I have had two experiences with these folks:1) The first one was an after hours natural gas leak and they were great - good workmanship and fair pricing. So I called them first for the next plumbing job I wanted someone else to do...2) Scheduled them to install an outdoor natural gas outlet for a grill, and they never showed up for the appointment that had been made ~2 weeks prior. Called and they had no record of my appointment in their books, and couldnt offer anything to expedite getting the work done due to their scheduling mistake. I will now be taking my current and future business elsewhere.

Installed a sump pump line for my mother in law last year. So when the pump they put in failed and her entire basement flooded, we called to have them fix it. They would not fix it for free, they admitted it was poor work and the men that did it last year were fired. Yet they wouldnt stand behind their work and fix it for free. It would be the same amount again one year later, which it should have lasted way longer than less than one year. A shame they wouldnt want to make it right, will not use them again.

The men that cam out to fix our drain and sink were nice and kind. Told us what they were going to do and gave us options. They took care of the drain issues plus put our sink back together that we took apart. They cleaned up after everything. We trust them and are calling them again for other plumbing needs.

I was super happy with how fast they had someone out to my house to check out the issue I was having with my hot water.

They fixed problems that other plumbers just couldn’t! I would just trust them with any of my plumbing projects. Trust worthy people. Ask for Toby!

I called Sunday night at approximately 8:50pm because my toddler son flushed a new tube of toothpaste down our only bathroom toilet. I made it known when talking to the dispatcher that it was fairly urgent as we only have the 1 toilet. She took my information and told me me an on-call rep would call me very shortly. 9:45am, 13 hours later, and still no call. Thankfully my fiance was able to find a broken auger in our garage this morning and managed to fix it himself. I realize I called off-hours, but they shouldnt market 24 hour response if they cant even call you back about an urgent plumbing issue.

We have used ASAP Plumbing for years now and could not be happier. They are responsive and on time and extremely professional. They went above and beyond in helping us get in contact with a restoration company when we needed one to come out and clean up water in our crawl space.They are the only company we will use!

I called around 9:30 this morning for service on a clogged sewer drain and spoke to Stan on the phone but he was able to get someone out to my home within a couple hours; not scheduling me days later like some of the other calls I placed today. Jacob and Terry arrived before noon and they were extremely professional, friendly and overall great customer service. They offered prompt service and fair prices. I am a very satisfied customer.

I called ASAP American Sewer and Plumbing Services, Inc and they arrived to my property within 30 minutes. They were extremely professional, courteous and full of knowledge. The result was water in our basement, and a strange pulsating mass (water beneath the lawn) in our front yard. We made an emergency phone call LATE at night and ASAP came to the rescue. We were quoted a very reasonable price, and the work was done efficiently later that week. John was patient in explaining everything, and was also able to accommodate an additional last-minute request to fix something unrelated. Experienced great professional service with ASAP, they went above and beyond!

Called them out, was told that my intermittent toilet leaking was probably condensation despite soaked floor mat, because it did not leak in front of their eyes... Flash forward 2 weeks, Ive got a smelly, leaking mess every time the toilet is flushed. The problem was a broken flange, fixed by another company.

Vic and his crew from ASAP recently replaced our main water and sewer lines from the house to the street. They worked quickly and efficiently on a cold snowy day to get the job done in one day so we wouldnt be without water or sewer overnight. A pipe burst in my basement on a Friday night at 8pm after winter temps were well below zero. These guys (Cody and Jacob) were at my house in less than two hours. Woke up with the wife telling me there was water coming from under the toilet. Checked the reviews on American Sewer and Plumbing. Liked what I saw and called. The phone service said someone would call within the hour. Bam. Someone called just as she said. Told me service tech would call when they were on there way. Cody called and let me know they would be to my house in 30 min and Cody and Jacob arrived before and thought it was going to be a main drain cleaning. Drain was clog more than anticipated. Also, found out toilet was physically broken. Now a decision had to be made regarding replacing toilet. Throughout the whole process Cody was honest and accurate in what everything was going to cost and how it would end up. What should have been a couple hours ended up being 8 hours and they took care of everything. Cody and Jacob were very professional and extremely polite about everything. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

We called ASAP on a Saturday night, after 6, because our outside spigot broke and we couldn’t get the emergency shut off valve to work. Not knowing any plumbers, we picked ASAP based on their reviews and we weren’t disappointed. John showed up within 30 minutes with everything he needed to repair our problem. After looking at it, and discussing options, we decided on an alternative course of action that would solve our problem without making us tear our the ceiling in the basement. We appreciated the fact that he discussed alternatives instead of just tearing into the problem which would have created a mess in the middle of prepping for a graduation party. In the end we got a fix within an hour, AND they saved us money. I plan to schedule them back for a few other plumbing needs now that we have a company we know and trust.

Highly recommended. Yesterday was the second time my wife and I have employed ASAP and they did not disappoint. After I discovered our main sewer line backing up and draining very slowly I called ASAP. I was put in touch with Roger, who offered to come out that night. As this was a serious, but not emergency situation, we agreed that the following afternoon would be fine. Roger called the next day to let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. He and his crew went above and beyond to rectify our situation and in the process remedied our slow draining, nearly unusable basement toilet! It finally works! In addition to replacing antiquated hardware on our sewage stack, Roger also took the time to explain everything he and his coworker were doing and even laid out several preventive action options for us to consider. I will not hesitate to call ASAP again in the future as they absolutely live up to their wonderful reputation on Angies List.

