Very good customer service and they are almost 2x cheaper than any other company with the same coverage and perks! I couldnt believe I saved over $80.00 a month with Liberty! I highly recommend Liberty Mutual for your car insurance!

Prices are great if you have an average driving history, a.k.a. no driving under suspension in 3 yes. They wont even take you.

Very difficult to deal w claims, they gave me hard time for little items, totally wasting my time. Do not waste money to insure under this company. There are many better ones out there.

Company is terrible. Anytime I try to make a claim, it is never covered. We pay thousands and thousands and when we actually need help they dont cover anything. They should be ashamed. Will not be continuing my policy with them.

Very helpful and great customer service

I am not personally their customer but a customer of theirs decided to pull out in front of me and total my car. Accident was on July 24th. They did not return contact to me until August 8th. And they informed me they were only going to pay impound fees until August 1st. Thier inspector came out to look at my car around August 15th they took my front bumper with them for further investigation they also took my front licence plate with the bumper. On August 28th when they allowed me to take my personal belongings I returned my rear tag and the mva they informed me that without both tags I would not receive a refund of registration paid. They paid for overnight delivery for me to send them the title to my car so I can be paid for my loss. Tracking shows they recived it the day after I sent it. Now they are telling me the title has been lost. So now I have to go purchase a new title for my totalled car wait the 3 weeks for the new title in the mail to send to them. It is now September 19th and I still have not been paid the $480 they promised me for my car. Not to mention the 2 months of insurance I had to pay for the car to sit in storage totalling $280. Best advice I can give if someone hits you and they have liberty mutual get an attorney asap.

Called customer service 4 times today. Very disappointed with my policy and that fact that NO one that I spoke to could help me with a situation out of my CONTROL. NO ONE has yet to return a call or txt message me. Ive always been pride to be a policy holder for wayyyy over 10 years. My policy is paid by weekly through payroll ded. Its just me thinking my FULL coverage PAID everything ESPECIALLY when you have certain circumstances out of human control..✌🏽 bye Liberty...taking my hard earned payroll ded money to an agency that not only care, but 1 that can help when someone REALLY needs it.

Wind storm damage, everyone around me called their insurance and it was paid. Everyone that is except those of us with Liberty Mutual. How is it that the neighbors on both sides of me have damage that is getting paid but I dont. Its a townhouse, our roofs are connected!!! Well, time to research and get another company. You are no longer welcome to my money!

The company as a whole sucks! I dont know how this location is. They will not look out for you as a their insured person. After waiting for a decision 5 months they closed my claim from a person backing out of a parking spot into my vehicle that was at a complete stop.

My questions were answered.
