I agree! The lab technician is friendly and very good at what she does. Its an urban location, and I think people come frustrated by med labs or their situation. I think the lab does its work professionally, in a real efficient and thoughtful format. Electronic check-in also worked fine for me. Waiting room is open, but also option to wait in car till theyre ready due to covid-19.

The girl who worked when I had my blood drawn did an excellent job. She was quick and thorough. She shortened up the length ofhe tape over the gauze and it was first time I had no marks on my arm when I removed the tape.She did a great job. That was on Thursday 5/14/20. 16cu r

1 of the technicians is Terrific so caring goes above and beyond her duties I went morning hours with 2 family members all to get blood she had us all in and out together and smiling.

In and out. She hit the vein first time. Unusual for me. Friendly. No waiting. No insurance issues. No complaints.

Nobody answered the phone. Very restrictive hours for drug testing (M-F 1-3pm ONLY). The technician was very nice but the lab isnt user friendly at all.

One staff on duty. Office hours begin @ 7:30, staff doesnt even unlock the door until then. 7:40 havent seen first patient. Staff on duty cant stop coughing. These offices are without question, horrible places at best. 7:50, first patient in with phlebotomist.

No stars would be my choice. The woman who answers the phone and takes your information is extremely rude and blames everything on nys. The crazy part is I went to another LabCorp and they handled everything professionally. Second time I went there and was given misinformation. I will never go or recommend anyone else go to this location. Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated.
