The best experience at Labcorp. Ariel (sp?) was at the front desk then did phlebotomy work later, and she was the most pleasant person Ive ever met at any Labcorp location. She was pleasant through checking in process, then she was professional through phlebotomy work. I would recommend this place because of her.

Ariel was so sweet and wonderful at her job. Im a nurse and she’s the phlebotomist I’ve met! 5 stars!!

Amazing phlebotomist at this location. Aisha (sorry if the spelling is wrong) is very good at what she does. Ive been told its hard to get a vain in my arm and she got it first try. No pain and no swelling/bruising. Will definitely return to this location for testing in the future.

Clean facility. Relatively short wait. Excellent phlebotomist saw me today. It is a few hours later and I have no bruising or soreness that I am used to enduring as Im not the easiest stick. In fact I cannot see evidence of a puncture wound. My service dog was welcome and we were treated with respect. I highly recommend this location.

I have been to this location 5-6 times in the past two months and every time I have been there, i have received terrible customer service. The wait is long, even when I am the only person in the office. There is complete disregard for COVID guidelines. The female employee does not wipe clean down the seat where blood is drawn after each patient, even though the sign right above says the contrary. Instead of sanitizing the seat after a patient, she went back to using her phone. Her attitude is not very friendly. Nothing is said to people that take their mask off in the waiting room. Getting lab work done should be a quick process, but it is always complicated at this location.

The Tech that was working was very friendly.She has wonderful customer service skills I am normally a person that doesn’t do well with blood draws but she made my experience very pleasant and painless I definitely will be going to this location from now on

Great service with a smile and positivity. Ariel (sp) was very thorough in explaining everything to me. She helped to ease my worries after I saw how much blood had to be taken. She talked to me the entire time and did things to keep my mind off of the process. I will definitely come back to this location!

Ariel is an outstanding phlebotomist; barely felt the needle for a blood draw. Better still, shes a fine lady with a great personality.

Today, I was delighted to go into the Fairmount Ave. location in Towson, Maryland to get my blood drawn by Ms. Ariel Marshall. Before coming into this LabCorp today, I had a devastating experience last year when I went to Quest Diagnostics for the same procedure. The tragic memory of that experience was fresh in my mind, but then I came across Ms. Marshall. Her professionalism, humor, and kindness washed away that bitter taste that I had in my mouth from Quest! Ms. Marshall is a gem and I really hope someone look into giving this woman a raise and/or promotion where she can train others on how to be efficient, competent, and pleasant. At the same time, there is only so much that you can teach people. Meaning, anyone can tell that Ms. Marshalls genuineness and kindheartedness is embedded in who she is. I could go on and on...but I hope that the joy that Ms. Marshall gives to others is reciprocated. Thank you.

I would definitely use this location for any future lab work. I had a tough lab order and Aria was so friendly and patient. She truly cares about customer service and making patients feel comfortable. 👍👍

AMAZING! Like anyone else Ive had a few bad experiences at LabCorp. Everything from rude staff to unsanitary environments. This location here is 1000000% amazing simply because of Aria. She made my daughters experience of having blood drawn something wonderful to remember. No pain. No anxiety. She explained everything to myself and my daughter and she was every therapeutic as she worked.I couldnt have asked for a better experience! LabCorp needs to have employees come to this location for training in proper customer care and they need to promote this woman!THANK YOU Aria for this amazing experience!

I took my daughter there twice and Ayriel was fabulous with her both times. She kindly talked her through the process. Great place for kids because of Ayriel. She runs a one person operation but you can make an appointment and be in and out in less than 20 minutes. Nice bright and clean facility. We will use this location whenever we need lab work.

Ariel is simply amazing! I was her last patient yesterday 😊 and although I was a challenging stick she took care of me! And that smile of hers is contagious! We need more people like her in this world!

At first, I thought that all of these 5 star reviews were fake... until I actually came to this location. I had to do a 3 hour glucose test so I got to spend plenty of time with Aryel. She really is amazing! A couple of people came in that were terrified of getting their blood drawn and she couldnt have been more nurturing. You can really tell that she loves what she does. This is definitely not the Labcorp experience I am used to receiving. Im so glad I found this location.

I have had so many poor experiences with waiting and customer service at LabCorps. This was my first time finding one in this area and I went based on the previous review because it was for my 3-yr old.It was such a great experience! Very clean, fast checkin, short wait and the nurse (Aria) was so fantastic with my son. I will be coming here from now on!

Quick, easy, and excellent customer service. There was a 3 year old who got her blood drawn before me and the nurse/tech was soooo sweet and wonderful towards her. Very friendly and clean. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and the staff was very kind and caring

I had a such a good experience here! The phlebotomist Ayriel was so nice, funny, knowledgeable, and professional. The crazy thing is she runs the whole practice by herself- she’s literally amazing. I was in and out under 15 mins! I definitely recommend this labcorp.
