They always showed up exactly on time, professionally dressed in their uniforms, and with face masks in place. The work was excellent. They installed a point-to-point wireless system out to my observatory and overhauled my home network. Performance is now five times faster.Boyd and his crew were completely professional. I had first gone to Simutek to help me after I dropped my phone in water and I couldnt get sound, then I got rice in the charging port and it expanded so I couldnt charge my phone. Unfortunately, this was all happening during a family emergency and I, for real, needed a phone! I was trying to communicate with family, book flights and cars and oh my.The staff at Simutek was not just rude but pretty unsympathetic. I was treated like an outcast without an appointment. I didnt know the rules so I wandered in hoping to get help. Nope. They didnt even make eye contact with me. Well, one employee did but the one who I thought was helping me wouldnt look at me. Like deliberately.Lucky for me they sent me to STAT!!!! The kind people there helped get my phone back to working and were welcoming and wonderful. (If youre reading this, STAT personnel, thanks again!) I highly recommend them for any tech need you might have.

When my MacBook Pro crashed Chris was out the same day and determined that the hard drive needed to be replaced. He took our laptop to back it up and to install a new hard drive.
