Support a small business and a Tucson Iron Chef Winner at the same time!! I’ve tried a bunch of different food from here and it has all been delicious. 😋 Today I got the Beef Quesarita and loved it! Chef Wendy and the rest of the staff are ALL amazing and make me feel at home every single time. The food is made fresh and comes out hot, fast and delicious. They also have an awesome grab-n-go fridge and freezer with home made pre prepped meals for those of us who are too tired or have little time to cook at home AND they do catering!!

Can’t say enough about this business and Chef Wendy’s team. Bruce was very helpful and with me all the way thru the process planning a special party for my daughter. From planning to delivery and set up, the Chic Chef team took the stress away! Rather untraditionally, we used 9 appetizers and 3 desserts so people could easily pick up finger foods and eat thru the evening. The wide variety was plenty for a full meal. Raves from all of our guests about everything and we will definitely being calling Chic Chef again!

Great Catering experience. I love how professional and prepared they are when catering one of my events. Have to ask about their pulled brisket and scalloped potatoes. I recommend Chef Chic for any event you have.

AMAZING FOOD! I absolutely loved everything we ordered. My favorite was the Roast Beef Pho Sandwich (pictured below). Delicious! Just like a bowl of pho but in a sandwich! Totally blown away by my experience 😁❤

The best vegan quesadilla in Tucson! If you need a vegan option you can count on Chef Chic to have a rich and delicious offering. The cashew cheese quesadilla and the tahini lemon chickpea salad are amazing.

I ordered Chef Chic’s Valentine’s Day three-course special which my family ate tonight. It was originally only supposed to be for two people but four of us ate it and had leftovers. There was braised lamb shanks, creamed celery root, fondue with amazing 🫕 melting cheese and bread and broccoli and potatoes to dip, and finally an unbelievable desert of chocolate and vanilla. Hard to describe but it was insanely delicious. We will definitely order from her again she is a genius

She put together an amazing menu, everyone raved about the food as well as incredible desserts. And, she delivered them to us, so we didnt have to worry about a thing. Update:So, Ive been wanting to try the food at Chef Chic in Tucson for months and months now, and finally said today was the day to do it. I have previously worked with Wendy Gauthier and the Chef Chic staff for a private catering event before the pandemic (and they did an excellent job, BTW). However, I havent tried their food since they opened their own store ... until now.I ordered a Quesarita, a Chicken Melt Sandwich, and fried cheese curds for curbside pickup. The online ordering process was easy, I received text and email notifications, and I arrived promptly on-time. The food was ready, brought out to be after less than a minute of waiting, and I then headed home for a good lunch.Well. Wow. Just look at the photo. They dont skimp on portion size and ingredients, the food was perfectly cooked, and I snarfed down half of the meal in no time at all. The cheese curds were buttery deliciousness and the bang bang sauce for dipping was a perfect match.The Quesarita is big, had abundant chicken and cheese, along with black olives and maybe some green chiles. The chicken melt sandwich was equally delicious, so much messy goodness with chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. For the sandwich, you can have choices for the toppings, too.I am sitting here happily satisfied with one of the best lunches Ive had in a while. So, really, head on over to Chef Chic, sample the rather large selection of menu items, and enjoy yourself. Im really glad they are in Tucson as they are a fine addition to the culinary scene here.-----I utilized the Chef Chic team to create a southwest-themed sit-down dinner for a group of 7 people visiting Tucson from out of town in 2019. I found the staff of the Chef Chic team to be professional and friendly. The menu that was created was delicious with a variety of options (including gluten-free) and the visitors thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience with the Chef Chic team. Overall, a job very well done and I look forward to working with the Chef Chic team in the future.

Ordered Thanksgiving dinner for our 2 person COVID-stay-at-home holiday. It was fantastic!! Every dish was perfectly cooked and prepared (the sweet potato casserole was to die for 😋). I’m so grateful Chef Wendy provided this service. Will definitely be back!

We hired Chef Wendy to cater a dinner for our staff. I had wanted to try her food for real after tasting her amazing pumpkin bisque at the Reid Park Zooscon event. Every thing was delicious - airline chicken breast, roasted Brussel sprouts with cranberry, Thai tofu and butternut squash soup, and a vegetable paella - and everyone in our group found something they loved. Despite a short notice and during a really busy and challenging time - Chef Wendy did an amazing job.

We stop here at least once a week. Great menu built around seasonal faves. Chef Chic can whip up anything your heart desires but we love everything on the menu, as is & they have excellent carry out items ready to go, too. Highly recommend!

