One thing they do that I find so helpful is providing help in understanding risk and help me determine what risk I am comfortable and what risk, I need protection. I cant think of a better group of people to work with for insurance.An example of how good they are, happened recently. I had a family member who had a $4,000 cost due to a broken appliance due to an accident. My family member called to make sure I was protected with a small, very inexpensive rider that they did not have so we could be protected. Their agent (Not Goldsborough) had not recommended, or even suggested it. So now they were buying the $15 to 20 policy but they had to pay the $4,000 cost. I called Goldsborough to tell them about this and they confirmed that I was already covered for this type of claim. I had forgotten that we discussed it but it was one of those risk assessment discussions that they helped me work through.
