Im really disappointed on how the staff treated my son today. He was always a walk in client and sign in and would wait until a barber became available. My son has been coming to this location for over 3 years. I was pleased that the barbers were patient and understanding with him because he has Autism and they always did a great job. But today not only was my son unable to get a haircut, he wasnt even able to sign in and he waited for 2 hours to be serviced. They definitely lost a customer.

Horrible. Waited outside for an hour and a half in horrible heat. None of the 3 people ahead of me got called in. They had 1 barber working and 1 doing nothing but talking. This place should be out of business by now.

Great cuts but sometimes it seems like they rush. I love a barber who pays attention to detail. Also, they have to watch what they say to each other in Spanish. More Americans can understand you than you think. Overheard homophobic comments they openly discussed in Spanish and I’m assuming they thought customers couldn’t understand them. Can’t imagine what they say other times.

I absolutely love this place I come here every week and they do an amazing job, love their service they are so nice, and kind. They are always quick I always see people in love with there new cuts, i think that if you come by here you be amazed and you will not be disappointed I promise you that the other comments are completely untrue Ive been coming here since they have started, please try this barbershop you will not be upset. The other comments are just unappreciated people that would like to mess up these barbers future, they know a million cuts anything you want any type of hair and any style, to the most complicated hair style to the easiest. Great place! Just moved here couldn’t find a reliable barber and consistently cuts great UNTIL I found this place. In fact Judy is a my barber and will not anyone cut! I’ve never had a cut that I didn’t like. Great fade work and beard cuts from all the barbers. They keep it clean and great service. I will never go anywhere else. 💯💯💯

I’ve gone to this shop for about two years now and have typically enjoyed my experience until my last visit. During this visit, one employee began to make inappropriate comments about a flamboyant gay man walking outside of the shop. I’m not at all for the bigotry or unprofessionalism, so I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Absolutely love the atmosphere, very clean shop they cut all types of hair and very well, downside is on site parking and they only take cash. I may understand the no parking because of the location but debit/credit card should be an option. I also like the fact they have haircair products and skin care for,you to buy. Overall great experience.

Definitely NOT going back there. I had a kid, maybe 16? do my hair cut, and he spoke little to no English. I described what I wanted like 4 times and had another barber translate to him but he still did it wrong. To be fair, he didnt do a terrible job of what he thought I asked for, and he took about an hour overall. If he understood English there wouldve been no issues.

I went Here Yesterday My Barber was horrible I was first in the seat and last to get my haircut my barber took 20 minutes before he start to cut my hair he was on the phone. So He asked me what would you like I said a fade since I have a lot of hair I said could you not pull on my hair so hard he yelled at me Keep you head up He finished my haircut and it was horrible I got a high top not a fade I said yeah it looks good because he was so rude and charged me 20 dollars for a bum haircut do not go here if you want a haircut.

Ive been going here for almost 2 months now, once a week. The barbers are good at what they do, I asked for a special cut and loved the way it turned out! Also Judy, the only female barber there, is nice and does a very good job cutting my hair!

From the moment you walk in you get greeted by staff (A lack of customer service is sensed), youre told they no longer do appointments, and that youre going to have to wait. Depending on how many people are in line your hour long wait begins. You get called up and your haircut begins. The haircut isnt going to be a NYC out of this world haircut, but it does meet the standards of a decent barbershop haircut. In summary, the three star rating is for the inconsistency in taking appointments one week and walk-ins only the following week. Its understandable the shop has only been open a couple of months, but in the world of customer service you want to give people a reason to spend their money on you.

The owner is very arrogant and rushes his workers. He treats them like slaves. He has horrible customer service and a nasty attitude. He treats darker colored ppl like they don’t exist.I don’t know what happened within the last few years because my fiancé and I have been supporting his business since it’s opened but he has definitely let the success get to his head.As long as he keeps that attitude he will continue to lose business .I’m No longer a supporting client, just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who looked like me before wasting their time being ignored in his shop.

Favorite barber shop in Towson, great prices and great staff.

This barbershop used to be an amazing spot. It has highly skilled barbers. However, they are so rude now. Just because alot of people come to the business doesnt mean you can overcharge customers. Tipping is mandatory! They used to very cool and friendly but now they would rush customers. 5 mins per cut. Plus they become so rude. Talking down to customers and overcharging. Never visiting again until they fix everything.

Good cuts and family atmosphere

Ive been getting my hair cut here for a few months now. A few of the barbers have cut my hair. They are all good. Durank is the man though. I travel for a living and it makes it hard to find the time for a cut but they make it easy. They cut great fades and can work magic on your beard. I recently sent my fiancés little brothers in and they did an amazing job with them also. They can do hard parts...any styles..you name it. If you decide to go there, there is sometimes a wait...but it goes by fast and is worth it!!! They speak Spanish and English, and youll hear alot more spanish. To me thats cool...even though my Spanish isnt very great. I honestly dont care if they spoke Chinese...Id still go their because their cuts are solid. You may have to pay to park...but its def worth the few dollars youll pay. When you get there theyll ask you to sign in and then they will take you as soon as they are available. If you like your cut, dont forget to tip your barber. Their pricing is very fair...they charge less than some barbers but do much better work and are great people. Make up for it with a good tip. They are #1inthearea.

The barber in chair 4 fades are always uneven on the sides. You tell him u want a part and instead of him just sharpening the part thats already there he decides to put a second one. Typically u get first come first served. Not here, they let anyone jump in front of you and just have to sit there and deal with it. Wont be coming back
