The hotel was incredibly clean. Indoor pool for swimming and a fitness center. All the hotel staff was polite and friendly. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby and that made the morning perfect.

The rooms were very nice. They had a water advisory. Some people were told and others were not. We were ones who did not and we drank the water.

Everything that you would expect from a Marriott location. Clean, cozy, and a convenient location. The icing on the cake is the staff here. Everyone from the front desk to management was super friendly, professional, and helpful. I had a little mix up with my bonvoy points and Michelle; the manager went above and beyond to get it taken care of very quickly. Will definitely be staying here again when business brings me back to the area.

Not worth the Marriott name. Our room had flies and stains on the refrigerator and microwave. They were out of shampoos, conditioner and laundry bags. When we checked out there was no manager on duty. We left a voicemail for the manager and never got a call back. Ridiculous!

Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at! The room was very disgusting upon arrival, I asked for a new room and was denied. Also the attitude I received from the front desk clerk was beyond out of this world all because I asked for enough supplies (towels, shampoo, garbage bags, etc) for the 3 of us. The pool was also very dirty and didnt seem maintenanced on a regular. Please spend your money elsewhere!!!

I am a Marriott Vote Silver Elite + member and this was a very disappointing stay. Not recommended. Nice room spoiled by bathroom door that doesnt close due to cracked tile, bathroom faucet that was functional but broken and only delivered hot water, no ice bucket, Market closed at midnight - which totally defeats the purpose of The Market. We thought it was nice building spoiled by less-than-indifferent ownership.

Clean, good AC, pleasant staff, workout room was good but the pool was cloudy.

I had to kill a big red spider looking Beatles 30 minutes into my stay, was too tired to contact the desk. Nats buzzed around me early morning. Wanted to let some fresh air in once the Nats woke me, but a wasp hive inside the screen said dont do it. During my checkout the front desk lady said they had just sprayed and the bugs were looking for somewhere to go.she wrote down the other issues that I told her about room 229, asked if I wanted a receipt and said have a good day...7/21/21 11:00am

The hotel definitely needs a decent maintenance. The elevator literally shut when I got in. The sensor has some issue. So clearly NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN.

The starbucks isnt ready yet. But the sign was up a little confused. The poeple at the front desk where a little rude. I asked for cows and they said they were going to bring them to me into their housekeeper got there which I thought was rude.

The person at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was very very clean and seemed almost brand new. I am really picky when it comes to CLEAN in a hotel and I could not find fault in the cleaning. The only thing noticeably wrong was that the shower surround had a big crack in it like someone had fallen. Even with that it looked new, so it was unfortunate that it had sustained damage.

Ive discovered a gem amongst Marriott properties -- the Courtyard Toledo North.It is the best choice for convenience and price. I play professional cards in Detroit. This location offers the best money for the stay of any in the area. Detroit Metro for the weekend is at least 50.00 higher per stay.The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and attentive and handle any issues completely and quickly. But the best part is there are almost never any issues.This will be where I stay in the future when in the Detroit area. Its worth the extra drive time.

Wonderful! We found the location perfect for our needs, though the corona virus was just at the stage when everything was being closed down. Your staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. It is such a lovely facility that we enjoyed stayingin.

The rooms were extremely clean and huge. Towels were a great brand and I liked that you could conserve your towels and not have to get new ones daily to conserve on water usage. I loved the shower. The food options are great. The pool was awesome. Very clean hotel with great staff and quiet rooms.

The decor of the room is beautiful, the colors are relaxing. I felt safe while traveling alone. My room was next to the elevator and I didn’t hear a peep. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. My room was very clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and I really appreciated the TV channels available. I will definitely stay again!

Very clean and easy to check in and out.

On a long trip of over two weeks, this was one of the best hotels in which we stayed. Incredibly helpful, clean, had everything we needed for the stay. While our travel plans did not include staying for more than just overnight, this would easily be a place we would love to stay again. Who knew Toledo was so much fun?

The staff was wonderful. Made us feel very welcomed. Room was clean and well decorated. The king bed was great and very comfortable. Cant say enough about the staff, made us feel appreciated we were at their hotel. Well done.

The pool and Bistro are currently closed because of Coronavirus. Like most hotels, they are putting limited items in the room. No housekeeping unless you request it.

This is one of the most fun hotels I have ever stayed in. All I can say is that little thoughtful surprises are everywhere in this property and it will change your perspective on what a good value is and what you judge hotels by. I think it is rare to find a branded hotel with a robust network and loyalty program that feels like a boutique from the lobby to every corner of your room and back again. I booked it because of price and location and I will be back a couple of times a month because I love everything about this property. Quirky, fun, thoughtful, refreshing... this place is a pearl in box of pebbles...