What a nice find. A group of us went for breakfast and we all left happy and satisfied. This is a small, modest Cafe that probably doesnt hold more than 20 to 30 patrons. The seating area is pretty basic but its clean and comfortable. From talking to the staff, I understand that they mostly do catering from this location. They also do a healthy grab-n-go lunch and dinner business. The chef has some considerable credibility having won the the 1999 Tucson Iron Chef award. Although the menu is not large and can change day to day, almost anyone should be able to find something to their liking - even if they have dietary restrictions. For breakfast there were traditional egg/meat/bread choices as well as some more adventurous items. Food arrived quickly and was well prepared. Gourmet quality meals and diner prices!

Always delicious food. Always fresh and the Iron chef is a master in the kitchen with her different meals.

We stumbled on Chef Chic while looking for wedding reception caterers. Janet listened and was helpful and got what we were after right from the beginning. The sous chef Lizzie and her two servers were wonderful and helpful. Most importantly, the guests couldnt stop raving about how excellent the food was. We are more than pleased with the excellent service and the excellent food.

Our sous chef, Lizzy, did an incredible job and the food was phenomenal. We had a vegan guest that I hadnt planned for and Lizzy totally accommodated her by making a special plate. Everything was fresh, beautiful and flavorful. All of our bridal shower guests were blown away!

When looking at the menu, I was expecting the pricing for such high quality meals would mean the portion sizes were smaller than the typical American cafe. I was surprised when such a large meal came before me. Each bite was absolutely heavenly. It was a challenge to eat it slow enough so I could savor each delicious morsel. With that quality and at that price, Im having trouble justifying why I eat anywhere else.

We ordered catering for a group of 80+ people. The food was delicious and well-received by our employees. It was obvious this was not a simple and thrown together meal but well-made, healthy, and unique. I would definitely recommend Chef Chic. Incredibly responsive, professional, and attention to detail oriented in response to my request for booking information that ultimately led to the reservation. from there, execution continued to exceed expectations as well - the food was absolutely delicious, on-time, well presented, good portion sizes etc. The guests were impressed and asked for information on the caterer - a good sign of a great dinner and as a planner, it is an immeasurable resource to have this type of result in a catered dinner!

Event planning was smooth and seamless. I was kept informed ever step of the way. Showed up on time day of event an quickly set up the dishes. Loved the convenience of disposable (and recyclable!) high quality serving dishes and platters. The food was DELICIOUS! Raving reviews from event attendees. Had plenty of food for the number of invited attendees, with little leftover excess (but enough to enjoy for lunch the next day ;)) Price was comperable to other caterers I got quotes from. I would definitely use Chef Chic in the future!

I cant tell you how creative chef Wendy is I have attended personal home chef experiences with her where shes done beer and wine pairings as well as whiskey. I have sampled her food at the real dough and other places across the city and I can promise you she brings her best every time the most fresh and most creative ingredients. Every time I see her at a function and she is cooking I be lying to her station because I know its going to be awesome!

Wendy has worked with me on 4 occasions which means I love her food! 3 were large New Years parties. One was quite small and was Thanksgiving. I think repeat performances speak for themselves. Fantastic food and service. They provided an extensive menu for us to select our food from, and even suggested that we could save money by only having 1 chef/server instead of the typical 2. Our chef was punctual, friendly, informative, and extremely skilled. This was a great way to enjoy a delicious group meal without having to worry about cooking or cleaning while on vacation. I had a baby right before Thanksgiving and was not going to be any cooking. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Chef Chic and it was AMAZING! One of the best Thanksgiving dinners Ive ever had. We talk about how great it was, especially when were doing all the Thanksgiving dishes.

French onion chicken thighs with garlic mashed cauliflower and green beans for lunch?!? It was like stopping by someone’s home for a meal. The location on S wilmot road easy easy to miss so keep an eye out for it. Also the Quesarito needed two people to finish it! We got the one with steak, which was perfectly cooked.

We went there today for a lunch meeting and the food was exquisite! Chef Chic is a great place to stop in for a quick bite of scratch made comfort food. The food was top quality and I received many compliments from guests. The quantity of food was more than adequate, leaving me with some delicious leftovers!My only non-praise comment is about the plasticware that is included in the price. For a more formal dinner event, the plastic plates and rolled-in-paper napkin plasticware were too informal - more appropriate for a picnic. I would like to have had the option to not pay for those items.

I cant day enough about this company. We had them cater our 20th anniversary dinner and had numerous entrees, appetizers, sides and desserts. All of us listed three different favoritea. Every single dish was some of the best food Ive had. The steak was as good or better than any from the best steak houses. The deserts were incredible. The appetizers were show stoppers.
