Very decent insurance company, Allstate will stand behind what it proposes to do for you, unlike my last company who i will not name because this is about Allstate. A truly great insurance company. If you are tired of your insurance company robbing you switch to Allstate. Ok .

I called this agency to get a quote for Homeowners Insurance and to update my new vehicle information as i just brought a New Honda Accord. The call was somehow transferred over to a Nicole Groff, I suppose she doesnt do quotes because when she answered the phone she asked me how I obtained her number and stated I had to speak with an agent, it was SO RUDE was not helpful at all. Even if she could not help me she could have politely transferred the call. I been with Allstate for 17 years and Im also a Veteran just my interaction with her turned me off from Allstate I rather get a quote from another Insurance company whos reps are more inviting and welcoming.

They gave me a quote for home and auto. Did not let me know that if I didn’t get the auto policy before the new year that the premium would be higher. Decided against auto because the price was no longer worth it. Then I paid the home policy in full. They never told me that the price I paid included the multi-product discount. An inspector went by after I paid the policy and reported I had to get slats on my back deck stairs. I paid to get this done and they refunded some of my new policy and said they would bill me after the work was done. I get the bill and it’s $202 higher. I called them to ask why and they said I lost my multi product discount. When I called them to ask if they would work with me they just had the shady agent call me back to explain something the nice assistant at the office had already told me. When I said you never told me any of this he said it was all in the paperwork. Ok no worries I understand how you do business. No customer service and shady.Stay away Kent Schwab Agency is not above board. Shopping a new home policy.#NEVERAllstate#notingoodhands
