Was lied to about being able to buy a cell phone.3employess said system was down since bombing. District Manager called and took care of very next day.I still shop all their stores and will for my patients and family.Way to go Dollar General District Manager and the hard working employees and you know who those are.My grandkids love their Journeys .

I had bought 2 boxes of chocolate covered cherries, when I opened one box it looked like it had melted. They were all mashed together. When I returned them the girl working was very rude and wouldnt give me a refund . Said I had to exchange for same product . I didnt want more of the same so she finally gave me my money. She didnt even have me sign refund ticket. Extremely rude . I wished her a Happy New Year twice and she turned her back on me. The gentleman who works there is the only reason I go back. He is always nice and helpful. And Cheerful!

Some things are resonable others not so much the place is nasty and un organised. All an all id visit again

Its more convenient at times to shop here rather than fighting the crowd at Wal-Mart

Some workers here are literally not meant for a position dealing with the general public. Honestly the nicest employee there I believe is the manager. Other than that, its a good store with good selection. Biggest hold back is some pricing.If comparing to Dollar General, on W. Lincoln, come here instead . The Dollar General on Lincoln is the worst when it comes to customer service, workplace atmosphere and item selection. Ive been there multiple time and walked up to rows of empty shelves. Not one or two blank spots, full aisles empty. And for a place called Dollar General, its extremely pricy, and that is aimed at both stores. In example, got a Name brand blu Ray player at electronic express for cheaper than an off brand DVD player at the Dollar Gen.
