Bill was the representative who initially came to my home; he was polite, and showed an honest interest helping repair my clogged sewer drain within my budget. He was incredibly hard working and conscientious, as was the other representative who helped him in solving the problem. I was impressed with what a wonderful job he did, as well as keeping the cost as reasonable as possible. I felt lucky to have T&J Rooter repair the line, and will DEFINITELY call them again if I ever need the services of a plumber. Fantastic job.

I have used T&J once before. Their service is excellent for unclogging drains. The Tech was on time and patiently took care of the nasty clog in a pipe hasnt been used in years. I am a property owner and will definitely call them for all my service needs.

Considering the rain and flood conditions, Toby was prompt in his handling of my basement flooding. He arrived within a reasonable time, was very professional and reasonably priced, considering it was late in the evening. He and his affiliate worked dilently into to the very early morning hours to clear my drain line with a jet hose. Highly recommend you spend the extra $$ to jet hose. It is faster with very minimal cleanup. Highly recommend this company.

I have used T&J Rooter service before and was very happy so I did not hesitate to use them again for something different my hot water heater had a leak. It was very old and the pipes were corroded. I called them at around 8 am on a Friday and they were out to my house 45 minutes later. Collin was professional and polite. He quickly used his camera to figure out that I had some toilet paper clogging my drain and removed the clog. Collin was wonderful. While away on vacation I had water leaking from the bathrooms and raining down into the basement so I called T&J around 11 pm they sent Darryl over to my house within 30 mins. He gave me a free estimate and also fixed the issue and cleaned up the mess. He was very professional and quick. The repairman that came was extremely courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. He repaired everything quickly, he was careful in my home with covering shoes , etc . Had a very pleasant experience with Jacob from T+J Rooter Service.He was on time actually he was early and waited for me to secure my animals and throw some clothes on to be ready as I was just waking. Jacob did such a great job! We were getting ready to leave town and at 7 am decided we needed to try to get our clogged sink taken care of. On a whim I called and 2 hours later they were at the door!

Sump pump stopped working in the muddle of the night. Woke up to 6 inches of water in our basement. Called T&J ROOTER and they arrived promptly. Diagnosed the sump pump as having pumped its last time 😏. As a result of the basement flooding, the gas water heater was also rendered useless. T&J installed a new sump pump, cleaned the basement floor after the water was pumped out, and ordered and installed a new hot water heater. They took the initiative to raise the hot water heater off the floor with concrete blocks in order to keep it from being damaged again in the unlikely event that the basement floods again. T&J Rooter is the only company we call for all of our plumbing needs.

Phenomenal company thats actually...... Wait for it...... HONEST. Good pricing and Scott was awesome on site showing my daughter all of the tools and teaching her about them (shes 3). Gas line was put in quickly and they made up for a delay caused by a supplier dropping the ball.THEN to make things even better, I needed them to come out a second time to check a flex line I installed and they came next day. Highly recommended and will use them again if ever needed.My only critique of them would be their early morning time windows of 8-9 usually arrived at 930 on account of their morning meetings. All other times of day they are punctual and called before arriving.

The pipe on our sump pump broke at 11:00 pm and water was spewing all over the walls and floor.I called and Tara answered, took my information and called JR to help.He arrived with about 15 minutes, assesses the problem as a break in the joint cement and fixed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving.I am very greatful for the quick attention and excellent service that both Tara and JR provided.

They were very fast in taking care of my sewer pipe backup. After cleaning it out they had the ability to run a camera in the pipe so that I could see my problem. Unfortunately for me I need a part of my pipe replaced. They quickly found the location of the pipe gave me an estimate and put me on their schedule to get it done.

A #1 Service. Arrived promptly at specified time.Service man , Isaiah, put down runners when he entered my house, as it was snowing outside. Very impressive! All the way down the hallway and into the kitchen. Right up to the sink. He surveyed the job, then went to his van and returned with the appropriate tools for the job. In a short period of time, he had replaced my kitchen sink faucet. I had attempted to do some remodeling myself and failed at changing the faucet.I wish I could post a picture of the mess I made and finished job done by T&J plumbing experts.They have completed jobs for me on 3 different occasions and have always been and done professional work. We are selling our 1857 home and had an unidentifiable clean out in our backyard that was showing signs of waste backup. They had to clean out and identify what it was, and then they scoped the main line out of the house to make sure it was clear and not tied into this backyard clean out. They stuck with it and gave us the all clear we needed for our closing.

Awful communication and follow up. The initial service call in December went well enough, but its been like pulling teeth to get any response on additional work that was needed. Ive called at least four times in the last 5 months and each time Ive been promised a call back, yet silence. Disappointed since most of their reviews have been positive, I guess Im just unlucky. I wouldnt recommend them based on my experience.

Horrible customer service! Called a couple days ago to set up an appt. They called me back saying they would be there in half an hour. But this wasnt a good time and asked them if they could come on Tuesday. They said great and I would receive a call on Monday for confirmation. Well I never received a confirmation call on Monday. I called again today (Tuesday) and they asked me a bunch of questions that they should have asked when I called initially. Not when Im expecting them to show up because it turns out that they cant even show up because the homeowner is currently not here. Well shes not here because shes in the hospital. Which was the whole point of me having a plumber look at the house during this time, so it didnt inconvenience her.This information about the homeowner would have been great to know on the first phone call a couple of days ago.I will not use this company ever.

My basement is flooded and this company ran a snake, hydrop-jet ect. Basement foundation, sewers is not what they do!!! They made the problem worse.This company cant help with foundation,drain sump-pump problems.They where going to charge us 3x as much as another company. Maybe to rent the equipment???

Kyle and Eric showed up to work on a backed up drain in the laundry room. They spent a lot of time looking at the drains in the house and the clean out and determined that whatever was blocking the drain and causing the back up must have worked itself loose because nothing was clogged when they arrived. They cleaned the drain area, there was lint in the drain from the washing machine, and filled the drain with the hose for several minutes to make sure it did not overflow. When they left they assured me there was no clog and they did not charge me for the visit. They assured me if anything clogged int he future they would come out and fix it! This is the second time I have called T&J. And it is the second time I have had outstanding Service. Becca was also fantastic at the office! I urge anyone out there with a plumbing issue to give them a call.

The secretary was professional and confident, and left me with a great first impression. Within 30 minutes, Bill returned my call and said he was working on another job, but could be to my home in about 2 hours. I received a courtesy call from Bill 20 minutes before arrival, and then he arrived on time. He knew exactly what was wrong, repaired it quickly, and even took a few minutes to fix a frozen disposal for me. He wore shoe covers and left no mess behind. Bill was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! Pricing was very affordable. I have already recommended this company to my sister, who is also looking for a new plumber. I will DEFINITELY use this plumber service again!

On a Sunday night about 2 weeks ago, Vic and Ron showed up to unclog the main drain from my house. When they showed up we discussed the possibility of putting in an outside cutout to clear the drain in the future if the need was there. When cleaning out a drain they found a crack in the pipe. They use a camera to make sure the drain is completely clear and were able to show me the crack. This morning around 8:45 a crew of 7-8 guys showed up to put in the outside cutout and patch the pipe. It took about 4 hours for all the work to be completed and they were extremely professional the entire time. I hope not to need to see them again, but will reach out if the need arises.
