridan location by the Apple Barrel

Im so glad to have discovered this little gem...Norma and Ed are always ready to service your parcel needs...I highly recommend this mail depot... The Mail Chute on 81st/Yale Ave.
