Store could use a little time tidying up. Other then that its an ok store. Good selection of products.

Listen I couldn’t describe my experience of the store If I wanted too because I was so bothered by some lady with blonde hair following me around, if you have seen her I’m sure you know who she is she looks like she has the same eyes as Crazy eyes from Mr. Deeds now I wouldn’t judge someone or say something like that but my anxiety was through the roof after going for a fan and browsing a little bit I seen her staring at me and my girlfriend at least 10 times while I was in there I don’t know if her vision is just not that well or if she’s trying to catch people stealing and she’s not that stealthy but it’s very unprofessional to the people that are there just shopping just saying

Its like a smaller walmart. Pretty much everything you need without the big parking lot and the long lines at checkout. Very reasonably priced. No complaints except the mask mandate but oh well, thats the new normal in NY I suppose.

A lil bit of a mess in certain areas of store. Some products need to be restocked. Management and employees are very helpful. I like that the offer name brand At a lower price. And honestly the Dollar General and Clover Valley brands are pretty good.

Purchased one of my favorite childhood drinks and was VERY DISGUSTED after getting home and drinking some before letting my children have any. The product went expired 5 months before I purchased it and tasted like chemicals or soap. When I called the store, around 6pm, the woman said she was a manager and she stated that it would have been my fault if I got sick from drinking it as I am the one who purchased it. I am attaching pictures of my receipt and the product. I normally go to this Dollar General often and never had anything like this happen before. ***PLEASE CHECK ALL EXPIRATION DATES ON ANYTHING PURCHASED FROM HERE AS THE WOMAN WHO SAID SHE WAS A MANAGER DID NOT SOUND LIKE SHE HAD ANY INTENT ON PULLING THE OTHER PRODUCTS OFF OF THE SHELF***

Helpful staff. Decent prices and selection.

I had an interview scheduled for today at 11:00 AM, I walked from my home which is my only mode of transportation just about 10 minutes away. When I walked in the clock hit 11:01 AM. I was approached by a man named Wally, he said I was late and that I needed to reschedule. I feel this is unreasonable, as I was trying my best.I felt he had no compassion and frankly I dont think hed make a good boss.

Store was out of the item I was looking for. I was pleasantly greeted and helped by the staff, who told me they have been requesting the item from corporate for months but havent received any thus far.Would have been 1 star without the employees being so pleasant and would have been 5 stars had the store had what I was looking for.

This is my favorite dollar general location. The staff is all super nice and helpful. I find myself coming to this location instead of the one in NT more often than not. Everything is easy to find, and if its not, one of the cashiers knows where it is, and will assist you in finding it.

Out of all of the dollar generals in the area we like this one the most. Mostly because of the staff they are super friendly/nice which makes the shopping experience even better! Only downside they always seem to be out of the dollar general brand of Excedrin.

Love the girls that work here they are always so nice and polite and helpful.

Use to shop there all the time till i moved yo different county, but i stopped in today and i was very pleased! Store was clean, shelves were organized and customer service was excellent just wish i would have gotten the girls name. Store has alot to choose from and prices are excellent.

This particular Dollar General at Tonawanda, on Niagara St. Is run well, the employees are pleasant, the manager/assistant manager are real people and care about their experiences customers needs. If I owned one, Id hire them for my store, or any establishment I owned. (Marie and Walter).

Ive been going here for years! On September 13th 2017 at 11am was the last time Ill ever step foot in this place. I walk in all ready to get papertowels some cleaning supply and the tall black lady told me to keep MY coffee up front while I shop. I couldnt believe it. Im done with this place.

My friend i were about to enter this store and were denied because her 1yr old child was not wearing any shoes while she carried him !! Are you kidding me its a child what 1 yr old keeps thier shoes on at all times.. this was ridiculous to be told we could not enter..hey he was wearing a shirt!! 1 outta 2
