So at first we went to geek squad at Best Buy and they couldn’t see us until a few days out and an automatic $100 fee once they schedule to see you. My husband and I decided to see someone local and came across Tucson Computer. Spoke with the manager and saw us within that hour. Raul fixed my sons charging port and kept us in the loop the entire process. It’s was easy, honest, informative, and price was very reasonable compared to the big business brand we originally went to. Highly recommend

I spoke with Jim who routed my matter through to Raul. I received a call back in less than a minute. I explained the issue to Raul (possible failed hard drive). Raul told me the likely diagnosis and what I could expect. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation and clearly an expert in the field. I had my computer in Rauls care by 9:45 a.m. and my computer was completely fixed and up and running by 4:30 p.m. the same day. Costs were exceptionally reasonable. Raul was terrific and I am so pleased with the work Raul performed.

I recently brought in my laptop which had experienced the dreaded blue screen due to a major hard drive fail. My biggest priority was to try to salvage any data that I had not saved to other locations, of which there was quite a large list.Raul was very responsive. Every step of the way he shared with me the status. At one point, he was very honest with me that the documents folder had been corrupted and that it even the name of it had changed. He asked for names of documents I was looking for and at first it appeared we would not be able to get those back.He let me know the plans moving forward, and that there was a good chance I would not get back the data. I was already impressed with his level of service, even though it was possible I would not recover the data.Imagine my surprise on Monday of this week when he was able to recover ALL of my missing data from the old laptop and transferred it to a 1T external drive.I would recommend this service to anyone, and trust that they would have your best interest at heart.

I wish there were 10 stars to check. Raul is one of the kindest, honest and knowledgeable computer techs I have worked with. Raul kept in touch with me via text throughout the process. Raul researched where to purchase, called the buyer with his questions before I purchased. Once received the screen, Raul came directly to my home office on a Saturday to replace it. He also fixed two other issues I had with another laptop and printer, which the best buy geek squad could not be fixed. Other places that wanted me to bring in my computer for at least a week could not because I need to continue to work. FANTASTIC! Highly recommend.

Overall Raul gave quality service, solved my computers issue and was communicative throughout the process. He was initially delayed in responding to my call for support but once he did was as prompt as possible in getting parts ordered and the computer serviced. He communicated an initial price estimate to me and then when it was outside of that range explained why and gave me a chance to decline service. I am glad that I chose to move ahead, since he did a thorough repair and my device is now working well.

I let Raul know that I was a full-time student and needed to get my computer back asap and I was working in a budget. He worked with me to get my computer back the next day at a price I was comfortable with. Had a hard drive issue and now my computer runs greatly and he was able to clone everything onto the new computer.

I had an external hard drive (with my entire life on it) that began to fail unexpectedly (i.e., no physical damage or trauma to the unit). I took it to Raul hoping that he would be able to recover just SOME of the data from it. He was professional in every way imaginable— timely, communicative, and honest (both about the chances of recovering all of my data as well as the steps and the cost of each step that he was able to provide for getting off my data). In the end, he was able to recover all of my files and was surprisingly very quick about it. (These things can take weeks sometimes.)The best part about this experience, which I personally think is an upside for anyone looking for ANY tech work done, is that it was done right here in Tucson. Every other place that offers tech services of this type are middle men that ship your device(s) to someone else at a bigger company that does this kind of work on the side. Before finding Raul, someone actually quoted me $700 to $2,800 depending on how long it takes us. These people are scammers; Raul and Tucson Computer are the real deal.

I brought in my system because it had problems booting up so i suspected an old motherboard and a replacement was in order however, I wanted a second opinion as pc parts are extremely pricey atm (thank you scalpers) it took the technician two days to find out the issue with my system and failed to properly wire my computer back together as the power button/ reset button no longer work and the one system fan is also out i ak using an oldusing an old nzxt full tower for reference the technician was generous enough to provide an early 400$ quote for labor before even consulting me on price parts or if i would like to move forward i will handle my own pc repairs from now on instead of risking these technicians messing with my system and further damaging it

I inquired on a Monday about my labtop Dell XPS and the battery not holding a charge. Raul let me know upfront the costs and work involved and conducted the diagnosis same day. I needed my desktop repaired as I was getting a system config error upon boot up and could not restore windows myself. I called Tucson Computer and they quoted me $150 for a windows reinstall and all my data saved assuming my hard drive was good. I took it in on Friday 11/15 and they called me promptly Monday morning 11/18 with the diagnosis, the hard drive was OK and they would proceed with the windows re-install and the data save. They said it would take a couple days and they would call me when its ready, price quoted still $150.Friday 11/22 comes along, I still had not received a call to come pick up the PC. I was hoping to have the desktop back for the weekend so I call them around 10am. They said windows is installed and they would just need to transfer my data should be ready by close of business at 5pm, they had a crazy week so it took a day longer than anticipated. I give them a call around 4pm they tell me its ready and to come pick it up!I arrive around 4:30pm and the employee plugs in the computer to show me its working and promptly rings me up and Im on my way (Final Price....$150!!). I would like to say I am highly satisfied with the whole experience, from start to finish. The price quoted originally before i brought my PC in NEVER changed, they made sure they tested everything on the computer prior to doing anything, answered every time I called them, and even had it ready for me before closing for the weekend.Excellent service all around, thanks again! I took my computer in because the screen was broken. It’s very expensive so I opted to replace the screen rather than get a new computer. They said they could fix it. When I picked up my computer the seal was missing and they said the touchscreen no longer worked. I use my computer daily so I just wanted it back. When I started using it I noticed the items were small, color was way off and numerous other problems. I took it back and they said they would adjust it. Now they say they cannot adjust it. My options are I can have it like it is, they will keep it until they find another screen (they told me they exhausted all their sources so they cannot get another) or I can have my money and my computer back without the screen.I now have a 4k screen that is not 4k, no touchscreen, color that is obviously wrong and size of apps and fonts that are not correct. They might be able to fix the easy stuff but don’t let them do something that could be complicated. Raul is ok to deal with but if you need to deal with the owner, Eric, he is very unreasonable.