Very modern hotel with spacious and will fitted out rooms and reception area. We had a problem with heating/cooling unit that was blowing all night in the direction of the bed. We ended up covering vents of heating/cooling unit with pillows! We would still recommend the hotel as we enjoyed the visit

We only stayed one night, but it was effortless and without a hiccup. Staff was polite and courteous, the lobby and bar area is large and welcoming, and the room was modern and unique which made our getaway more enjoyable. The room and bathroom as a whole were SPOTLESS. It was extremely clean and made us feel comfortable the second we walked in. Overall, excellent experience and I would stay here anytime.

The hotel itself was new and quite nice inside. Im just a little sad that we had a view of the parking lot. The hotel is very clean and the staff was great.

Negative: I had to wait almost 40 minutes because the staff was at the sister hotel. Also very far from the area I was told it would be.

Top notch and beyond of the expected services of a Marriott at this level. The staff made it extra-special, truly looking to accommodate and support as they were able. So impressed, from the late night check in to the bistro kitchen breakfast service. I would guess there is great management and peer support and teambuilding, this was not just one good person but a smooth cooperative effect. Cheryl, Yvette and Lulu.

The hotel is new and designed perfectly. Bed was comfortable as was the room. This hotel embodies all the wonderful aspects of a hotel that one expects from Marriott. I will stay here again.

Literally the worst place I have ever stayed at, no towels no service and lack of any customer service this is not worth 50 a night, they won’t clean you room, told us to set towels out to replace and never did, went down to ask and they said no towels. Absolutely the worst I have ever had.

If I could have rated this place less than one store I would have. Booked a Room hotels.com for Courtyard for their most expensive Room upon arriving the clerk refused to take not 1 but 2 of my credit cards would not even run them. Then proceeded to tell me after I told her that I had cash cards whatever she needed to complete my reservation with proper ID and everything required, that She didnt have a Room for me I then asked why are they sold out she said no I just am refusing you a Room because I thank you have an attitude I said maam I dont have an attitude I wanna book my Room and she proceeded to tell me to leave her property for I would be arrested for trespassing. Courtyard will never get my business again

I stayed here last night and woke up to no running water..the front desk clerk was rude and frustrated probably bc the whole hotel were upset about not being about to take showers. I do not recommend staying here ever!!!!

Location is a hide away spot. Room was neat and clean, everything undated and new. Staff nice and friendly.

Super comfortable bed and pillows; really modern rooms with outlets, chargers and lamps everywhere, a large comfortable couch, large screen television, hidden microwave and mini fridge, large guest/lobby area with lots of large comfortable chairs, a bar and mini restaurant, indoor pool. Just a really nice place to stay. Got a great couple of nights sleep.

The Bistro food is great! Lots of options! Rooms are updated, and always clean. Beautiful back patio! Staff is always friendly! Truly my home away from home!

Staff was not very friendly, room was clean. Cant really say much as everything was pretty much shut down due to Covid 19. Driveway in is horrible, filled with huge pot holes.

Didn’t get the chance to show how hard of a worker I am. Manger blames me for everything that happened to me day of work. People there are friendly. But the manger just doesn’t understands how hard it is for some people that doesn’t have money. On top of it I am also getting a big a$$ run around on getting my check. 😡😡 but it’s fine for a person on there first day to leave early. When I did my full shift. But it’s not fine for me to miss one day cause of a personal problem. Don’t recommend on working for them what so ever.

We stayed here fir 2 nights. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and very chic. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our weeks stay because of the modern decor, clean and updated bathroom with a walk in shower & large vanity and very nice bed linens and comfy bed. Lots of pillows. We used the fridge and the microwave too. There was a coffee maker and coffee but I am a tea drinker so we didnt use that. Had a pretty big flat screen TV. The breakfast is pricey so we skipped that. There are fast food places nearby. There was a large chair/love seat type piece of furniture too with an ottoman and end table. The parking lot is well lit. We always felt safe. The outside doors are locked at night (which is pretty standard these days) so thats a nice security feature. Wed definitely stay here again when visiting family again.

I have stayed at many Courtyard Hotels in the past and haven’t ever been as disappointed as I was with this one. I am trying to give an open and honest account of my stay to help others make decisions based on our experience. First, we were coming from Cedar Point and were exhausted. We didn’t check in until 3:30 am, they refused. The 5 late checkouts had already been reserved. Second, true to typical Marriott standards everything was very clean and the functionality of the room was impressive, but they cut corners on linens and comfort items. Not a great idea for a hotel. They gave exactly 2 towels, wash cloths and one hand towel. The sheets were cheap and scratchy, definitely not typical for this line of hotels. We only had two decaf coffee packets. Which was disappointing given the lack of sleep. Overall the stay was simply acceptable.

I loved the room. It was very modern, well thought-out with no wasted space, very comfortable bed, and the air conditioner worked awesome (which was nice given that it was almost 100 degrees outside). Nice big shower and the room was very clean. A little pricy, but I would definitely go back again.

Clean and quiet room while on the road for business travel. However, the front desk staff was not wearing a mask and flat out declined a late checkout without a rationale.