I was quoted for a total drain pipe replacement at a very reasonable price, and when the job was finished they came back asking for over double the quoted price even though they had done all of the same work I was quoted for. They got the job done in a very timely manner but left all of the old and throw away piping down underneath my house in the crawl space. I had more issues develop after all of the new drains were installed and they came out very promptly to help with the issue but the plumber dropped my septic tank lid into the tank, and they never got it out.

Our bathtub faucet handle broke and we could not get it stopped. This was on a Friday evening. Called in for emergency service and Vic came by very quickly and plugged in a temporary valve for the weekend so we could still use our water.He completed the service Monday morning and I could not be happier. BEWARE!!! We called American Sewer And Plumbing out to install a new cast iron sink in our newly remodeled kitchen. Stan, the Serviceman who came to our house, thought he was there to unclog a drain. He had no idea the scope of work he was there to do. That was only the beginning of the trouble.1. He never cleaned up the caulk work. Cosmetically, on our brand new custom countertops, it looks ridiculous. He left a thick, uneven line of caulk all the way around the sink.2. None of his piping connections were tightened. Water would gush from the connections if we filled the basin and let all the water out at once. After calling ASAP out for a third time, the other Servicemen found two more leaks in the plumbing work, on top of the incredibly loose connection that flooded our cabinet.3. He never disconnected the dishwasher hose from the garbage disposal. He removed the disposal from the cabinet to replace the pipes. He then installed the garbage disposal on the opposite side of the sink from where it had originally, which means he had to flip the entire disposal the opposite direction, all while the hose was still attached.The hose was not in fact connected securely after he pulled on it and that caused all the water from the dishwasher to dump behind our cabinet causing significant damage to our brand new floor.4. He blamed all of our water damage on a slow leak from the waterline running to our refrigerator. The copper line had kinked and caused a slow leak, a leak which was not present before he started working on the sink.He told us he would have to charge us additionally to fix a leak that wasnt there when he started the job. He also said he couldnt fix it that day because he didnt have the parts on his truck.We told him we needed the ice maker for a birthday party we were hosting the next day, so as long as it was a slow leak, it could wait until after the party.Within an hour of him leaving, we noticed a sudden large puddle on the floor in front of the sink after doing dishes. We immediately called him to come back.He was rude, dismissive, and blamed the water on our refrigerator line leak, which he immediately started calling ‘significant’.This water was OBVIOUSLY not from the refrigerator line, but Stan wasnt hearing any of that.After hounding the answering service to speak with management, Stan was finally sent back out. He was extremely rude and refused to even look at the dishwasher hose.He and the other Serviceman never once checked the connections of the plumbing, the dishwasher line, or put their hands on anything. They just shone their flashlights under the sink and said that everything looked good’.We had the water damage documented by a restoration company and ASAP had their own restoration company come to our house. Both companies had the same conclusions.The owners acted like they were going to make it right but strung us along with excuses for over a month. I believe they were hoping we would get frustrated and just forget about it. When they finally were out of excuses and had to respond they stated that they determined that they are not liable for the damages. Its laughable that they think that they are the authority on whether or not they are liable.Trying to get a hold of anyone at ASAP is like pulling teeth. All of their phone numbers go to the same answering service and they call you back whenever they feel like it. During this whole process, it would routinely take them DAYS to return phone calls, even when we told the answering service that it was an urgent matter.The owners/managers are dismissive and condescending, often backhandedly blaming us for the issues and the damage. They were never forthcoming, they were never proactive, and they refuse to be transparent with their billing.**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME.**

What was suppose to be a nightmare, turned out to be just a dream. These guys went out of there way to make this so bearable. Polite, friendly, professional and quick. I was so happy that I went with there company. They were GREAT.

The true character of a company shows, not when things go right, but when things go wrong. Workers have off days and mistakes happen, that’s understandable. What is not understandable though is the entire culture of unprofessional, unethical, and shady behavior that this company demonstrated from the top down. after many mistakes were made (which have been inspected and confirmed by a professional). Their negligent work resulted in damage to our home after the pipes that were installed were failed to be tightened and the dishwasher hose was not checked to ensure it was secure after being moved and yanked during the garbage disposal installation after replacing our sink. This negligence resulted in water damage to our brand new floor. Even after they attempted to fix the issue, it was still not correctly finished. Another plumber pointed out there was no high loop, which can cause additional issues.I posted a very detailed review on Yelp, which goes into the many, many problems we encountered with this company.Always check individual licenses before you let anyone from this company step foot in your home!

I cannot overstate my satisfaction! They came out incredibly fast, and got everything done in one day, even with MULTIPLE unforeseen hiccups. Dustin and Chris were friendly and honest and so helpful, and made sure they did the job right. I recommend the two of them and the company to anyone and everyone!

He said he was doing some emergency jobs. But I had a appointment. He said he was coming at 8 pm . No call no show again. I didnt text him no more. I see he is f..... Of .....sh..... ASAP has good reviews on the internet thats the reason I called them .But I see THE GOOD REVIEWS WHERE LIES
